Aidan's P.O.V

We head up the stairs to May's room to get changed for the movies.

We reach May's room and I collapse face first on the bed which makes May laugh.

I feel the bed dip slightly beside me and from the smell I can tell it's May.

"What's the time?" I mumble against the douvet.

"It's 7:40pm." She says.

"Can I not get changed yet. I can't be stuffed." I mumble.

"Sure."

After a few seconds I feel a weight on my lower back and turn my head to see May sitting on my back.

I roll over so she is now sitting on my stomach.

"Hello there." I say sarcastically.

She laughs which makes me smile.

I place a hand on either side of her face and pull her down to kiss her.

"Your so mushy." She says when she pulls back.

"What do you mean?" I ask confused.

"You like hugging and kissing. Totally sweet, I don't mind. It's just something I noticed." She explains.

"Don't you know about that side of the mate thing?" I ask surprised.

She shakes her head looking puzzled.

"Well basically every thing that you knew goes out the window." I tell her.

"Yea I know that part but how does it make you all mushy?" She asks leaning her head slightly to the side.

"Well lets just say that even the toughest werewolf in the world would give up his reputation for his mate. You just can't be tough when it comes to your mate. Just trust me any guy would rather fall to his knees and beg rather then loose his mate. No dignity." I says laughing slightly.

"So does that mean you used to be a big bad alpha until I came along." She says laughing.

"Well I liked to think so." I say winking.

"Mmm, I bet." She says laughing and patting my cheek.

I fake and offended look which makes her roll off me laughing and clutching her stomach.

"What's so funny?" I ask smiling down at her.

"Your. Face." She says basically crying.

"My face is not funny!" I say rolling my eyes at her.

"No it's not. But it's funny looking." She says laughing even more.

"Aww. That's mean." I say pouting.

"Sorry. Your face really was hilarious though, I must admit." She says controlling her laughter and wiping her eyes.

"Come on. Let's watch a movie or two to fill the time." I suggest.

"Sure. But I'm choosing the movie this time. Your decisions take forever."

"Fine." I say rolling my eyes.

I walk over and sit on the couch and May walks over to the DVD draw.

She pulls out three DVD cases but doesn't show me the covers.

She puts one in and comes to sit on the couch with me.

I slide over and pull her close.

When the movie eventually starts I see that it's the Taken 1 movie.

"We should get ready to go." I say looking down at May.

"I guess." She says dragging out the guess.

She hops up and I hop up too.

"I'll shower and change first." She says.

"Ok. I'll wait and shower after." I say sitting back down on the couch.

May walks in to the bathroom and shuts the door behind her.

I hear the shower flick on so I go on my phone and read a book.

After about 20 minutes May comes out with a towel wrapped around her body and another one wrapped around her hair.

I lock my phone, hop up from the couch and walk in to the bathroom.

I close the door and flick on the shower before slipping off my swimming trunks and hopping in.

The warm water washes away some of the clorine from the pool and I clean the rest off with soap.

I grab a towel from the cabnet and dry off. I wrap the towel around my waist then walk back in to the bedroom. The wardrobe door is closed so I assume May is changing in there.

I grab my duffle bag and pull out my light brown chinos and a soft white shirt. I then put a button up dark blue shirt on/ I button it up but leave three buttons undone.

I pull on my black vans and mess my hair up a little.

I take a seat on the couch and wait for May to come out.

She comes out a few minutes later wearing a maroon skater skirt, a cool crossover crop top, a pair of black doc martins and a black handbag.

Her hair is in a cool braid that almost looks like a waterfall and it goes around the back of her head.

"You look beautiful as usual." I say walking over and kissing her.

"And your too sweet as usual." She says kissing me back.

"Should we get going?" I ask extending my hand to her.

"We shall." She says smiling while taking my hand.

We both head outside and hop in my car. It doesn't take long for us to get to the movie theatre and when we arrive end up finding a park easily.

I grab May's hand and we walk in together. I hear a few wolf whistles and turn to my right to see two guys who look like twins staring at May.

Yes these idiots are staring at my mate.

I feel my eyes start to turn black and my hands turn in to fists.

"Come with me." I hear May growl in my ear.

She leads me off to an empty corner of the movie waiting area.

"You can't start turning all wolf everytime someone looks at me. If your not careful you will kill a bunch of human while giving us away to the remainder of humanity." She growls, her eyes turning slightly darker.

"Ok. I'm sorry, I'll try. They just look at you and I can see the desire in their eyes. It's like their telling me they're going to try and steal my life." I say pulling her in to my arms and breathing in her scent then pulling her tighter.

"They are never going to take me away from you. And if they did I would be kicking and screaming and clawing at them. I love you just as much as you love me. You need to stay calm and try not to attack anyone. Can you please do that for me?" She mumbles in to my chest.

"Yes. For you I can do that." I say pulling back and looking at her.

"Then let's go see a movie." She says kissing my cheek.

We head off and buy the tickets then head straight in to the theatre wherethe ads are already playing.

We take our seats and May leans in to me, tucking her feet under her.

I wrap my arm around her and pull her closer.

She rests her head on me and the movie starts.

"Pssst. Hey." We head a voice whisper shout.

May and I both turn out heads to see the guys from earlier sitting a couple seats down from us.

"You know your girlfriend's really hot." One of them says, looking at me.

"I think hot is the wrong word brother. I would say smoaking hot is a better word for it." The other says smirking.

"No guys I think you both have it wrong. She it more then hot and more then smoking hot. Words can not describe how beautiful she is." I say smiling down at her. "Besides. Smoking hot is two words. Not one." I say, raising an eyebrow at them.

"And for the record. You suck at hitting on girls especially if she's taken by the hotest guy on the planet." She says smirking at them.

"Wow. Your girls got attitude." The first one says.

"Yea. It's so much better like that. It means she doesn't fall for playboys." I say smirking at both of them.

May and I both turn back to the movie and she lays her head on my shoulder again.

"I love you." I whisper in her ear.

"I love you too." She whispers back.
