By the time Lucy came, I had already wore my gown. It was the same one I wore while I was in labor with Jack. The contractions were already four minutes apart. Jensen didn't let me forget about it.
"Calm down" I groan
"Is this another contraction?" he asks worried
"No, my head is starting to hurt" I say
"Why? Oh my God, is it a complication?"
"NO! It's from you. Stop talking and passing back and forth" I say louder
"I'm sorry, I'm just stressed"
"You are stressed? This is your third time and you are just watching. What should I be if you are stressed?" I yell
"Sorry"
"Stop saying that you're sorry"
"I'm sorr--" but he doesn't get to end his sentence because I threw a pillow on him.
"Trust me Jensen, you don't want to test my nerves right now" I say and another contraction hits me
"Three and a half" Jensen says
"Shut up" I say squeezing his hand even more. Then the bell rings. "Go" I say and he runs to get it. He comes back in the room with Lucy
"Hi, how are we doing?" she asks as she sees me
"Peachy. Lucy, I think that something doesn't feel the same as last time" I say
"Why didn't you tell me?" Jensen asks
"Because you were already freaking out" I say
"Ok, let's all stay calm. Every labor is different but let me check" Lucy says as she wears her gloves.
I open my legs and she kneels down to check me. "Ok, this is definitely different than last time because I'm feeling her leg in my hand" she says and my heart immediately starts to beat faster. "It's ok, we don't need to panic. Footling breech is not the best way to deliver but it can happen safely" she says

"Ok, ok" I say trying to stay calm
"What do we do now?" Jensen asks
"Jensen, I want you to call for an ambulance"
"Right away" he says and runs to get his phone.
He comes back after a minute "What is happening?" he asks
"(Y/N) is not fully dialeted and I am holding the umbilical cord. That means that the cord has slipped down and it's coming before the baby. If the baby moves down into the pelvis, her hips will compress the cord which means cutting her blood and oxygen supply. (Y/N), I know that this is uncomfortable but I'll need to put my hand right there inside your body, ok?" she asks and I just nod as another contraction hits me.
"What can we do?" Jensen asks worried
"I can try to relocate the baby but with the umbilical cord in between it's too risky. In this case I would recommend a C-section right when we get to the hospital. It's your decision" she says
"C-section?" I say looking at Jensen
"C-section" he says and Lucy nods.

The second we arrived at the hospital, I was rushed in the Operation Room but Jensen was asked to stay outside until I was prepared. So I got an anesthesia from the waist down and when everything was ready, they allowed Jensen in. He was wearing scrubs and a mask. "Hi" he says and sits next to me
"Hi" I say and I smile
"I am going to start now" Lucy says. I couldn't see anything because of the curtain and Jensen looked at me.
"How are you feeling?" Jensen asks
"I'm great" I say and he chuckles "She is coming" I say
"Yes, she is" Lucy says. And then I remembered about my mom

"Oh, my mom... She is probably looking for us at home" I say to Jensen
"No, I called her when I was outside. She'll come when I call her" Jensen says petting my head
"Oh ok" I say. "I love you" I say
"I love you too" he says and kisses me through the mask
"We are having an April 1st baby" I say laughing
"Yes, we are" he says.
"And she's here" Lucy says and lifts her up in the air so we could see her. I started to cry immediately but she didn't. Lucy gave her to the other doctor and kept working on me. "Go" I say to Jensen and he rushes to our babygirl. I could see her move and the nurse was rubbing her skin. "Jensen, talk to me" I say but he just looks at me and then turns back to her. Her skin started to get pinker and she finally cried. Her cry was like music in my ears and caused me to cry even more.
Jensen cut the cord and they wrapped her around a blanket. He picked her up carefully and walked to me. "Here she is" he says as he sits down and brings her next to me. "Oh my God... She is tiny" I say
"She is amazing" he says "I love you so much" he says and kisses me.

Luffy and the Strawhats, or help Meng Hao con increasingly powerful and influential people, or join Cecil Harvey and his friends on their weird journey to save the world, or make friends with Peter Parker while pretending to not know he was everyone's favorite wall-crawling superhero? Kellan certainly wanted to, and while he pursued college to seek out a career he saw himself enjoying, something felt inexplicably empty about his life. So when a decidely sinister force kidnaps him and the prettiest man he's ever seen saves his life and offers him his wildest dreams, Kellan becomes the shopkeeper of a mysterious, dimension hopping shop, complete with a system that helps him acquire items. abilities, materials, and other cool shit to stock it with, as well as some other neat perks. Will Kellan become a boring overpowered MC, like the kind from web fiction that he reads to sate his boredom? Will he keep his generally kind, sweet nature despite the shit he's gone through and will go through, or will he inexplicably become a scary, violent, irrational arrogant douchebag?
