"Without further ado, let's get the third match rolling!" Hanami announced and the red corner glowed as a blader was rising up.

"In the red corner, we have the strongest, unbeatable world champion, Aiger Akabane!" Hanami announced and everyone clapped and cheered for their world champion, Aiger.

"And in the blue corner, we have the dark black flame, Lane Valhalla!" Hanami announced as people also cheered for the runner-up in the Super Legend Tag League.

Both bladers walked up and met each other at the stadium once again.

"Aiger Akabane, I'm glad we get to face off once again in the ring." Lane said, unlike last time when he taunted Aiger to take on his flare. Aiger only smirked back.

"Yeah? Well guess what, it won't end up like last time. I'll blow you away for sure!" Aiger said.

Valt had his arms crossed as he looked down at Aiger. Now Aiger...how'll you battle him this time? Valt thought to himself.

Shasa was looking down at Aiger with wonder. What mode will he go with? Infinite Sword? Infinite Shield? Or Infinite Stamina? There are many ways Aiger can battle Lane, but it's gonna have to be up to a complete unbeatable strategy.

"First Battle!"

Aiger decided to stick with his plan that he did last time. He stuck with Infinite Stamina mode.

"GO, SHOOT!" Both bladers pulled of lightning launches and both beyblades hit the stadium hard and both began spinning at high speeds.

"Achilles!" Aiger roared as Achilles sped up to Lucifer and clashed with it, sending it into the air

"Here's what it means to be a true champion!" Aiger screamed as Lucifer fell back down but Achilles was spinning all over the stadium, using the storm plate to his advantage, didn't allow Lucifer to land back down.

Lane gritted his teeth in frustration, the battle has just started and Aiger already has him on the ropes.

"Don't worry, this isn't even a warm up!" Aiger taunted as Achilles's attacks sped up, dealing more damage to Lucifer. It was this specific moment where Aiger didn't want to lose to Lane. He already lost once against him, Aiger just needs to tie up the score.

Oh wait, I get it! Without the sword or shield, Achilles is lighter and can make sharper turns! Shasa thought to himself, figuring out why Aiger didn't go with either Sword or Shield.

"We're gonna tear right through that bey, right Achilles!?" Aiger screamed, and Achilles's attacks increased even more.

Lucifer was being sent up into the air even more.

"TEAR HIM APART!!!" Aiger roared.

With one more final collision, Lucifer has been sent out of the stadium.

"Infinite Achilles with an over finish! Aiger Akabane wins! The score is 0-1!"

Everybody began to cheer for their World Champion as Aiger raised his arms up into the air, yelling.

Lane gritted his teeth, he had to admit, it was a good plan. Lane couldn't do anything in the air even if he tried, but he was gonna make sure Aiger won't get away with that this time.

Way'd a go, Aiger. Just two more points and you'll beat him Valt thought with a smile while Shasa looked down in amazement, Aiger is a seriously powerful blader and has already taken a point from Lane. But knowing him, Lane won't go down that easily, he'll put up more of a fight than that.

"I have to admit, that was impressive. But I'm gonna make sure you won't get away with that again." Lane said as he held up Lucifer and Aiger just grinned.

"You won't have to! Cause I'm gonna make sure I'll protect Achilles in this final battle," Aiger began as he placed the Infinite Shield on Achilles, "Cause I'm gonna burst you!" Aiger finished as he held up his bey.

"Second Battle!"

Both bladers got into their launching positions.

"Ready? Set!"

"GO, SHOOT!" Lightning launches were pulled and two heavy beys hit the stadium with large impact and immediately, Lucifer raced towards Achilles.

"ENDING WALL!" Lane screamed out a special move as a purple glow appeared around Lucifer.

"Infinite Guard!" Aiger yelled out a special move as four shields appeared around Achilles.

Both beys were colliding with full force. A battle of defenses was taking place but then Lucifer began pushing Achilles back.

Now the roles were reversed, Achilles was now sent up into the air.

"ACHILLES!" Aiger acted fast as his hair spiked up crimson as his red aura surrounding him and Achilles's avatar which was now summoned. Infinite Achilles was falling down and with it's shield hitting the side of the stadium wall recovered itself back and spun towards and gained speed of the storm plate.

"NOW! Infinite Shield!" Aiger yelled out as Achilles was spinning straight towards Lucifer.

"LUCIFER!" Lane powered up with his flare surrounding him and Lucifers avatar which was now also summoned.

"LIMIT BREAK: THE END!"

A huge explosion surrounded the stadium and Aiger gasped as he watched Achilles fly out of the stadium and hit the floor.

"Lucifer The End with an over finish! Lane Valhalla wins! The score is 1-1!"

Everyone began to cheer for the winner of the battle, they're even more excited to see what the next battle will be like.

"That's the power of our bond!" Lane yelled as he held up his Lucifer beyblade.

Shu smiled at the sight, he could see his student having fun while battling and he could truly see the connection him and Lucifer are having right now.

Valt also smiled at the sight and so did Free. They noticed a big change in Lane during and after the Tag Team tournament.

Aiger smiled at Lane who smiled back.

"I've just gotta say, battling you is so much fun!" Lane said with a smirk as he showed off his Lucifer beyblade.

"I could say the exact same thing." Aiger replied as he switched out Infinite Shield with Infinite Sword. He's going on the attack.

"Third Battle!"

Both bladers locked in their beys as they got into their launching positions.

"Ready? Set!"

"GO, SHOOT!" Lightning came out of their launchers as they pulled the thread with full power and the impact the stadium took from the beyblades was immense. Both beys spun around the stadium at high speeds.

"INFINITE SHOOT!" Aiger quickly yelled out a special move as Infinite Achilles dove towards the storm plate and gained an immense amount speed, quickly launching a barrage of attacks towards Lucifer, defending the storm plate from it.

"This time, Achilles is going on the attack!" Hanami commentated the battle.

Aiger gripped his fist.

"I'm putting everything I've got in this! Let's go!" Aiger yelled and Achilles responded by increasing the attacks more and more.

"Come at me! I'll give it everything I've got!" Lane said

"Come on!" Aiger encouraged.

"This is the ending match right here!" Lane yelled.

"I'm gonna burst you! ACHILLES" Aiger screamed and Achilles pulled back and launched itself towards Lucifer once more.

"Infinite Attack!" Aiger yelled out a special move.

The impact caused Lucifer to fly back and hit the stadium walls but was able to recover as it landed on the higher ramp of the stadium.

"LUCIFER!" Lane powered up as his flare surrounded him and his beyblade, quickly summoning Lucifer The End's avatar.

"THE END WALL!" Lane shouted as Lucifer spun down the ramp and straight towards Achilles.

"I knew you'd go for that! INFINITE SWORD!" Aiger shouted and the swords glowed on Achilles as it collided with Lucifer and a huge explosion filling the stadium.

Luckily, Achilles was able to repel and push Lucifer back.

"Alright!' Aiger cheered but then soon, Achilles began to wobble and Lane quickly took this to his advantage.

"Lucifer! End this!" Lane shouted as Lucifer responded as it quickly gained speed from the storm plate and shot itself towards Achilles.

"Ending Disaster!" Lane called out his special move.

Aiger gasped.

"GET OUTTA THERE!" Aiger screamed at the top of his lungs and luckily, Achilles was quickly able to avoid the attack but resulted in Lucifer colliding with the stadium walls and into the air and diving straight towards Achilles.

"WHAT!?" Aiger gasped.

"LIMIT BREAK: THE END!" Lane yelled his final special move.

"ACHILLES!" Aiger powered up with his crimson hair spiking up with his red aura raging around him and Achilles, summoning Infinite Achilles's avatar.

"INFINITE BREAKER!" Aiger shouted his final special move.

A huge explosion filled the arena and a gust of wind spread around the entire crowd.

Aiger widened his eyes as he gasped when he saw Infinite Achilles burst right in front of him.

"Lucifer The End with a burst finish! The score is 3-1! Lane Valhalla is the winner!"

"B-Burst...IT'S A BURST! WE HAVE OUR WINNER!" Hanami announced, everyone went from the state of shock to cheering out loud.

Shasa stared down with a shocked look on her face. The World Champion has just been defeated by Lane. Shasa then looked down at her beyblade. Can she match that strength? She has never defeated Aiger or Lane, if there's a chance she'll battle Lane...will she even win?

Lane had to sit back down on the floor, exhausted from the battle, he was breathing heavily, trying to catch his breath, then he noticed a hand in front of him. He looked up to see Aiger looking down at him with a smile.

"That was an awesome battle!" Aiger said with a grin. Lane seemed a bit shocked but smiled as he happily took his hand as Aiger helped him get up. Aiger then handed Lane his beyblade back.

"Not bad Lane, Lucifer's top notch!" Aiger said and Lane smiled back.

"It's decided. Who's the strongest between us." Lane said.

"Ha! Only for the time being, but next time when we battle, I'll come out as the ultimate champion!" Aiger said and both bladers shook each others hands. Even though Aiger was still the World Champion, knowing that someone was stronger than him felt good for a change and Aiger was happy about it.

"Valt, you're up last." Shasa said and Valt nodded at her and looked at Free who was also rising from his seat, both bladers glanced at each other before walking opposite directions.

"Alright boys and girls! It's time for the final battle of the second round! These two bladers are on the same team together with BC Sol but that won't stop them from going all out on this battle!"

"In the blue corner, we have our high school prodigy! Free De La Hoya!"

"And in the red corner, it's our number one legendary blader, Valt Aoi!"

Both bladers have been risen up to the platform and walked up to the stadium, showing nothing but seriousness on their face.

Valt looked at his Valkyrie and smiled as he then looked up at Free.

"Hey!" Valt called out and Free looked up from his Fafnir to Valt.

"At the World Championship...it was me and you at the semi-finals...you remember that?" Valt asked with a smirk and Free smiled back.

"Yeah, I remember. We didn't even get to finish our match." Free responded with a smile as he held up his Fafnir and Valt held up his Valkyrie.

Shasa remembers that battle, Free and Valt couldn't finish their match due to Free having an arm injury. But now, things were different, Free was much stronger than he was back then and she doubts something like that will take a toll on Free again.

"First Battle!"

Valt got into his launching position and then when he looked at Free, it shocked him. Steam began to come out of his body, suddenly, veins popped out of his body up to his face. Free then looked up with wide eyes, glowing yellow. This didn't faze Valt one bit, he's experienced Free like that, which means he's going all out. Valt just grinned as he gripped his launcher, just like Free, he wasn't planning on holding anything back.

"Let's go!" Free commanded.

"Couldn't agree with ya more!" Valt responded.

"Ready? Set!"

"GO, SHOOT!" Lightning launches were pulled and both beyblades hit the stadium heavily and both beys began spinning around the stadium at high speeds.

"Let's strike first, partner!" Valt called out and Valkyrie raced and hit the storm plate, gaining lots of speed and colliding itself with Fafnir.

"Rush Shoot!" Valt yelled out a special move as Valkyrie began sending a barrage of attacks towards Fafnir using the storm plate, blocking Fafnir from gaining speed from the plate at all.

"Take it down with, Nothing Break!" Free yelled and the driver compressed on Fafnir as it quickly pulled away with lots of speed.

And in a quick flash, Fafnir collided with Valkyrie, sending out of the stadium.

Valt gasped as he watched Valkyrie burst right in front and past him.

"Mirage Fafnir with a burst finish! Free De La Hoya wins! The score is 2-0!"

Everyone began to cheer for their high school prodigy.

Shasa looked down sadly, sure she was happy that her friend was in the lead but Valt has already been pushed back in the corner. She won't admit, but she was wanting Valt to win this battle. But she has to give Free some credit, he's going all out right from the start and that strength can amaze anybody, anyday.

"Second Battle!"

I can't go down like this, I have to seriously give it my all if I'm gonna beat him Valt thought and took apart his Valkyrie as he switched the mode on it, now there are six swords to strike with.

"If that's all you can bring, your done here." Free said with a smile, still having his veins out.

"Trust me, this isn't a warm up." Valt said with a smirk.

Free smirked back as he switched Fafnir into counter mode, he knows Valt is gonna come at him with a different strategy.

Both bladers finally got into their launching positions.

"GO, SHOOT!" Lightning came out of their launchers and both of their beyblades hit the stadium heavily.

"Rush Shoot!" Valt quickly yelled and it seems to be a repeat of last battle, Valkyrie used the storm plate to it's advantage and sends a barrage of attacks towards Fafnir, blocking it from entering the storm plate.

"Really, again? Fafnir will take all of your attacks." Free said and Valt smiled.

"Yeah, but I figured you'd try to do that." Valt said and Free was confused until he looked back down on the battle and noticed that his counter mode was being counter.

"Huh?" Free was confused and looked closely, he finally saw that Valkyrie has six swords now, the three rubber swords on the chassis was colliding with Fafnirs chassis, countering its counter.

"Now! Let's take him down! Brave Sword!" Valt yelled out his special move.

With an immense amount of speed, Valkyrie collided with Fafnir and pushing it back, not letting Fafnir escape this time.

"Let's do this! Valkyrie!!!" Valt powered up as his blue aura surrounded him and his beyblade, also summoning Brave Valkyries avatar.

"Go, Fafnir!" Free also powered up with his yellow aura surrounding him and Mirage Fafnir, also summoning Mirage Fafnirs avatar.

Valkyrie was pushing Fafnir up the ramp and when it was about to get to the highest point...

"END THIS! BRAVE FLASH!" Valt called out another special move.

Free gasped as he watched Valkyrie and Fafnir fly out of the stadium from the ramp and Valkyrie burst right through Fafnir, having both beyblades land the floor.

"Brave Valkyire with a burst finish! Valt Aoi wins! The score is 2-2!"

The crowd was cheering in happiness for their Wonder Boy as he finally tied up with score.

"Amazing." Shasa whispered to herself. That's all she could say. Valt has been able to burst Fafnir. The power of Valt and Valkyrie can amaze anyone, even her the most even though she's seen it multiple times.

Shu smiled, his best friend was coming through and taking on an opponent that he had unfinished business with.

Both bladers picked up their beys and Valt held up his Brave Valkyrie.

"Listen up, Free! Valkyrie and I are winning this match!" Valt stated. Free only grinned while his veins were still showing on his body.

"Ha! You really think so? I'm gonna make sure this next one counts!" Free responded.

Both bladers then switched the modes on their beyblades. Valt went back to powerful three sword mode and Free switched back into absorb mode on Fafnir.

Both bladers then began showing their auras to each other.

"This is the most fun I had in a while, Valt. Every time I battle you, Fafnir and I get pumped up with energy and excitement! But I'm taking this battle!" Free said as he gripped harder on Fafnir. Valt looked at Free who was showing his aura but also saw the Fafnirs avatar right behind Free, having it's tail wrapped around him which only made Valt grin.

"I can't agree with you more! Battling you is great and loads of fun! But even so, that doesn't mean I'm gonna hold back!" Valt said and Free saw his blue aura surrounding him but also Brave Valkyries avatar standing right behind Valt in loyalty. Free smiled at that.

Both bladers got into their launching positions.

Using the storm plate, Valkyrie and Fafnir weren't pulling punches. They sent a barrage of attacks towards each other and each collision resulted in a big impact of damage and sparks flying out of the stadium.

"That's it! Push through!" Valt yelled out.

"Take them down!" Free shouted

Both beyblades kept sending a barrage of attacks towards each other like there's no tomorrow.

"This is what our full power can really do!!!" Valt suddenly shouted.

With a sudden burst of energy, Valkyire sent Fafnir flying. Free was shocked, Valt is pushing right through his limits.

Fafnir hit the stadium walls but recovered and then spun up the right side of the ramp with Valkyrie following from behind.

"Alright Valkyire, take him down!"

Valkyrie attacked from behind and guided Fafnir up and down the ramp towards the storm plate, making both beyblades gain speed and separate from each other.

"FAFNIR!" Free screamed as a yellow aura raged around him, his beyblade and Mirage Fafnirs avatar which was now summoned.

"AGAIN! NOTHING BREAK!" Free screamed
