I walk out of my hotel room and see Dan is standing down the hall talking to Alex. She looks excited, probably because Dan told her about him asking me out. It's around 6:00 which is when he told me to met him. I am dressed in simple blue jeans and a purple button down flannel. When I look at Dan, I feel under dressed. He has his hair pulled back with gel or something and looks amazing. My hair is the same as always. They notice me and then say bye to each other. Dan comes walking over to me as Alex walks off to probably the elevator

"Hey" he says

"Hi" is all I can manage to say

"Ready?" He asks

"If you are" I respond and he smiles. He has such an amazing smile. As we walk, he grabs my hand. We are walking towards the elevator when someone yells my name from behind

"You know Dan has to pick up May and James" March says

"We know March, don't ruin this" Dan says and then March turns around and walks away. I feel bad about what happened today with our earlier conversation. She was about to cry and I feel bad for leaving her, but somehow I knew I should. It's a good thing I did because now look where I am. With Dan, going on a date

"Sorry about her, she's having a rough day" I say to him while looking down

"Hey, look at me" he says and I look up at him "I know you two are close, don't be sorry Megan" he says

"Are you sure" I ask

"Yes" he responds and we both smile

"So, what is this date" I ask

"Well, I thought since it will be our first date, we could go on a double date with May and James" he says and I think that would be a really good idea. We get into the car and go to get James and May. When we get them, they are surprised but Dan said it's his treat so they're okay with it.
