Camille's POV

We all graduated Hogwarts and Frank eloped with Alice. Sirius, Alice, Frank and James have begun their auror training. Lily has started training to be a healer. I've moved out of home into a safe house with Mad-eye. Only Dumbledore, Sirius, James, Lily and my family know it's location. Mad-eye is my secret keeper.

Everytime I leave the house I have to change my appearance. So I haven't been able to work. But I'm still training constantly to hone my skills. I can now control every creature inside the dark forest and in the black lake. Anyway back to the story.

Today Lily and James are finally marrying each other. I'm a bridesmaid and Alice is the maid of honour. Sirius is best man while Remus is a grooms man and Peter is a ring bearer. The colour theme is red and gold. "Ok, time for make-up and hair" Alice states. Lily has decided we have to get ready the muggle way. So it'll take hours instead on minutes to get ready.

"So has Sirius proposed to you yet?" Lilly asks me as I do her hair.

"No he hasn't, but I don't mind. I'm not ready to marry him yet" I tell her.

"Why not? Don't you love him?" Alice asks me while setting up the make-up.

"Of course I do, but we're in the middle of a war. I don't want to rush anything because of it" I explain. "I want to enjoy life, end the war and start my own job" I state. Fifteen minutes later I finish Lily's hair and do my own. While Alice does Lily's make-up. I then did her hair and she did my make-up along with her own.

"Time for the dresses" Lily states smiling. Alice gets the three garment bags with our dresses in them. Mine and Alice's are gold with red flowers. While Lily's is a pale cream colour.

Once they were on Alice puts Lily's veil on as Lily puts on her long gloves. Just then there was a knock on the door and I go answer it. "Come in Mrs and Mr Evans" I say smiling.

"Oh you look beautiful, crap my mascara" Mrs Evans says as she tears up. Alice gives her a hanky chief. "If only your grandparents were here to see this" she states.

"They'd be mighty proud" Mr Evans tells Lily.

"It's time" Alice states.

"I'll go let them know" Mrs Evans says before leaving. The rest of us wait a few minutes before going to the hallway. Where Sirius and Remus were waiting.

"You look amazing Camille" Sirius says wrapping his arms around my waist. He goes to kiss me but I stop him. He gives me a pout.

"You can kiss me all you want later after speeches" I tell him. "Maybe more then kissing" I whisper in his ear.

"I'll hold you to that" he tells me as he pulls away. He then links his arm with Alice's and enter the room. Remus and I follow them. We're followed by Lily and her father. The ceremony was beautiful, but now it's time for the reception.

"Time for speeches" the DJ announces and Sirius steps on stage. He tells a story about the time James go lost on the first day of school. Then an embarrassing one of when James first told him he was in love with Lily. Before wishing her luck with James as a husband. Alice then gave a speech followed by Mr and Mrs Evans. Then it was time for Lily and James' first dance as Husband and wife.

James had improved since the ball taking private lessons with Alice and I. But was still terrible. Sirius then pulled me onto the dance floor and Frank does the same with Alice. As we danced I looked at brother who was standing alone with Peter. "What is it love?" Sirius asks me.

"I feel bad, here we all are happy dancing. While Peter and Remus have no one" I tell him.

"They'll find love some day, well Remus will. I think Peter's to shy to get a girlfriend" Sirius states. "This is Lily and James' night ok, so be happy" he adds kissing my cheek. "I have something to take care of, why don't you dance with Peter and Remus" he suggests.

"Ok, I love you Sirius" I tell him.

"I know and I love you too" he says pecking me on the lips before leaving. I dance with Peter then Remus. But as I danced with my brother a snitch appears flying around the room.

"What is there a snitch?" I ask aloud.

"Don't know, why don't you catch it" he tells me smiling. I hold my hand out to the snitch and it flies to my hand. I turn back to Remus but he's not there. But Sirius is there on one knee.

"Camille Hope Lupin, I love you with all my heart and have since we meet on the Hogwarts express. When you refused to let me place your feet onto my legs. You're strong, beautiful, smart and everything I want in my future life partner. So will you do me the honour of becoming my wife?" he asks me. Just then the snitch I was holding opens to reveal a beautiful ruby and diamond gold engagement ring.

"Yes, a thousand times yes!" I shout tackling him to the ground. He laughs as he hugs me close. After placing the ring on my finger he kisses me deeply. Before we get up to see everyone smiling at us. The rest of the night went well. Lily and James left for their week honeymoon in a tropical safe house.

Sirius and I went to his house after I sent Mad-eye an owl saying I'd be home tomorrow. Once we reached Sirius place, we made love for the first time. We did as a charm though so that I wouldn't get pregnant. Afterwards we fell asleep in each others arms.
