C H A P T E R
TWO:
Silver ring sparkling underneath the early morning sunlight, Jungkook sighs, allowing himself to get used to the feeling of fresh morning air wrap around his skin like a scarf, goosebumps running crazily down his arms, but it's okay since he enjoyed the feeling of being on the beach this early.
Being at the beach this early in the morning, it was so peaceful. The serenity of it all just amazing. The sounds of the beautiful blue waves crashing against each other, little bits of golden sand turning brown as the water doused the edges jaggedly.
What was beauty?
Something that you can adore with all of your heart until you see no further flaws, or imperfections. And Jungkook saw no flaws in nature. Often, life was so busy that Jungkook would forget to just hit pause and look up into the sky. No matter what sky it was, a starry one, a setting one, a rising one, a cloudy one, a grey one, a blue one. No matter what colours were painted blindly of the canvas called the sky, if you just hit the pause button of your life and looked up, you'd see the beauty of the world all over again.
And Jungkook didn't know how to explain it.
How to explain how calm he was. The tranquil feeling dosing his body up for moments that wouldn't feel so relaxed.
Sitting on the beach this early in the morning made Jungkook think back on all of the times where he felt this exactly feeling.
Lazy Sundays with Taehyung, date nights, when he went out with friends, when Taehyung would kiss him gently and make love to him, the day that he and the love of his life finally married as one.
In that moment, Jungkook realised that this feeling was home.
Home.
A place where one can rest, eat, sleep, do everything. But in reality such a direct definition was false. In reality the connotations of home were much different to a physical meaning. Home is so much more than a place to sleep. Home is not a building. Home is something that can make a person feel. Feel warmth, feel happiness, feel safe. Home, by the heart, is a feeling. And Jungkook lived by this. He always had.
But of course, he just hadn't felt it before. Not until now.
Not until six am in the morning. Not until he felt the cold air wisp through his hair, almost like a comforting and nurturing figure, running their hands through his hair. Not until he saw the sun slowly start to peak up from the horizon. Not until he saw the greying clouds stretch over the sky like a duvet. Not until he saw the family of birds flying together.
Jungkook feels all of his regrets, worries and sadness of the past wash away with the crashing waves.
Wrapping his arms around himself tighter, Jungkook relaxes against the sand, staring into the horizon.
Home, to Jungkook, was wherever Taehyung was.
His husband. The love of his damned life. His life that was beginning to feel less damned and more blessed.

Sometimes Jungkook didn't believe it. He felt like this life was playing with his emotions and soon he'd wake up from this beautiful dream and crash back down into reality harshly, where he was just a scared teen.
And he would crash back down into reality.
Because Taehyung would bring him back with a single kiss. But instead of snacking down onto the ground, no one to help him. Jungkook would fall into Taehyung's warm arms, wrapped around the older's hold. And instead of being a scared teen, he was a grown, married man, living the best life he could possibly have.
The wedding was so beautiful. It was everything Jungkook could have asked for. Small and intimate. Family and a few close friends. Outdoor spring wedding. And it was just perfect.
Perfection was something that Jungkook had often asked for, and had not received. But that day, that was just so perfect. So perfect, that it filled up the holes where Jungkook had believed there were imperfections, if that made sense.
If Jungkook was to die in this moment, he wouldn't even mind. Because he was happy. Happy and so content with the life that he was given.
Given? No. Earned. Jungkook had earned his happiness with Taehyung.
Yes, he was proud to say it. And nothing could take it away anymore. Absolutely nothing and you realise how special life is when you finally start see the colours that life gives you instead of the gray-scale view that all the darkness and negativity wants you to see.
It was hard, but it was not impossible, and Jungkook couldn't stress that enough.
That it wasn't impossible to find the version of you that you had spent so much time looking for...in the wrong place. But it was okay to look somewhere else for the time being. Because Jungkook had found something better than himself, he has found the love for Taehyung that he was also looking for.
And that was much more important.
Much more beautiful.
In some ways, Jungkook couldn't describe his love for Taehyung. It was just so damn hard too. And it often didn't make sense. Sometimes, his words would be jumbled up, and other times he would stammer up until he gave up on trying to speak.
But looking at this sunrise, Jungkook finally found the answer. Jungkook's love for Taehyung was like this sunrise. It comes up after the dark night. And it's so heavenly. It's so in touch with everything. And the moment his love rises, the whole world can feel it. Can feel it oozing out of the younger. And it tastes sweet. And smells like flowers.
Jungkook's love was everything good in life, mixed together just for Taehyung to have.
And that made the bunny feel so giddy.
Just for Taehyung.
"Baby," Jungkook brings his knees to his chest, turning around when he hears Taehyung's deep and raspy morning voice calling out for him.
"You up?" Jungkook asks, staring up at the older.
Taehyung runs his hand through his messy black hair, rubbing his eyes before he takes a seat next to Jungkook on the dry sand, "couldn't sleep without you next to me," Taehyung mumbles quietly. Jungkook chuckles, and rests his head on the older's shoulder, immediately feeling the warmth from Taehyung on his own body. "Anyways, what are you doing on the beach this early?" Taehyung asks Jungkook.

Jungkook takes Taehyung's hand, and their fingers intertwine, "wanted to see the sunrise." Nodding, Taehyung looks down at the ring on Jungkook's finger. The silver band and white diamond. It all just felt surreal to the older. Taehyung presses a kiss on Jungkook's neck, his fingers playing with Jungkook's brown hair as the two bask in their peacefulness.
The sun was slowly beginning to rise. Colours or pink, purple and light blue dripping into greying sky, replacing the dull colours with more softer, more brighter colours. The sky beginning to look more like a piece of art rather than...a sky.
"Don't you think it's crazy that we're now married?" Taehyung asks, the wind blowing his white t-shirt roughly, shivering when he feels the goosebumps rising. Jungkook wraps himself around his husband, "after so many years? You were bound to get married to me," Jungkook says cheekily, winking at the older. With a grunt, Taehyung pulls Jungkook onto his lap.
The bunny shrieks, legs wrapping around Taehyung's waist involuntarily, arms around Taehyung's shoulders.
"We all know that I can't resist you my darling," Taehyung says in a fake British accent. Jungkook laughs loudly, throwing his head back, eyes creasing. And Taehyung just watches the younger, equally as happy.
When Jungkook finally stopped laughing, he took a peek at Taehyung's neck, which was covered with hickeys. "Did I go too rough last night?" Jungkook asks with concern, his fingers ghosting over the purple and blue marks on Taehyung's neck. Taehyung laughs, "baby, you tied me down to the headboard, forced me to not touch you and bounced on my cock for hours...you could've done worse."
Heat crawls up Jungkook's neck, his ears turning pink at the reminder of the sinful actions he had done to Taehyung just a few hours before.
Yup, Jungkook went all power bottom on Taehyung.
And Taehyung loved it.
Talking mindlessly, "I mean, it was so amazing. It was just so sad because I couldn't touch you. But it was also relaxing because I didn't have to do any of the work. I mean, if I really wanted to, I could have just laid back and went to sleep. But ah! Who wants to go sleep when they can clearly see you getting wrecked by my cock without me doing any of the work."
Jungkook's blush turns a deeper shade of red. And Jungkook takes it to himself to slap the back of Taehyung's head, "alright. I get the point!"
Taehyung winces slightly. He squeezes Jungkook's waist playfully, "I'm joking baby."
He most certainly was not joking.
Jungkook really got wrecked. Flushed cheeks, broken moans, quivering thighs. Oh, what a sight to see! Taehyung gets excited just thinking about it.
Taehyung holds Jungkook in close, "today, I expect you in lingerie..." Jungkook groans loudly, "and here I was expecting you to say something cute! God Taehyung! Just because we're on our honeymoon, doesn't mean that we need to have sex everyday!"
The older chuckles loudly, "want to go and do it in a naughty place right now?" He offers, giving Jungkook that look.
Sometimes it really felt like the two were still love crazed teenagers.
Jungkook stares at Taehyung for a moment, before pressing his lips against the older's, grinding his plush ass against the older's growing bulge. Taehyung groans into the kiss, which Jungkook happily swallows. The sound of sucking and lips pressing against each others mixing with the sound of the sea.
The younger moans loudly when he feels Taehyung's fingers crawl down his back, into his grey sweatpants, his finger already pushing into Jungkook's abused hole from the night before.
The two begin to grind against each other, moaning and grunting every so often. Taehyung rapidly fingers Jungkook, adding two more fingers, stretching the boy out some more. Jungkook closes his eyes at the dry feeling of Taehyung's fingers pushing in and out of him. It's slightly painful, but brings more pleasure to Jungkook.
Jungkook takes his own act in taking his fingers and shoving them into Taehyung's shorts, slowly beginning to stroke the older. Using the precum as lube, pressing his finger into Taehyung's slit. Taehyung moans deeply, his eyes filled to the brim with love, heat and passion..
"If we get naked here," Jungkook moans breathlessly, "we're probably going to get kicked out of the country...and I'm going to have sand up my asshole for days."
Taehyung's words barely leave his throat, the feeling of Jungkook's fingers striking his length making all of the words choke up in his throat.
"Yeah, we should leave. It looks like it's going to rain."
Like a lucky charm, the minute Taehyung speaks, it starts to rain. Jungkook squeals like a school kid and stands up from Taehyung's lap, pulling the older up with him. He giggles happily at getting doused with rain.
Taehyung takes Jungkook's hand, and the two begin to walk down the beach happily (with raging boners, but let's forget about that.)
"You know, years ago. When I first fell for you. Jin made a prediction about our future. He said that one day we'll be walking down a beach, holding hands while it rains," Jungkook suddenly remembers.
Taehyung hears these words and smiles brightly, he pauses in his tracks, and stares down at Jungkook with so much love, and Jungkook returns the look. The older runs his hand through Jungkook's wet hair, cupping his jaw with the other.
Leaning down, he presses his lips against Jungkook's ever so softly. Jungkook gasps from the softness of the kiss, but nonetheless, kisses back with the same force.
When Taehyung pulls away, he leans his forehead against Jungkook's, "I...love...you."
Jungkook looks down at the ring on his finer before staring into Taehyung's eyes, "I love you too."
The two meet once more, sharing another kiss on the beach, in the rain.
