In case of an exceptionally rare sighting of an Apex, the devil must be executed on sight immediately. The minor population of the Apex, are a threat to society and endanger the well- being of Universe 112, and must become extinct before they poison our worlds. Failure to do so, will result in life imprisonment or death.
