JACKIE'S POV

I was so scared of him right now.

He had a sinistic look on his face which made me want to pee in my pants.

I got up and started heading towards the door.

But I wasn't fast enough as Lucas caught up to me and grabbed my hands and pushed me against the wall.

He was just inches away from me.

And the force which he was applying on my wrists was too much.

It will definitely leave a bruise.

"You bitch, I was trying to be sweet to you and here you are trying to act like a tough bitch." He snarled.

I winced.

He continued "Xavier will get bored of you really fast. And then he will toss you around like garbage. Then you will come running to me."

I flinched. That hurt.

"Because look at you, you are so plain. You don't have anything" he scoffed.

Tears started to form in my eyes. This hurts way to much.

"So it will be for the best if you stay away from him" he said and left.

By now tears were falling down my cheeks.

I know I'm nothing special but will Xavier really get bored of me?

I ran out of the library and pushed myself towards the bathroom.

I locked myself in a stall and cried my lungs out.

I don't even know why I was crying. I'm such a crybaby.

Xavier deserves better than me. He doesn't deserve a nobody like me.

I got out and fixed my face.

My eyes were red and puffy. And my face was looking so dull.

The bell rang indicating it was lunch now.

I groaned and started making my way towards the canteen.

I took my lunch tray and and sat besides Lily.

I ignored Xavier's presence and ate my lunch in silence.

I can feel him looking at me.

So I looked up. I saw him looking at me with concern and confusion in his eyes.

I looked back down and kept on eating my meal on silence.

The bell rang and I rushed to my class.

By the time it was PE I became nervous. Xavier is definitely going to ask what's wrong.

I started making my way to the ground and suddenly someone pulled me inside the janitor's closet.

I was going to scream but I immediately recognised who it was by the person's cologne.

Xavier.

"Why are you ignoring me princess? You know I hate it when you ignore me" he said.

"I'm not ignoring you" I mumbled lowly.

"Yes you are princess and you are going to tell me why" his voice is holding so much authority that it made me shiver.

"I'm not good enough for you Xavier. You should be with someone more beautiful." I said looking down.

"What the fuck are you talking about? You are everything I ever wanted princess" he said pushing my face up to look at him with his thumb.

I remained quite.

"Why would you even say something like that princess? Talk to me baby." He cooed sweetly.

The tears I was holding back couldn't stop itself anymore.

"Hey hey don't cry princess. Talk to me. I'm here for you"

"Lucas said I am not good enough for you and he also said that you will find someone more prettier than me and then dump me." I said crying.

"Baby you do know I won't ever leave you right? And god you are more than enough for me. You are everything I dream of in a girl. Don't you ever say that you don't deserve me. Because I'm the one who doesn't deserve you." He said with so much love in his eyes.

"I'm sorry Xavy" I said. How could I be so stupid?

Xavier really likes me and I should not question his feelings for me.

"No need to apologise princess. He just wants to seperate us. He can't stand me being happy" he said with a little anger in his voice.

"Now let's go baby" he grabbed my wrists and I winced.

"What's wrong princess?" He asked and I shook my head.

"Nothing" I lied.

He took a hold of my hand and analysed it.

His eyes turned darker.

"How did you get a bruise?" He asked.

"It's alright Xavier. I'm okay don't worry about it." I tried to convince him.

"No it's not okay. That fucker did it didn't he?" He asked.

I nodded.

"He's a dead man." He growled and rushed out of the janitor's closet.

I ran behind him.

"Stop Xavier" I yelled but he didn't listen to me.

Lucas also had PE with us.

As soon as Xavier found Lucas he didn't even waste a second to lunge at him.

He pushed Lucas hard and said "Stay the fuck away from my girl you dick head"

Xavier punched him in his face "How dare you even touch her."

Lucas got up and smirked.

"Bro chill will you. Jackie is a hot chick and you don't deserve her. And you know it yourself." Lucas said.

Xavier was raging and I held his hand to calm him down.

"And if you want we can share her you know. We are twins after all" he said smirking at me and that made me so uncomfortable.

Xavier didn't even think once and grabbed him by his throat.

"Shut the fuck up you bastard. You're gonna stay away from her. If you even go near her I will make sure you regret it"

He was choking him.

I need to stop him. So I tried to stop him.

"Xavy please stop you're choking him. You can get in big trouble. Please." I said.

He looked down at me and sighed.

He released him and I sighed in relief. He took my hand and started pulling me towards school.

"Come on let's go princess. We're going home." Xavier said.

"Umm but we can't just leave like that"

Xavier smirked and winked at me. "Oh we can, so let's go"

I looked back at Lucas and saw him looking at us with a mysterious look on his face.

What's his next plan? I thought.
