《Camille Lupin the Unicorn》Cancelled Match and the Minster of Magic

Camille's POV
It's the day of the match between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff. The match should be starting soon. I just finished grading papers and am heading down to the kitchens to get a quick bite before the match. But as I am passing the library I notice two petrified figures on the ground with a mirror next to them. I rush over and recognize Hermione as one of the victims.
I send a patronus to Dumbledore. I then levitate both students and grab the mirror. I take them to the hospital wing. "Oh no, another attack?" Madame Pomfrey asks as I place them on a bed each.
"Another double attack. Hermione Granger and a Ravenclaw prefect" I tell her. "They had this with them" I state placing the mirror on the bed side table in between both beds.
"Where did you find them?" she asks me as she begins to examine Hermione.
"Near the library" I answer. Dumbledore comes in.
"The match has been cancelled and all the students have been sent back to their dormitories" he tells me. "Though Minerva is bring Harry and Ron down to see Hermione" he tells me. I nod my head and tell him how I found the students. "I shall go tell Filius, no doubt some of Miss Clearwater's friends will be down later" he states before leaving.
Not long after he left Minerva arrives with Harry and Ron. "This may be a bit of a shock" she tells them. They spot Hermione and rush over to her bedside.
"I found them near the library" I tell them sadly. "Along with this, does it mean anything to either of you?" I ask showing them the hand mirror. They both shake their heads and I put it down.
"I will escort you both back to Gryffindor tower" she tells them. "I need to address the students in any case" she states. "Thank you for finding them and bringing them here" she tells me. I nod my head and the three of them leave. I sigh and decide to go tell Hagrid about Hermione as he is close to her and the other two.

I knock on his door and he answers it with his cross bow. "It's just me Hagrid" I tell him. "May I come in?" I ask. He nods his head lowering his bow and I enter the hut. "I trust you heard about the attack" I say.
"Yes, I had heard" he says as he puts the bow on the table. "Who was it?" he asks me.
"There were two victims, a ravenclaw prefect and the other was Hermione" I tell him sadly.
"She's not dead is she?" he asks me upset.
"No, both are merely petrified" I tell him. "The mandrakes should be ready early next month and all of them will be UN-petrified" I explain.
"Good" he says nodding his head. I go to say something else when there is a knock at the door. He looks at it scared going for his bow.
"I'll get it" I assure him and go over to the door. I open it to see Harry and Ron. "You two can't follow instructions" I say as I let them in. "I'll make us all some tea" I tell them.
"Are you okay Hagrid? DId you hear about Hermione?" Harry asks him.
"Oh I heard all right, Melody just told me" Hagrid tells him. He kept glancing at the windows nervously. I pour the tea as Hagrid grabs a fruit cake.
Suddenly there's a knock at the door. Hagrid dropped the fruitcake. Harry and Ron exchanged panic stricken looks, then threw the Invisibility Cloak back over themselves and retreated into a corner. I make sure they are hidden hiding their mugs and Hagrid answers the door. To see Dumbledore and the Minister of Magic Cornelius Fudge.
Hagrid had gone pale and sweaty. He lets them in without saying a word. "Professor Dumbledore sir, I just made some tea. Would you both like some?" I ask with a smile.
"No, thank you Melody" he tells me.
"Very bad business. Had to come. Four attacks on Muggle-borns. Things have gone far enough. Ministry's got to act" Cornelius explains.

"You know I never, Professor Dumbledore, sir..." Hagrid starts to say.
"I want it understood, Cornelius, that Hagrid has my full confidence" Dumbledore says frowning at Fudge.
"And mine" I add.
"Hagrid's record's against him. Ministry's got to do something - the school governors have been in touch" Cornelius tells us.
"Yet again, Cornelius. I tell you that taking Hagrid away will not help in the slightest" Dumbledore tells him.
"I'm under a lot of pressure. Got to be seen to be doing something. If it turns out it wasn't Hagrid, he'll be back and no more said. But I've got to take him" Cornelius states.
"Take me where? Not Azkaban prison" Hagrid croaks.
"For a short stretch only" Cornelius assures him. "Not a punishment, Hagrid, more a precaution. If someone else is caught, you'll be let out with a full apology" he explains. I go to protest when there is another knock at the door. Hagrid sure is popular tonight. Dumbledore answers it.
Mr. Lucius Malfoy strode into Hagrid's hut, swathed in a long black traveling cloak. With a cold and satisfied smile. Fang started to growl. "Easy boy" I say patting his head.
"What are you doing here? Get out of my house" Hagrid demands.
"My dear man, please believe me, I have no pleasure at all in being inside your - er - d'you call this a house?" Lucius asks him unimpressed. "I simply called at the school and was told that the headmaster was here" he explains.
"And what exactly did you want with me, Lucius?" Dumbledore asks him politely. But I see the fire was still blazing in his blue eyes.
"The governors feel it's time for you to step aside. This is an Order of Suspension - you'll find all twelve signatures on it. I'm afraid we feel you're losing your touch. How many attacks have there been now? Two more this afternoon, wasn't it? At this rate, there'll be no Muggle-borns left at Hogwarts, and we all know what an awful loss that would be to the school" he says.
"You send Dumbledore away and there'll be killings next" I sneer glaring at him.
"You must be Professor Prewett, Draco has told me all about you" he says looking at me.
"I bet you black mailed most of the governors" I say.
"If the governors want my removal, Lucius, I shall of course step aside..." Dumbledore states. "However, you will find that I will only truly have left this school when none here are loyal to me... Help will always be given at Hogwarts to those who ask for it" he explains.
"Admirable sentiments" Lucius says. "We shall all miss your - er - highly individual way of running things, Albus. And only hope your successor will manage to prevent any - ah - killings" he states. He strode to the cabin door, opened it, and bowed Dumbledore out.
"If anyone wanted ter find out some stuff, all they'd have ter do would be ter follow the spiders. That'd lead em right. That's all I'm saying" Hagrid states.
"I'll take care of Fang while you're away" I assure him. "Come boy" I say and leave with him at my side. I take him to my private quarters. "You can go to the hut during the day, but you'll sleep and eat here until Hagrid's return" I state. I feed him his dinner and conjure up a bed for him. Before getting ready for bed myself and calling it a night.

Silvergates: Northworld (Book 1 complete)
Five years ago, the first Silvergate was found. At first, they called it a hoax. But since then, more and more people have entered the alternate dimension called Northworld, received their Interface, and going on to real adventures. As it gained momentum, they called it a problem. Now, they call it a crime. But for nearly a half a million people, it's now their real home. Yearning. Escape. Duty. The reasons to go are many. Despite the criminalization of the Silvergating, people still seek out their ticket to Northworld. But for new Gaters Jasper Hill, Erika Haglund, Henry Esteban, Northworld has surprises in store. Not every rumor are false, not every conspiracy theory is stupid. When the veil lift for them, showing truths about Northworld that no one suspected, they may have a hard time making themselves heard. And being trusted may mean the difference between life or exile forever. Northworld is a litrpg story where people enter an actual world, submit to an RPG-type Interface, and discover an alternate reality. You could describe it as a reversible Isekai since people alternate between Earth and Northworld. The characters are usually casual about it, which means casual talk and the not-infrequent profanity. Four letter words dropped in conversation (or internal monologue). Warning: one potentially horrible theme and one implied sex scene. Book 1 is complete, as the title says. Book 2 is expected to start in 2022 (hopefully).
