XAVIER'S POV

I was furious.

How the fuck can he even think that I would share my princess with her.

She is mine and I won't share her with anyone.

The thought of her being with someone else makes me want to kill somebody.

She will always be with me. And no one else.

I didn't give a shit about school right now.

All I cared about was my princess. So I didn't waste a single second on dragging her out of the school.

We took our belongings and snuck out of the school.

It's not like we were missing anything important.

PE was our last period.

I took her to my car and settled down.

I'm gonna take her to my house.

"Umm Xavy where are we going?" She asked confusingly.

"To my house princess" I said cooly.

She just nodded.

I glanced towards her wrists and clenched my jaw.

The bruise is obviously showing. He must have grabbed it too hard.

I clenched my fists around the steering wheel.

That fucker touched her. I should have broken his jaw.

If it wasn't for Jackie I would have killed him.

The drive to my house was silent. But not the awkward kind.

It was a comfortable silence.

We reached my home in ten minutes.

I guided her to my room and asked her to wait there.

School must be over by now. I hope that fucktard doesn't come home straightaway.

If he does then he's gonna be dead as soon as he steps inside the house.

What else did he tell my princess? I thought.

I will ask her about that later.

I picked some snacks and drinks from the kitchen and went upstairs.

I opened the door and saw my princess looking at the photos on my desk.

Most of the photos were my of me and my dad.

God I miss him so much.

Life would have been so much easier if he was here.

I observed her intently.

She didn't even notice that I was in the room.

She looked at those pictures with so much adoration and awe.

The sight of her melted my heart.

'She's perfect' I thought.

I don't understand how could she even think that she didn't deserve me?

It's me who doesn't deserve a pure and innocent girl like her.

Over the past years I have realised that I'm nothing but a burden to everyone.

My own mother despises me. That thought alone breaks my heart into a million pieces.

I've basically grown up without a mother.

She always took Lucas's side, even when he was wrong.

The only person's love and comfort I wanted after my father's death was hers.

She kept me in the dark even then.

"Xavy?" Jackie said pulling me out of my deep thoughts.

"Huh?"

"I called you like twice. Are you okay?" She asked coming towards me.

I inhaled deeply.

She smells so good.

I didn't waste a single second and pulled her in a tight embrace.

"Are you okay Xavy?" She asked. Concern was dripping in her voice.

I pulled away and dug my face on her neck.

"Mmm just let me stay like this. Please." I requested.

"Okay" she said and pulled me close.

This feels so good. Her body in my arms feels so good. Her hands in my hands feel so good.

I don't know what I'll do if she leaves me.

No. She won't leave me. Ever.

"Don't ever leave me princess. I won't be able to live if you leave me" I said.

I know she won't leave me but the fear of getting rejected and of being left alone has always haunted since my dad died.

And I can't help but be insecure about it.

"I've told you before and I'll tell you again Xavier. I will never leave you. I will always be by your side no matter what. Even if you hurt me I'll still rise up and fight against all the odds for us to be together. I will never leave you." She said.

I looked at her face and searched in her eyes whether she was saying the truth or not.

Her eyes held so much sincerity that I couldn't resist myself and pulled her towards me and kissed her.

I kissed her soft and slow in the beginning.

And after a few seconds I deepened our kiss. I pulled her even more close to me if that was possible.

I pulled away and rested my forehead against hers.

"You're mine princess" I breathed out heavily.

She giggled.

"I know that Xavier. You keep on telling me that"

I chuckled at that.

She is mine and she'll always be mine. I won't let anything come between us.

Not even that shithead Lucas.
