Chapter 10: Lee’s questions.

(Lexy’s POV)

I was still in my office thinking about the rogue problems. They’ve been attacking a lot lately, they attacked the Night pack; 30 died, the Moon pack; 35 died, the Safire pack; 50 died and now the pack just near our territory, the Midnight pack. They’re getting stronger, which means we need to train more. I can’t put Lee’s safety in danger.

Then, the door opened. Lee peeped in,

“Yes Lee.” I smiled hiding the paper works.

“Mommy, can I awsk you sowmething?” he asked.

“Sure baby.”

He had a big smile on his face as he ran to me. He climbed on my lap and studied me.

“What is it Lee?” I asked.

“Mommy, who’s my daddy?” he suddenly asked.

“Why do you ask?”

"Because i wanna dawddy!" he said.

"Dont you like your daddy Steve and daddy Lance, or even daddy Oliver?" i asked.

yup. Steve, Lance and Oliver is being called daddy by Lee. Why? because i want him to at least feel a fathers love, well, there not there father but you know what i mean.

"I ownly lwike dawddy Owliver." he said.

"Why?"

"Becasue dawddy Steve and dawddy Lawnce doesnt wawnt me to cawll them that." he said.

"Then what do you want?"

“Nothing, dawddy i mewan Uncle Steve showed me this picture...” he pulled out a picture from his pocket and showed me.

I looked at it and my eyes widened. I knew Steve took these from my bag! It was my picture with Leaf, our last picture together.

“Is this my dawddy?” Lee asked.

“Yes baby, that’s your daddy. His name is Leaf Kristove.” I smiled.

Liar! Luna spoke.

Oh shut up, how can I tell him his father raped me?! And to think he’s afraid of his own father who tried to kill him.

But still, Lee has the right to know the truth about his father.

Fine, lets’ say I told Lee that his father is Jonathas, how can I explain why he wasn’t with us for 4 years? Because he didn’t know I was pregnant when he raped me in a hotel and now is with a blond as her girlfriend? Why don’t you do it?

Jonathas can leave Mia for you and Lee, he promised.

Like Leaf promised to never leave me.

That’s the thing, Jonathas is not Leaf. I love Leaf even if he’s not my mate; I love him more than Jonathas. Leaf never rushed things and didn’t, I repeat, didn’t raped me.

Lexy, Leaf’s not here! Jonathas, our mate is here! At least give him a chance! Get over Leaf and be live your life, stop thinking he’ll come back for you!

I stayed silent.

I’m sorry, I know you love Leaf but at least give Jonathas a chance, I’m not telling you to be with him as soon as possible, all I want is to give him a chance. Luna pleaded.

“Mommy!” Lee spoke snapping me back to reality.

“Hmm.”

“Where’s dawddy?” he asked.

“He’s in a happy place Lee.”

“When will I see him?” he asked excitedly.

“I don’t know... if you’ll be a good boy maybe I’ll introduce you to him soon.”

“Yeay, I’wll be a goowd boy so I’wll see dawddy soon!” he giggled and ran out.

I smiled at him; maybe he needs to know the truth. I sighed at myself, what am I doing? I should be mad at him, I should be furious... by why aren’t I? Because of us being mates? Maybe. Ah! C’mon Lexy, call him and give him one shot. If he blows it then ignore him.

I’ll do it. I grabbed the telephone and dialled the number of the telephone number of the pack house. I waited and he finally answered.

“Hello.” He spoke.

“Jonathas, it’s Lexy.” I spoke, my heart was skipping a beat.

Why does he have this reaction to me?!

“Lexy, I had a feeling you’ll be calling.”

“Look, I want to talk about the thing I told-”

Then, Mia’s high pitch voice cut me off.

“Babe, we’re not done yet. Come back here, let’s continue.” She called.

Okay now I’m furious. The deal’s off, he blew it. I should have known better than giving him another chance. Stupid Lexy!

“Lexy, let me explain.” Jonathas spoke.

“Actually, let me continue. I want to talk about the thing I told you a while ago, I was right. I never will fall for a man whore like you, and to think I was ganna give you another chance.” I hang up and threw the telephone.

See, that’s why I don’t want to give him another chance. Because I’ll just get hurt. I told Luna.

Maybe he was pushing her away.

Stop hallucinating Luna, not all mates are perfect for each other, not all mates end up being together

She stayed silent.

Not all have a happily ever after sometimes, it’s just a once upon a time.

(Unknown POV)

I was walking by the woods in my wolf form when someone called my name... well, somehow my name.

“Wolfy!” a boy’s voice called.

I looked to my right and saw Lee waving his arms, calling me. I approached him and he smiled at me.

“Hi Wolfy.” He repeated.

I chuckled and smiled at him. I met Lee when I was taking a walk and I saw him about to be attacked by a grey rogue wolf. I ran toward him and pinned the grey wolf and didn’t hesitate to kill him. I snapped his neck with my mouth and looked at Lee. He looked at me with curiosity when I noticed him crying. I licked his cheek and he chuckled.

Since that day on, we’ve been seeing each other well; he’s wanted to see me more often. Going in the woods by noon and waiting for me under the tree where I saved him. I lay down and he leaned on my belly.

“You know Wolfy, mommy finally told me abowt my daddy.” He smiled.

For a 3 year old, he’s quit brave to be going in the woods alone knowing there are rogues around.

“She said my browder was named after him, he’s name is Leaf.”

I looked at him with wide eyes. Wait, This is Lexy’s son?! I stood up and he looked at me with curiousity. i turnned around and was about to head out when he Lee said,

"Yow'll cowme bawck right wolfy?" he asked.

i nodded. i ran and ran. I'll come back Lee, i will definetly come back.
