Sitting by my window

In the chill of morn

I hear the rustling of wind

Moving through the cracks

Of the modern mazes

And trying to find

A way of its own

But it's not that easy

To find a right path

With no map in hand

Everything looks the same

Every turn feels wrong

Not knowing where to go

Or even to begin from

Sometimes it feels

There is no goal in sight

One bend after another

But no place to reach

And sometimes it's angry

Blowing with all its might

Throwing things around

Like a lonely child

Sure it did meet several

In this memory lane

Some held its hands

N' propelled it ahead

Some caused clashes

Trying to slow it down

Some are the sad smiles

As farther it drifts away

It may be lost in the maze

In its streets for a while

Just like every other breeze

That walked on this ice

It may rain hard sometimes

Or it may be too quiet n' alone

But soon the whistling of birds

Will break the silence of dawn

So this is my first time posting anything on Wattpad. I hope to upload more stuff in the future. I have a lot of things planned, but I'm starting with poems lol.

This one is about people navigating through life in general like the wind. We may feel trapped sometimes or lost but we will find our way one day.
