I'm having the biggest heart attack ever and I feel like I'm gonna faint anytime now. I was breathing so heavily while hurriedly packing my things. "You're leaving already?" Bora asked.
"I sure am." I wore my bag and immediately dashed out of the library. My heart beat is as fast as my pace. I rushed down the building and out of the school campus. I was relieved to see my house.
I let out air from my mouth and went inside. "Hi, Dad." I said and took off my shoes in a hurry. I immediately went to my room and threw my bag on my chair before throwing myself on the bed.
I slammed my feet alternately and squealed, covering my face on the bed sheets. "Why am I thinking of him again? I should focus on my studies, not on a..
boy!" I told myself.
"Jaeshin, stop thinking about him! Stop thinking about Jaehyun." I said, but his name made me think about him more. "Ugh, I'm messed up."
"Jaeshin, are you okay? You're shouting." Dad called outside my room. "I'm okay!" I replied and sat on my bed, sighing. "Okay, we have to study for Mathematics because measures of central tendency is making my head ache."
I opened my bag and pulled out my Winnie the Pooh notebook when two memories flushed in my head.
"You like Math, don't you, Nox?"
"Who would our Math teacher be?"
"I heard it was Jaehyun hyung from Class IV-A."
I sighed. "I give up not thinking about you."

I went to school the next day without feeling fazed about anything. I let Jaehyun stay in my mind because I can't do anything about it. I like the guy.

I went to our room and again, I'm alone by myself. I sat on my chair in the back and played Flappy Bird in my tablet. I suddenly heard a knock on the door. I brought my eyes to that direction and my heart galloped.
"Excuse me, are you still the only one here?" Jaehyun asked. I bit my lip and nodded. "Y-Yes. Why?" I asked back. "Ms. Im was asking for Younghee.. was it Younghee? Yeah. She was asking for Younghee's presence." He said.
I nodded. "I'll tell her when she arrives." Jaehyun smiled. Oh my god, I'm going crazy. "Okay, thank you," He was gonna walk away but stopped halfway. "What was your name again, lyre girl?" He asked and chuckled at his own nickname for me.
"Jaeshin.. Im Jaeshin."
He nodded. "Jaeshin," He said, like he was testing my name on his tongue. "Nice name." He grinned and walked away. This time, without pausing.
I hadn't realized that I was tapping my shoes on the floor if it wasn't for Jewin. "Jaeshin, are you okay?" That's been the only question I kept on hearing now, rather than Jaehyun's 'what was your name again?'.
I quickly nodded. "Yeah, yeah. I'm okay." He pointed outside. "Should I call for the mental hospital?" I chuckled and waved my hand. "No, I'm fine, really." Jewin nodded and gave me a weirded out look before going to his chair.
I have to control myself or else I'm gonna lose my sanity.

It was finally lunch time and while walking towards the canteen, I was spacing out again. Bora snapped her fingers near my ear. "Hey, Jaeshin." She waved her hands in front of me. "Should I call for Jaehyun-"

I immediately went back to where I am and shook my head violently at Bora. "No, don't please." She laughed and clutched her stomach. "Oh, God. I was just kidding, Jaeshin," She stopped laughing and gave me a calm smile.
"And besides, there is no Jaehyun in the first place. You were just hallucinating." I held Bora's hands. "Tell me that was true. Tell me he's true."
Bora tried to hold back her laughter but laughed again. I rolled my eyes and folded my arms. "Are you done laughing?" She let out a heavy exhale. "Wooh! I can't believe you actually fell for that."
I started walking away from her and she immediately took my arm. "Oh, lighten up, Jaeshin. Come on, that would be my first and last joke." We walked towards where the other girls are and sat down our chairs.
Of course, Bora immediately told them about what happened back there. They started teasing me and I just gave them glares even though I was enjoying their tease.
I was just busy eating when I heard a familiar voice shout. "Jaehyun hyung! Hello!" I looked up and my eyes landed on Nox running towards Jaehyun. He crouched to the same height as Nox and opened his arms. The kid threw himself on Jaehyun and the latter hugged back.
Jaehyun smiled at the kid and ruffled his hair. "What do you want to learn later, Nox?" He asked. Nox smiled widely. "I want to learn about nuns." Jaehyun chuckled at what Nox said.
"Do you mean by nouns?" Nox nodded aggressively. "Yes, Jaehyun hyung! It's what mommy teach." Jaehyun nodded. "Okay, but listen carefully later, okay?"
"Yes, hyung!" Jaehyun smiled again, revealing his dimples. My heart became warm at the sight. "Now, take your lunch." Nox nodded again and ran off to where his mom is.
The girls immediately whipped their heads towards me with the same smirk, one after the another. Kira clasped her hands together. "Wouldn't he be a great father, guys?" She asked and Yejin started tapping her handkerchief below her eyes.
"Yes, yes. And who would be his great partner?" Maeyoung asked and they all said, "Im Jaeshin" loudly that some of the students turned their heads towards us.
Especially Jaehyun.
I shushed them and they just waved it off. I glanced at Jaehyun and he was chuckling.
Why does he gotta be so cute?
