Rex struggled against the invisible force holding him in place. His interrogator only watched and smirked as Rex thrashed.
"You can't get out," the death trooper pointed out.
Rex stopped struggling, "I can see that"
The clone slowly shook his head and picked up a metal collar beside him. He came towards Rex and secured it around his neck. He wanted to provoke him, it was his job. He was going to try and instigate Rex into telling him where Ahsoka was.
"What the hell are you gonna do?" Rex asked even thought he knew the answer, "Torture me until I talk?"
The death trooper laughed, "Something like that"
He walked over to a little area with an array of buttons.
"Well I'm never gonna talk" Rex snarled, "Never"
"I think you'll find I can be quite persuasive" the clone purred, "Now let's start this off nice and easy" "Where is she?"
"I already told you, I'm not telling you anything" Rex growled.
"Shame" the death trooper spat sarcastically.
He pushed a lever forward and the collar around Rex's neck sparked and electrocuted him. Rex howled in agony wrestling helplessly in the air. He felt like his body was on fire. Every vein, muscle, and bone in his body engulfed in scorching flames.
The death trooper pulled the lever back down and the torment stopped. Rex went limp and began to pant, beads of sweat forming on his forehead. The clone cocked his head but Rex shot him a glare that explained it all. The death trooper pushed the lever up, higher this time. The pain was worse, Rex could feel the electricity coursing through his body and slowly burning his skin and tearing him apart.
"Where. Is. She?" the clone asked leaning forward menacingly.
"You can beat me, break my soul, and even kill me," Rex rasped, "I'm not telling you"
The death trooper pushed the electricity all the way up. Rex's body erupted with a horrible stinging sensation. He cried out, screaming so loud he thought his lungs might burst. His interrogator just watched as Rex writhed in misery. He didn't even flinch.
Rex thought about telling him. He thought about yelling at the trooper to stop and giving away where Ahsoka was. Then all the pain, the terrible burning agony would stop. But he pushed himself to focus on what would happen to her if they caught Ahsoka. She would be executed along with Rex. They needed Rex. He had to fight through this and stay alive. After all he was the only one that knew where she was. They weren't gonna kill him. But Rex wondered if dying would be better than having to this agonizing feeling.

No. He had to stay alive. For her. For Ahsoka. He couldn't stand to think about never seeing her beautiful face again. Never being able to touch her warm, smooth, skin. Never being able to get lost in her deep blue eyes. He needed to see her again. He just had to.
"Tell me where she is!" the death trooper snarled.
Rex's breaths were shaky and unsteady, he didn't know how much more of this he could take. But he had to keep fighting.
"No" he croaked, glaring at the masochist in front of him.
The clone was taken aback by this and stomped over to Rex. He grabbed him by the face and forced him to look his interrogator in the eye.
"You're making a mistake!" the death trooper yelled, "I promise!"
Ahsoka wiped the sweat from her face. Her arm ached and she clasped a hand around it. The poison had worn off, but that didn't mean the pain was gone. She was on the ship, sitting with her back to the wall. She needed to find Rex. She didn't want to be without him any longer. Ahsoka couldn't live knowing he wasn't with her. She could barely stay alive on this planet without him. Plus she couldn't even begin to imagine what they were doing to him right now. But she didn't know where to even begin to look for him.
She needed a Master's wisdom. She needed Plo Koon. She silently asked him to help her through the force. She could sense something. Something very faint. Then just like that there he was. Walking out of the forest and towards Ahsoka, was Plo Koon. Ahsoka squintedf and gasped in disbelief. His force ghost walked up to and chuckled at her expression.
"Hello Soka" he said.
"Master Plo..." she choked out holding back tears.
"I'm so sorry" she started, shaking her head, "I should have been there maybe I could have save-"
The Jedi Master put a hand up, signaling for her to be quiet.
"There was nothing you could have done," he pointed out with a long sigh.
"I need your help," Ahsoka said, getting right to the point.
"My friend got captured and they are using him to try to find me," Ahsoka explained, "I need to get to him. I can't stand thinking about what they are doing to him right now"

"Trust in the force" Plo Koon whispered, "That is how you will find your friend"
"But-" Ahsoka started.
"If your will is strong enough it shouldn't be a problem" he interrupted.
Plo then began to walk back to the forest, his back turned to Ahsoka.
"Master Plo!" Ahsoka called after him.
Plo Koon turned around one last time, looking at Ahsoka with a longing she couldn't describe. Then he disappeared into the jungle. His ghost fading against the trees.
Ahsok tugged at her lekku and groaned. She needed to trust in the force. But how was that supposed to lead her to Rex? Ahsoka calmed down and crossed her legs. She breathed in and out concentrating on Rex. Where was he? She felt the force in all living things, along with herself. She felt it flow through her body. Images suddenly through her head.
She saw a star ship, a dirty looking cell, clone troopers, a landing hanger, a long corridor, a door with stuff splattered on it, then Rex. Rex was screaming but Ahsoka heard nothing. He struggled in pain, as little bolts of electricity crawled all over his body. Ahsoka choked on her breath. She could sense he was in pain. It was overwhelming for her.
"Rex!" she sputtered biting her lip.
She saw her name form on his lips and his eyes darted every which way. Searching for her. It broke her heart knowing she was not there. She wasn't there to help him, stop him from getting hurt. Soon she would. But she had to focus. She knew he was on a ship but she didn't know where that ship was. She trusted the force and more images filled her head.
Tons of star destroyers, three moons, a planet that was green and blue, big cities. Ahsoka opened her eyes quickly. It was Corellia. That was where Rex was. The ship he was on was by Corellia.
"Hold on Rex" she thought, "I'm coming to you"
Rex sucked in a sharp breath. It was Ahsoka he felt her presence. Somehow the force connected them. He could tell she said his name, so he said hers. She knew where he was. She was coming to save him. Normally this would be the time where Rex would smile and sigh in relief. But the interrogator was trying to persuade him into telling Ahsoka's location at the moment.
"If that doesn't work maybe this will!" the death trooper cried, pulling the lever down and running over to the array of tools.
For only a moment the pain stopped. Rex closed his eyes, he could see Ahsoka so clearly But he suddenly snapped to attention when he heard something clatter. The death trooper rummaged through the tools, frantically trying to find the perfect one. Finally he picked up a jagged dagger stained with blood, the tip was as sharp as ever and Rex swallowed hard. The knife seemed to glow and Rex could feel the heat from here. He wondered if there were any laws as to how far you could go in interrogating. For the empire at least. The clone pressed the dagger to Rex's chest, piercing his skin. It burned Rex's skin, feeling like hot embers from a blazing fire. Rex stifled a cry and struggled again.
"Ready to talk now?" the death trooper asked.
Rex breathed heavily, "No"
The interrogator pushed the knife farther into Rex's chest, digging into his skin. Hot blood began to trickle out of the wound, running down his side and staining his shirt. Rex turned away from the death trooper, squeezing his eyes shut.
"Your as stubborn as you are stupid" the clone snarled.
He tightened his grip on the dagger then began to pull it to the side, making a deep, large cut. It sizzled, making contact with his skin and Rex screamed. He screamed out, to Ahsoka, or to anyone that could hear him. Silently praying she would burst through the door and save him from everything.
The interrogator pulled the knife out of Rex's chest slowly. Making every second of torment, unbearable. Rex howled in pain, grinding his teeth. The death trooper just laughed and stabbed Rex in the shoulder. Rex writhed in agony turning away from his interrogator and attempting to stop the torture.
"Tell me or it will get much worse" threatened the clone, through gritted teeth.
"Never" Rex rasped.

The Head That Wears The Crown
It's a tale as old as time. Boy goes to funeral. Boy gets sucked into a different world. Boy has to lead a settlement. Boy has to lead a settlement? Boy has to lead a settlement. This is a story about that settlement, and some other stuff. Maybe. Disclaimer: Not sure if it qualifies enough for a gore tag. There is a description of someone's death somewhere in this, but I don't think it is descriptive enough to justify a gore tag. Disclaimer part deux: I initially started writing this as background for another story but got so into it I just ended fleshing it out a bit. Disclaimer part tres: People love reading disclaimers don't they? It's why I've included so many. They're just for you. Disclaimer part four: I know, this is getting egregious. You're starting to find it less funny. Just wait till the twentieth disclaimer, it will start being funny again. Disclaimer part five: I'm kidding, this is the last one. I don't promise I'll read every comment or message, but I certainly welcome your feedback. Disclaimer part six: I lied, it wasn't the last one. I wrote this story without breaking it down into chapters. It just goes, that means that the chapter ends when it ends, not when there is a convenient break in the story. That means that it's very annoying for you as a reader since chapters can end mid sentence. Hah! Sucker! Disclaimer part seven: Get ready for slow updates. Who knows when this will continue. Toss it on read later and come back in fifty years. Disclaimer part eight: Cover Photo by Arthur Ogleznev on Unsplash
