JACKIE'S POV

The one thing I hate doing the most in the morning is to wake up. Especially if you have school on that particular day.

I groaned and pulled myself away from my bed and headed towards the bathroom. I took a quick shower and checked the time. 7:15 am

I still have forty five minutes. I stood inside of my walk in closet and went into a deep thought of what to wear today.

After a lot of debating I chose a white colored tight fitting crop top and some dark blue high waisted jeans with my favourite black boots.

I put on a little bit of make-up, took my i-phone and bag and jogged downstairs.

"Good morning ya'all" I chirped as the delicious smell of waffles hit my nose.

"Good morning honey" my aunt said. My uncle had already left for work. As he was a business man; he was pretty busy all the time.

"Hey shorty!" PJ said ruffling my hair while I sat down beside him. I let my hair loose today.

"Hey! Don't touch my hair you fatty" He looked at me with pure amusement.

"Fatty? Me? Oh come on Jackie, I have a defined six pack which is mouthwatering to a lot of girls. he smirked at me and I rolled my eyes.

"Not something a mother would love to hear so shut your ass up and eat" my aunt said and I giggled at her.

After eating my yummy waffles I bid goodbye to my aunt and headed to PJ's car. We settled inside and he looked over at me with a small smile and asked "You nervous for today?"

"Yes. A little" I lied. He rose a brow at me and I huffed "Okay, I'm a total wreck over here! Happy?"

"No need to worry sis I will be with you all the time" he smiled at me and we started our journey to the school.

QUINCY ADAMS HIGH SCHOOL.

I read the board at the entry. I am soo nervous. What if they don't like me?

I feel a hand on my shoulder and look over to PJ "I know what you're thinking. Don't. They will love you" he assured me.

We parked the car and as soon as I got out people looked over at our direction. This is why I hate being the new girl.

People were staring at me and that made me feel so uncomfortable and insecure about myself. I got a hold of PJ's shirt and clung myself to him for safety.

He looked down at me and saw my nervousness. He put an arm around my shoulder and started heading inside the school. We reached the office and I went inside.

I saw a lady in her late 30's sitting behind the desk. She looked at me and smiled sweetly at me "You new here?"

"Yes. My name is Jackie Miller" I said. "Well well, welcome to QUINCY ADAMS Jackie. Wait a second let me get your schedule" she politely said.

"There you go. Have a nice day" I nodded and mumbled a quick thanks.

I headed out of the office and searched for PJ. I saw PJ was waiting for me. But he wasn't alone. There were four more people.

I hesitantly started to make my way towards them. When PJ saw me he pulled me towards them and said "Hey guys this is my lil cousin I was telling you about. She's Jackie and she is a total cutie ain't she?"

I blushed and looked down.

"Awww she's soo cute. Well hey I'm Lily. You are a real beauty let me tell you and your hair is soo soft and shiny" Lily blabbed feeling my hair.

"Thanks" I mumbled lowly.

I looked at my left to see two boys.

"Hey there I'm Zayn and this is Arnold lily's boyfriend." As soon as he said that PJ's face turned a bit sadder.

What was that about?

I looked at Zayn again and I have to admit he was hot. With his blonde hair and his sharp jawline and icy blue eyes.

"Hey its nice to meet you both!"

Then I turned around to see the last person and my heart froze.

He had the best brown eyes I have ever seen and he was covered with tattoos. LITERALLY. His jawline was even sharper than Zayn's and his beautiful brown hair and oh god those plump full lips.

I licked my own while staring at his.

I leaned into Lily and asked her "Who is he?"

He must've heard me because he looked at me with so much intensity. I felt like I would melt right then and there.

He smirked and said "I am Xavier. Xavier Black"

His voice was so husky and it actually turned me on soooo much.

"H-hey" I stuttered like the fool I am.

He chuckled "No need to stutter princess I won't eat you, unless you want me to" he winked and my jaw dropped.

PJ being the overprotective brother shoved him and said "No flirting with my lil sis Xavier" Xavier rolled his eyes on him and looked at me.

"Well I'll see you around princess."

And he left.

Wait.

Oh my god.

He called me princess???

Oh GOD I will die now.
