"Don't you ever think I'm not ready, that I'm not ready for you Dante, you mean everything to me, you're my soul mate for goodness sake," venus rushed out, throwing her arms up in frustration, as Dante bit back a smile at how adorable she looked when she was frustrated.

"Anything else madam," he teased

Venus realized he was enjoying her rant and was teasing her over it, she gave him an accusing look, huffed, and crossed her arms over her chest, a pout on her lips.

Dante laughed out at her antics and yet again captured her lips into another kiss, the last one venus started ended with them both getting too overheated.

After he lifted his lips off hers she didn't let him move, keeping her forehead pressed to his, her arms around his neck and his still around her waist, both breathless from the kiss.

"I love you,"

Dante froze, they had said it to each other before, but every time felt like the first.

"I love you more," he husked out.

Venus slowly blinked her eyes open to see her mate looking down at her with so much emotion that it made her tear up, she cupped his face in her small hands and gave him a teary smile as tears started running down her face.

'I'm sorry I'm such a cry baby,' she hiccuped while crying,

Dante shook his head at her and pulled her to himself as she cried into his chest.

'it's okay, you're my cry baby,' he teased, but his own voice was thick with emotion, for years he believed he wouldn't find anyone,

that he was cursed, but here he was holding his beautiful mate tucked away in his arms.

They were tears of happiness, they both knew.

it was in the bliss of the moment that they felt their bond strengthen yet more, just three words and they felt like their souls had touched all over again, they held each other for a long while, loving the feel of the other.

As Dante wiped her tears away and placed a kiss on her forehead, picking her off the tiled slab he held her bridal style as Venus giggled at the smirk on his face,

he placed her on the bed and climbed in after her, placing his head on her chest and wrapping his arms around her torso.

Venus hugged him closer to himself, playing around with his dark locks, feeling a wholesome feeling encompass her, she basked in it, sighing in content, she kissed the top of his head hearing him breathe in deeply, taking her scent in.

The moonlight glinting through the glass windows, falling on the two of them, a large male lying on his stomach, his head on his mate's chest as she gently ran her fingers through his hair.

Who knew, the most monstrous being would be all cuddled up to his little mate, him being double her size, as he growled lowly in content when she started tracing her fingertips over his tanned, muscled shoulders.

He turned his head to the right and nipped at her fingers, as she squealed at him and giggled when he gave her a toothy smile.

"You're such a big baby," venus giggled, giving him a peck on the forehead.

"I wanna spoil you with all my love and attention," she whispered.

The 6'3 alpha lifted his chiseled face off his mate's chest, the green of his eye looking light in color because of the moonlight while the blue of his other eye looked vibrant, he looked at her in wonder.

"Sweetheart I'm supposed to be spoiling you," he whispered, his voice deep, as he placed his head in her neck and placed a kiss there.

she sucked in a deep breath, knowing she'll never get used to his touch, the sparks that would fly upon their skins touching would never get old.

"Nah uh, I'm not into the stereotypes that the guy always has to be the one doing things for the girl, it goes both ways," she said smiling, loving their little banter.

"What did I ever do to deserve you," he whispered, almost as if asking himself,

still in question of what good he had done to get a pure soul like her in his life, to be by his side forever.

Venus kissed the tip of his nose and looked up at him, her eyes shining with so much love for him that Dante felt his heart start thumping fast.

"I love you, baby,"

"I love you more Dante," she said, placing her lips on his softly, slowly moving her lips and tasting and feeling the contours of his lips,

as he moved his head so he could have better access to her lips, slowly sucking on her bottom lip, finding encouragement in her moan, he gently bit it, hearing her gasp in delight as she copied his movements, hearing him grunt his approval.

The night they spent in each other's arms, talking about their lives and their likes and dislikes, teasing each other which turned into a long while of kissing.

"Venus no matter what is on your mind, I want you to always tell me, I don't want you to ever hesitate in telling me anything, okay baby?"

"I'll tell you everything Dante, I promise," venus replied solemnly, as she cuddled into his chest and he wrapped his arm around the small of her waist.

It was then that venus realized, it was with him,

That she felt complete.
