Okay, so first so what is our true self?

It's our most honest aspect of who we are. All masks aside.

There are some of us who are still trying to figure out who they are like me. So here is advice I found researching that might help you.

Don't ignore your emotions.

In order to find who you truly are. You must face your fears. Don't be what other expect you to be.

Connect with your emotions.

Find who you really are.

Although that's really hard to do by yourself.

It's like the movie Moana. Throughout the movie people have expections of her. She is always drawn to the sea.

Her grandma shows her the cave.

Moana wonders what is inside. Her grandma just tell that it is the only way to find who she truly is.

In order to find ourselves we need to find our truth.

Find your truth.

Here's something to think about from an article I read:

These are beliefs that many people believe. That people can change for the better.

I am one of those people.

Some believe that people can't change but I do. I believe people can change for the better.

That they can find who they truly are.

Ask yourself some questions.

1. What do I want?

2. What are my strengths and weaknesses?

3. Who am I really as a person?

Think about those answers and don't lie to yourself when you do answer. Some people are going to answer based on other expections. This is about what you want. Not what others expect.

Now, if you can't answer some of those. That's okay.

I can't tell you who your true self is.

I can only help.

To help you better understand. Overcome your fears.

There's fear of weakness, vulnerability, letting others down, or even fear of change. Don't let these fears stop you.

Overcome them. So you can truly be yourself with apologizing.
