《Prophesy of the Elven King》Ch. 12 I lost

I waited in my bed for my parents to leave. They would go out tonight to search for ingredients for the tonic they were going to make. Luna was sitting nearby waiting as well. She was tasked with watching me while my parents were both away. My parents said their farewells and headed out.
Luna sat in a chair seemingly staring off into space. I had learned that [Soul Speak] was able to be used on people now, so I took the opportunity and spoke to Luna, " Hello Luna, I know this is surprising but this is Juren, and we need to talk."
She turned towards me with a smirk on her face. I should have known then that something was wrong, but I realized too late. " Finally! " Luna replied getting up and walking over to me.
" I've been waiting days for you to reach out to me. It's not nice to keep a lady waiting!" Luna said in an exasperated tone.
I was startled because somehow Luna knew about me and I didn't know how. She could see the panicked and confused look on my face, so she explained " My daughter has been telling me all about you" She said touching her stomach.
" She told me you wouldn't break the curse without talking to me after. She mentioned you tend to feel bad after potentially upsetting someone but not thinking ahead of time to ask permission first. " Luna continued.
I looked away embarrassed as I knew she was right and somehow this unborn child knew me. "You know that's rude?" Luna asked.
"I sowwy," I sent back while trying to look as pitiful as possible. It was only partially and act as I did feel bad. To quote a line from the last film, I saw before I died " Like a turd in the wind."

A relaxed and sweet smile covered her face as she said, " It's ok, I wouldn't expect a baby to know better anyway."
A pained look covered my face as I sent a message back, " I was born old with the memories of a past life."
" Oh child, thirty-six is still an infant in my eyes," Luna stated in a belittling tone.
At this point, I wanted to know who was being reborn as her child. Not many people knew me well enough in my last life to know my age. My parents died long before me, and I wasn't married. My previous girlfriend broke up with me a years before I passed.
" The prophecy speaks of the chosen and his creation of the green elves..." Luna mumbled.
I looked at her confused but realized that she knew what I had understood a while back. That creature in her belly was telling all my secrets!
" To think I would be the Mother of the green elves!" Luna said with an almost fanatically proud look on her face.
She came over to me, and before I knew it, my belly was being tickled. My brand new nerves were super sensitive and lit up like fireworks. I giggled and screamed uncontrollably as a thrashed around. I tried to move her hand away, but my little arms were too weak.
" stop!", I mentally yelled.
"No," Luna playfully retorted.
"Why?" I asked.
A grin plastered itself on her face, " payback!".
After I begged her Luna finally stopped the seemingly endless torture. I tried to get her to agree not to tickle me again, but she said she would have to think about it. I knew that was a woman's vague way of saying no. She also refused to tell me who her daughter had been in my last life. Either she didn't know or wasn't telling. I was reasonably sure it was my childhood sweetheart as she had broken up with me over a lie told to her by someone else that fancied her. The thing is a guy can't guess the wrong woman's name if he doesn't want to experience pain unimaginable! Never tell one woman another girlfriends name! I would have to be certain before I announced who I thought she had been in my last life. I dropped the matter for now, and we then discussed how to convince my parents that it was okay for Luna to keep her child.

When my mom and dad arrived back, Luna claimed a divine being spoke to her and told her that her child would be a green elf. I used [Soul speak] to connect Zotherg and them. Zothergs ancient and wise-sounding voice was perfect to convince them that what she said was true.
My mother was exhilarated and insisted on having some sort of baby shower. They had a long women's discussion that I honestly was trying my hardest not to hear. I saw a plotting expression appear on Luna's face. I knew from a lifetime of women troubles what that meant!
Luna looked at me and turned to my mom and said, "My daughter is the only girl going to be born in the same century in the village."
My mother looked confused but seemed to arrive at the same logic. Then they both started "talking" about how her daughter and I would be future lovers. I wanted to vomit blood and fire.
I sent another message to Luna with soul speak saying " You're mean!'
She merely grinned back at me like all women do when they know that they've won.
