《Burn Archer》Four- A Stolen Hell

My eyes wandered around the bar and noticed a few creatures glaring at us but turned their heads as soon as I looked at them.
I got dragged outside and Titan put his arm around me. "Don't leave my side."
I felt myself turning red so I faced the ground the rest of the way. He pulled me into a small house, which I assumed was his.
"My mother lives here with me so I have some of her clothes you can borrow. Get yourself cleaned up," he said with a smile that warmed me up. I didn't know what was wrong with me but whatever it was, it had to go.
Titan threw me a shirt and looked at my hand. "I can re-bandage you too if you like."
The shirt was just a little too large for me but it extended up to my mid-thigh, which in my opinion, was too short. I washed the blood off my face and to my surprise, not a scratch remained.
I tied my hair up into a high ponytail which didn't cause too much pain.
Even though my body had learned to bear the pain of my body to the point where I no longer felt the pain, I knew that most of my bones were still broken.
I stepped out of the room and strolled over to where Titan was collecting the bandages. He gazed at me and his eyes fell to my legs. I tugged my shirt lower as I frowned. As soon as his eyes met mine, he searched for something to say.
"You can sit here. I've got the bandages ready. Get the previous cast off while I set up the water."
I sat down on the small sofa and unwrapped the bandages one by one. Titan pulled a chair and placed my leg on it. He put a cast around and did the same for my arms as well.

"Thanks a lot for this. People like you don't exist anymore. I can't believe I tried to kill you," I said smiling.
"That's alright," he said, his pink lips stretching into a smile.
"You at least owe me your story now," he added with a smirk.
I came on a mission with aliens I never met to save my planet from creatures that live on your planet and I escaped death several times but am now on a death clock, I thought and decided to word the situation better.
"WellIcrashedintotheoceanfromaspaceshipandalmostdiedandthenescapedfromawaterfallbutnowI'montherunfrommostoftheuniverse," I said in one breath.
His face scrunched up in a knot as if he didn't understand a word I had spoken. "I didn't get that. You mind repeating it?"
"I'm here on vacation."
"Yeah, you fooled me. Now tell me what you really said," he smirked.
"Well I crashed into the ocean from a spaceship and almost died and then escaped from a waterfall but now I'm on the run from most of the universe."
I explained further and told him about the friends I picked up along the way. He engaged in the conversation by adding comments and then telling related stories about what he thought.
His eyes would occasionally flicker to my lips and then back to staring at my eyes.
He leaned back in his chair as he finished with the bandages. "Well, my story is not even interesting compared to yours."
"I'd like to hear it."
He breathed out heavily. "My mother and I were kidnapped from back at Zeig and they offered me either to go to jail or begin a new life here. I picked the coward choice."
"That's not the coward choice, Titan. You had your mother to look after," I said, leaning over and did the most unexpected thing, placing my hands on his.

Pull your hand back before it's too late, Burn, I repeated nervously in my head before I began pulling back.
Surprisingly Titan clasped it before I pulled back completely and leaned near my ear. "Thank you, Archer," he whispered, sending butterflies into my bloodstream.
I went rigid and I could feel my cheeks turning the most embarrassing shade of pink.
"You okay?" he said smirking insanely.
"Oh, shut up. Are you like the bad boy around here? Is that whom I'm stuck with?" I asked pulling my shirt down uncomfortably.
I stood up and strolled over to the kitchen.
"I guess you could call it that."
I was smiling uncontrollably as I stared into the open fridge and grabbed out an ice cream bucket, my back turned to Titan. Then I spun on my wheel, without making eye contact with him, and raised myself onto the platform with my legs dangling down.
Titan smiled broadly before lifting himself the seat and walking up opposite me.
"Mind if I join?"
"Be my guest..." I murmured.
Suddenly I felt my head being raised and realized Titan's hand was under my chin to make me look directly at him. I shivered as a handsome smile crept onto his face.
"There's this raging fire inside of you, Archer. You're a walking bomb and for some insanely stupid reason... I find it beautiful," he said irritatedly, running his hands through his hair.
"Well, I find you beautiful..." I murmured.
"Did I seriously just say that out loud?!" I cried, frowning and slapping my hand to my forehead.
He laughed and got closer. "Do you have a boyfriend back home?"
"Yeah, a couple actually," I joked, still recovering from my stupidity.
He apparently took that to be true so he frowned and simply said, "Oh." He slowly backed off as the smile wiped off his face.
"I was joking!" I said, grabbing his hands and pulling him closer than he was before.
"I wouldn't care either way," he said shrugging and walked closer until our faces were inches apart.
"I thought otherwise," I said, my breath trembling.
"Close your eyes," he said, smiling. I questioned him and he smiled even more broadly but I eventually obeyed. "Just do it."
I was definitely unprepared. After all this time together, I thought I would know much about his lips- from the way it curls to its' movements.
It felt like a blank kiss. But there was one image on my mind as my eyes were shut. Sebastian.
