《Fate (Niall Horan - Completed)》FIVE

It's Monday morning and in three minutes my alarm will go off. I'm already wide awake for a while now and stare at the white ceiling. For once in my life, my brain is blank. I have nothing in my brain, not any idea for anything, not even the thought of food, which is odd for me. The thought of food usually takes up the majority of my head.
When my alarm goes off, I sit up straight and rub my eyes open. As probably every human being on earth, i take my phone and check my Twitter and Instagram account and Whatsapp. 742 messages. Really?, I think and roll my eyes. I guess that's what comes when you're in a group chat. My friends from Ireland, who are now spread all over the world, and Ethan and Ally are in. I really can't be bothered to read everything and throw my phone behind me. It lands on my pillow. I get out of bed and take a hot shower. As the hot water hits my body, my muscles loosen up. My brain start to plan the entire day, within the 15 minutes. Afterwards, I get dressed in royal blue skinny jeans and a white blouse. I let my hair air dry as I prepare and eat breakfast.
When I look at my phone again, I see that I only have 10 more minutes, if I want to get green tea before my first class. I quickly put my empty plate in the sink, blow dry my hair and then pack my backpack. When the 10 minutes are over, I'm done and lock the door. I make my way to the nearest Starbucks where many others students are too. The line is longer than I thought is would be. Minutes later I get my iced green tea and when I walk out, a boy is holding the door open. He smiles at me and I smile back, but instantly blush once I'm few steps away from him.
I get to the lecture hall that is already half filled. A group of boys, wearing wide pants and glasses, pass by me and take a seat in the first row right away. It seems like they already know how everything works but at the same time they seem frightened. Do I look frightened too?, I ask myself as I walk pass them to the third row. Since I can remember I always sat in the third row in classes and now it's not any different. I take a seat at the beginning of the row and take my notebook out. While waiting for the professor to come, i have to stand up a couple of times to let others take a seat in the row too.
Then a old man comes in, followed by the boy that held the door open for me at Starbucks. He has dark hair and smiles when he spots me. The professor goes to the blackboard and writes his name on it, while the dark haired boys comes directly towards me. He stops in front of me and I have to sand up to let him in. When we both sit down again, the professor raises his voice "I am Mr. McAllister." He points at the blackboard and sits down on his table. "I hope you didn't take anything out because if yes, you can put it right back into your bag. Today is just talking!" He announces.

Everyone - including me - who has something out, puts their stuff back into their bag before Mr. McAllister continues. "I'm going to read out your names and you're going to stand up, introduce yourself and tell us the reason why you're here." He smiles and claps his hands. "Ashten." He calls out a girl.
She stands up, smooths out her skirt and clears her throat. "I'm Taylor Ashten and I'm here because I want to be an author." She smiles and you could see the awkwardness in her cheeks. Taylor sits back down, Mr. McAllister nods and calls out the next name.
When we reach F, everyone has their sentence prepared and is ready. Until now, every pretty much had the same reason: they want to be an author.
"Hemmings." Mr. McAllister exclaims.
I stand up, take a deep breath and smile. No one has to think about their sentence anymore and are able to give me their full attention. It feels like headlights are shining at me and I can feel eyes scanning everything inch of my body.
"My name is Olivia Hemmings and I am in this class because I want to work as publisher whilst being an author." I survive. With a smile on my face, I sit back down.
"That's a lovely reason." Mr. McAllister compliments. I smile even brighter. Until now, he only nodded as response before continuing the list. For a second I ask myself whether I should answer or not. But Mr. McAllister takes the question away from me and continues the list. I feel others in the back of the room, glaring holes through my body, but ignore it. I don't pay much attention until the boy next to me, the one from Starbucks earlier today, stands up.
"I'm Toby Jackson and I am here because I want to work in my dad's publishing company." My eyes widen, hearing his words. Toby sits down again, smiling proud and Mr. McAllister continues the list.
When the class is over, I came to the realization that I am better prepared than I thought I am. Before Ethan and I came here, I did lots of research and planed everything through - because that's what I do. I didn't worry if anything would go wrong actually, I just wanted to be prepared. So if somethings goes to another direction, i can deal with it quicker and not waist my time. I have always been like that, my carefreeness comes from preparation.
The rest of the day goes smooth and now I am on my way home, thinking about what I should get for dinner. My phone buzzes a couple of times and when I look at it, I bump into someone. I look up and see Niall standing in front me. My knees get week and the moment of balance fades away. I fall. Niall tries to catch me but it's too late. I don't know if he does it intentionally or not, but he trips.
Everything goes in slow motion as we fall. Our eyes are locked to each other's even when I hit the ground and he nearly lands on top of me. Niall manages to catch himself and holds himself up with his hands on either side of my head and his legs on either side of my legs. He chuckles and I close my eyes, breaking the eye contact between us. I'm dead!, my inner voice yells. Niall Horan lays on top of me. No big deal right? Ha. Ha. Ha. (SARCASM) my heart is racing and I'm starting to get very hot. It's like everything just paused while I try to get my shit together. Calm down, Olivia. It's okay, Olivia. Just calm down, I try to motivate myself to open my eyes. I take a deep breath and open my eyes. "Hey." Niall smiles at me.

"Hi." I smile back and feel the redness in my cheeks. It's something about Niall that makes me nervous - in a good way - and blush every time we talk.
"I've been looking for you, Olivia." HE REMEMBERED ME NAME!, my inner voice yells.
"Re-really?" I stutter. He nods biting his lip.
"Ca-can I... Have your number?" He asks. I'm not completely sure but it seems like Niall is as nervous as I am.
"Sure." I immediately go from awkward smile to bright smirk. Niall chuckles and stands up. Only now I remember that we were laying on the ground. He reaches his hand out for me and I take it. Niall pulls me up and I softly slam against his chest. His arms immediately find their way around my waist. In movies, now wold be the moment where the boy kisses the girl... But Niall has a girlfriend. I laugh short about the thought that Niall would ever kiss me.
"What?" He asks.
"Nothing." I smile and get lost in his eyes. Blue eyes have always been my favourite and Niall's have a special something that makes me feel secure. I don't know how many seconds have pass by but eventually I step back and pick my phone up from the ground. It fell when down when I bumped into him, which I haven't noticed. He gives me his phone and I hive him mine. After we typed each other's number into each other's phone, I save his number as "Niall" with the Irish flag emoji.
"Olivia Elisabeth Hemmings." Niall whispers nearly not hearable as he types in my name. He remembers my full name, I think and my heart skips a beat. I'm kinda surprised and shocked and overly flattered. He saves it and looks up smiling. "Will I see you around?" He asks.
"Sure." I smile. He chuckles, licks his upper lip, smirking. Then he turns around and walks away but not without looking back at me after few steps. I instantly blush again when our eyes meet. My phone rings and Niall walks further away from me. Still looking at him, I pick up the call and put my phone to my ear.
"Hello?" I say. My voice is calm, I talk slow.
"Olivia!" It's Ally. "Why did you ignore my text is everything okay?" She asks.
"Yeah everything is fine." I say and even though she can't see me, I nod.
"Really?" She asks and I shake my head.
"Actually nothing is fine." I change my mind. I start to walk as my brain replays what just happened in just seconds. I bumped into Niall; i fell; he fell on me; he asked for my number whilst laying on me; I HAVE NIALL's NUMBER!
"What happened?" My best friend asks.
"Long story." I answer and quicken my steps.
"Well... Meet me at my car. I need groceries and you do too." She's right, I really do. Especially because all of the sudden I am craving all kind of sweets.
Minutes later I stand by her car and she comes over to me. We hug and then get in. Ally drives off and I start to tell her what happened during the day.
"Seems fine to me." She says when we arrive at the grocery store where she parks the car.
"I'm not done yet." I smile from ear to ear. We get out of the car and into the grocery store. As I push the shopping cart, she puts in everything that we want and I tell her what happened between me and Niall. When I tell Ally stories, I always go into detail and now it's no different. Only his name, is what I don't say. People shopping around us, certainly don't need to know that it's one fifth if the biggest boy band. When we reach the cash register I finally come to the end.
"Oh. My. God." Alison is close to tearing up, that's how happy and excited she is for me. I'm even more excited and happy but if I let my emotions out now, they are going to have to call an ambulance.
"He sounds like a good man." The cashier, a old woman with black hair, smiles at me.
"He is." Is all I can answer. Ally and I pay and then get back to the car. On the way home, she tells me about her day and a boy she met called: Shawn.
When I am back in my flat, alone, I put music on and start putting everything away, except for the cookies. Afterwards, I sit at my desk and write down the things that I have to do this week whilst eating cookies. My phone buzzes twice: a text from mum asking : "did you have a good first day?"
And the other one is from Niall.

Fated Nirvana || Completed ✅
The Fated Series. Book #1. "A single minute without her in my arms and it felt like a lifetime." - Mateo Ramos My name is Mateo Adam Ramos. I was born into a family who's bleed for their reputation, and built us into being one of the most dangerous families to exist. You hear my name... you run. I for one am determined to continue upholding that reputation because that's in my blood. But things are never that simple, are they? Feeling and emotions got involved, and everything I thought I knew, vanished the second I met her. A soft souled, beautiful brown eyed girl who gleams with goodness found her way into my life. I shouldn't have played the good samaritan, that was my fault. I don't want to know goodness, and yet I'm drawn in like it's the light to cure my sins. This goodness has a name, and a face of salvation and I for one know I shouldn't get involved. Guess what I do? I get involved. Because even if I don't want too that's not really how fate works, is it? You don't pick and choose fates plan, you get slammed with it and good luck to your poor soul. This is my story, the kind that was written years before I was even born, and now I'm living it. Watch me make a mess of it too, because after all, I wasn't born to follow. P.S. This book is technically #1, but I have a book before this one that's about their parents. You learn more, and get a clue about their parents and why they are the way they are. Some of the conversations in this book would make more sense by knowing the past. It's not as well written, but if you can get thought it, I promise you'll love this one even more. Of course if you rather start here, then you do you! It will make sense either way! I tired to fill in all the gaps without it getting overbearing. You can always hop back to the book before this after.
