《Falling for the Hothead!- Paul Lahote》Jake's Imprint

It's been two weeks since I met Jacob Black. One week since he told me about him being a wolf and the pack and the tribe. And now I am standing in front of Jacob's cousins' house about to meet her. "Why am I meeting your cousin before your dad?" I ask, looking nervous at him.
"Don't worry... Aleera won't bite!!" Jacob says with a chuckle. I glare at him as he knocks on the door. A girl a year or two older than me and Jacob opens the door.
"Well well well... Look what the wolf dragged in?" She says with a laugh as Jake shakes his head at her.
"Hello Kim... Is my cousin home?" He asked as Kim looked over at me. I bite my lower lip.
"Come in..." Kim smiles at me. "I'm Kim!" she says holding out her hand to me I take it and shake it.
"Amara!" I say with a small smile. When I hear a scream from the kitchen. Kim laughs and then scolds Jacob.
"Jacob Black if you make her water break while the pack is out, I will make sure Paul and Jared kick your ass all over the state." Kim yells walking to the kitchen with me right behind her.
"I am so glad you're home Jake!" A very pregnant girl that I am guessing is Aleera. "And who is this?" She asks looking over at me. Jacob looks at me and smiles. He walks over to me.
"This is Amara... My imprint!" Jacob says with the biggest smile. Aleera stands there wide eyed with a smile just as big has his.
"Welcome to the family!" She says pulling me into a hug! "Ok so what has Jakie here told you?"
"Will I know that I am his imprint and I know he turns into a wolf if he gets mad enough." I say with a small smile. Aleera and Kim look at Jacob annoyed with him.
"And that is why the pack and other imprints helps the boys tell the newbies." Kim says with a laugh. Aleera slaps her arm but smiles at me and Jake.
"Stop... Jake you should head to the treaty line. There is a pack meeting with them..." Aleera says to Jake with a sad smile. "Amara will be fine here with us, and I promise to not show her any baby photos of you!" Aleera says with a sly smile. Jacob comes and kisses my head before he leaves.

"Stay inside with them... Don't believe a word they say, it's all lies!" Jacob says kissing me once more. Aleera watches him leave, once he is gone, she turns to Kim. Kim runs out of the room and comes back a few minutes later with photo albums in her hands. I just laugh at them.
"So Aleera isn't showing me baby pictures... Kim is?" I ask with a laugh.
"You would think he would know better by now!" Kim says with a laugh.
"But he doesn't!" Aleera says as we all start to laugh.
I walk away from Bella and the Cullen's ready to get back to my imprint and my cousin. I never understood what they all meant when they said that I would understand when you imprint. I get it now Amara is everything to me. I am not even sure what I saw in Bella. We stop so Paul can phase back.
"So... What's her name?" Paul says coming up to me and messing with my hair.
"Yeah! Come on Jake what is she like?" Quil teases me. I knew this was coming.
"You all will meet her... Soon... Right now, she is with Aleera and Kim." I say as Jared and Paul look at each other and take off running. "No!" I yell running after them. I watched as they went inside the house. "Come on guys!!!" I say walking into the house to see Kim showing her all kinds of photos of me. "You said you wouldn't!" I say as Paul and Jared laugh.
"And you believed her...?" Jared asks looking at me funny as Paul is laughing at me.
"Aleera didn't... Kim did!" Amara tells me with a sly smile.
"OH! So, they have pulled you in already... I see, good to know." I say to Amara as she nods her head at me and laughs at me.
"I mean it is only fair. Me and Aleera have known each other, our whole lives." Paul says with a smug smirk. "I mean if she wants to look at my baby pictures, she can..." He says with a chuckle.
"Yeah! Cause she is in the same photos with you..." I yell at Paul as Amara snorts due to her laughing so hard. Aleera is just nodding her head.
"Amara this is the pack... Paul... Aleera's husband! Jared... Kim's boyfriend... Over her we have Sam our Alpha, Quil, Embry, Seth, Leah, Colin and Brady." I say pointing everyone out.

"Hello it is nice to meet all of you!" Amara says with a shy smile.
"Emily and Clair, you will meet tomorrow at the beach! They are Sam and Quil's imprints." Aleera says, trying to stand up. "Ok Help... beached whale in need of help!" She says holding her hands out as Paul walks over and helps her up.
"You're not a beached whale babe!" Paul says to Aleera holding her to him as Amara walks over to me and gives me a hug.

he Next Day
Sitting at the dining room table talking to Billy when someone knocks on the door. I look at the clock and see it is only 8 in the morning. I stand to open the door and there is a girl standing there looking at me with anger in her eyes. "Can I help you?" I say trying to be nice as I glare at her.
"Yeah! You can tell Jake that Bella is here to see him." She says in a raised voice, as she tries to push past me. I move in front of her and she stops and scoffs at me as she looks me up and down.
"First: No need to be a bitch... Second: It isn't polite to show up at someone's house so early in the morning without calling first. And Third: No one invited you in so you can wait outside if you want to talk to Jake." I say with anger and annoyance in my voice.
"Babe? Who's at the door?" Jake says walking up behind me kissing my neck. "Bella? What do you want?" Jake says anger in his voice as he moves me behind him. This Bella chick just glares at me as I glare back at her.
"So, that's who you imprinted on?" She yells at Jake. "She's not even pretty!" She says to Jake as I scoff at her.
"You're one to talk to, at least I'm not plain as paper!" I say over Jake's shoulder at her.
"Go back to your leech... Bella!" Jake yells at her. "No one wants you here anymore!" He says as I watch her take a step back from him. As a sly smile comes across her face, she moves closer to him. Putting her hands on his chest. Trying to rub him. He steps back from her with a look of disgust to his face.
"Come on Jake you love me... We both know that and she can't change that. You are mine. Just send her away and come back to me." She says as I growl at her.
"I may have loved you once... But not anymore. I don't know what you are trying to pull here. But leave me and my imprint and family alone." Jake says closing the door in her face. I hear her scream that Jake is hers and she will get him back as she pounds on the door.
"Hey are you ok?" Jake says, making me look at him.
"I'm fine... Is that the girl you were telling me about? The one that thinks she is better then Aleera?" I ask, still looking at the door.
"Yeah! That would be her. Just crazier now. She wants to be number one over Aleera and she's not and she wants to be number one to me but you are and she can't handle it." Jake says kissing my lips.
"Isn't she getting married to some dude here in like a week?" I ask looking from Jake to Billy. Billy nods his head yes.
"There is still a lot we need to tell you! And don't want you to panic over all of it." Billy says looking over at Jake and then back to me.
"We can talk about this at the beach. The other imprints will help you understand what it all means as will as the pack." Jake says kissing my head.
"And Aleera is part of both? Right? She is an imprint and a pack member?" I ask trying to keep everything straight.
"Yes... But she was an imprint first. You, Kim, Emily and Clair are members of the pack because you are destined to be with us." Jake says as he looks to his father for help.
"Aleera is an imprint as well as a wolf. Something her husband and brother never wanted to happen to her. But it did." Billy says with a sad smile as he leaves the living room.

Oblivious to the impending invasion, Toni Miura joins Capicua's decrepit armed forces in a bid to escape domestic troubles, aiming for the privilege of driving the Hammerhead, a bipedal mobile suit which is the epitome of his planet's ailing warrior spirit. With the arrival of the earthborn invaders, Toni's unqualified platoon, brimming with misfits and plagued by internal differences, is suddenly thrown into the midst of battle. Abandoned by their seniors in the course of their mission, Toni and the remnants of his unit become lost in a world which, owing to the nature of its orbit, suffers periodically from planet-wide hurricane conditions.
