《Immortal Peace》Chapter 6

"What?!" Zoë yelled, pulling away from Percy and leveling a steely look at both Percy and Rhea. "Did you know about this Perseus?!?"
Percy shifted uneasily, not liking being on the receiving end of an angry Zoë. "I knew about an arranged marriage between me and a daughter of Atlas, though I was only told a few hours before you were." Percy said, rushing the next part as Zoë somehow managed to summon her old hunter bow.
"Ah, I see it worked." Rhea said, completely unfazed by the look Zoë had given her.
"What worked?" Zoë asked, turning towards the Titaness of motherhood
"Zoë" Atlas said, step towards his daughter, only to be met with a glare as she stepped back, unknowingly going closer to Percy. "You have been made into a Titan."
"What?!?" Zoë yelled, looking between Atlas and Rhea, "What do you mean?"
"You have been made into a Titan, the heir of Selene to be exact, and the Titan equivalent of Artemis." Rhea said, smiling like this was her plan all along, which it probably was. "So, without any further ado, may I introduce you all, to Zoë Nightshade, Titan of the Hunt, Moon, and Archery." Rhea declared.
"Wait!" Artemis said, standing up from her throne and walking over to her best friend. "I thought you said she was my Titan equivalent, she should have childbirth and maidenhood within her domains."
"Well I can't exactly let her hold the domain of maidenhood, considering she is being involved in an arranged marriage." Rhea said, rolling her eyes like it should be obvious.
"What do you mean?" Percy asked, walking up and placing a hand on Zoë's shoulder, only for her to shrug it off. "Of course you could give her the domain. Just cause we are married, doesn't mean I will force her into bed. If she doesn't want to sleep with me in that sense, then I will remain childless." Percy said, not wanting to make it any harder for Zoë than it already would be.
"Oh no you don't!" Rhea said, shaking her head rapidly. "You two are required to either have a child, or be expecting a child by the end of the year, or the treaty is off and war will be declared."
"What?!?" Zoë and Percy yelled in sync. "You never said that when you originally brought up the marriage!" Percy yelled.
"Well I changed the terms." Rhea said.
"You can't just change the terms!" Percy yelled, growing angry.
"Of course I can! I am queen of the Titans, mother of the elder Olympians! I can do whatever I darn well please." Rhea said, glaring down at Percy. "And you best remember that, boy! Before I make the life you have lived look like a cakewalk in comparison to what I would do."

Percy paled slightly, before he returned the glare ten fold. "You can force me to marry, you can have me represent Olympus in a stupid treaty, but you will not tell me how to act in my marriage, you will not force me to bed my wife! I refuse to make this harder for Zoë! So do whatever you want to me! But I won't let you harm her." Percy said, reaching towards his pocket, before he remembered he no longer had riptide, and shifted his hand to rest on the handle of his Drakon bone sword
"Very well." Rhea declared, raising her hand in preparation to cast one of her many curses, before being stopped before she ever began.
"Stop!" Zoë yelled, stepping between Percy and Rhea. "Both of you."
"She is trying to control our life! She is trying to control your future!" Percy yelled, sounding more upset about Rhea controlling Zoë's future than controlling his.
"It's fine, Perseus." Zoë said, placing a calming hand on his arm.
"But Zoë.." Percy started, before being cut off.
"It's fine." Zoë repeated. "I agree to your terms, lady Rhea. I shall be with child by the end of the year, forgive my.... fiance... for his brashness, he is very protective." Zoë said, hesitating on what to call Percy.
"But Zoë..." Percy tried again, but again being silenced by Zoë.
Rhea stared between the two, her smile growing with every second as she sensed Zoë's very minimal feelings of love grow ever so slightly after Percy stood up for her. "Very well. He is forgiven. Now I believe we have one more order of business before we get started on the wedding!" Rhea declared, clapping her hands together.
"Wait what?" Percy and Zoë yelled together. "What do you mean? The wedding isn't today, is it?" Zoë asked
"Of course it is!" Rhea said, sounding like it should have been obvious, "As I told the Olympians earlier, I don't trust them to keep their word, so almost everything for the treaty will be completed today!"
The two betrotheds sighed in defeat, before Percy cleared his throat to ask one more question.
"What is the final order of business?" Percy asked.
"Well it's like I told the Olympians, I expect you to be turned into a god to further strengthen the arrangement." Rhea replied, only to be interrupted by a still pissed off Zeus, who had been surprisingly quiet.
"I will not make Perseus into a god!" Zeus yelled, "He has done nothing to deserve it!"
"What do you mean he has done nothing?!?" Poseidon yelled back, standing up with his trident in hand. "He helped us to win the giant war, he trekked through Tartarus! He defeated Python at the cost of the woman he loved!"

This drew a gasp of surprise from Zoë who didn't know first off that Percy had loved someone beforehand, or that that someone had died.
Percy grasped Zoë's hand, giving it a slight squeeze, before whispering "Annabeth" in Zoë's ear to let her know who they were talking about.
"And he kicked your ass!" Poseidon yelled, finishing off a long tangent that neither Percy or Zoë had listened to, having been caught up in their small moment.
"Exactly!" Zeus yelled, "He could betray us! He already attacked me! Why should I let him be a god?!?"
"Because I said so, Zeus!" Rhea said, before turning towards the Olympian council. "Anyone else have a problem with Perseus being made into a god?" Only Ares and Dionysus raised their hands, before they were both met with hard glares.
"Very well, motion passed. Will someone call the...." Hera started, before being cut off by the arrival of the Fates. "Fates..." Hera finished, frowning slightly.
"Perseus Jackson!" The Fates called out as one. "Please step forward."
Percy gave Zoë's hand on last squeeze, before he stepped towards the Fates, and leveled a hard glare at them.
"Do you not bow, demigod?" Clotho asked, hardly noticing the glare.
"No." Percy replied, still glaring.
"Very well, we won't make this easy then." The three sisters said as one, before they started chanting in the language of the fates and caused all the deities present, excluding Zoë to send forth a small blast of their power towards Percy.
"AAAAHHH!!!" Percy yelled, falling to his knees in pain, before he fought against the pain, much to the Fates irritation, and continued to glare at them, causing them to direct even more of the power into him.
After around five minutes of the Fates and Percy glaring at each other and the Fates blasting him with power, they seemed to realise what they were doing and paled significantly, before releasing the beam.
"Shit!" the sisters yelled as once. Before they and everyone else, aside from Zoë, were blasted off their feet by a sudden blast of power flowing off of Percy.
"Ugh." Zeus groaned, standing back up. "What did you do?"
"Uummm" The three sisters said, staring at each other with a hint of fear.
"Lady Fates?" Zeus asked, not used to seeing them like this.
"We might have made a mistake." Atropis said, staring at Percy who was now on his knees, with Zoë kneeling down in front of him.
"Mistake? But you don't make mistakes, you are the Fates!" Zeus shrieked, worried about what they could have possibly done now.
"Well... you see.." The three sisters began, before being interrupted by a sudden bright flash of light coming from behind them.
"DAUGHTERS!" a voice yelled, causing every except the two betrothed to turn.
"M...m...m...mother..." The Fates stutted, staring at the glaring form of Ananke.
"Do you know what you have done?!?" Ananke yelled.
"Uuuhhh." the sisters responded. "No?"
Ananke introduced her palm to her face, before mumbling about indiotic daughters and messing up fate.
"Mother?" Clothos asked "What exactly happened?"
"You created a new god. You know that, right?" Ananke asked, hoping it wasn't all an accident.
"Yes, the upstart, Perseus." Lachesis replied, glaring towards the new godling and earning a smack from her mother.
"Show some respect." Ananke hissed, "He holds more power than all three of you combined now!"
"What?!?" the Fates and Zeus yelled, the Fates in shock, and Zeus in anger and Jealousy. "How is this possible?" The Fates asked.
"You let your anger get the better of your! You were channeling the power of almost every deity in the room, and you continued to blast it into Perseus for quite a while." Ananke hissed.
The sisters exchanged a nervous look, realising that they couldn't even sense Perseus in the stream of fate, before noticing that his wife to be, had suddenly disappeared from the stream as well, and they grew even more afraid.
"What are my sons' domains?" Poseidon asked, not feeling scared in the slightest, just feeling extremely proud.
"That's the thing." Ananke replied. "Percy does have his own domains, but he also holds some power over the domains of literally everyone in this room. Including me, because my daughters control parts of my domain." Ananke said, leveling a glare at her daughters for letting their anger get the best of them.
"But what are his domains?" Poseidon asked again, his pride growing in the fact that his son had managed to somehow do the impossible, yet again.
By this point, Zoë and Percy had managed to notice the commotion and decided to walk over to see what was going on.
"All hail Perseus Jackson, Olympian god of Loyalty, Humans, and combat!" Ananke started, before pausing. "A god completely free of ancient laws, something that is somehow shared with his wife to be." Ananke continued, before pausing again, still not happy about this next domain "And Olympian god of Power. And the new king of the gods."
