Lexy's POV

I frowned at him and scooted over away from him, only for him to grab my wrists and pull me back.

The full moon shone through the balcony window casting a shadow over his face, I could sense his wolf was close to the surface.

“What are you doing here” I demanded Jonathas, trying to pull my hands from his iron grip with no luck

“Mine” He growled in a very animalistic voice, his canines began to extend as he pushed me down against the bed and leant towards me

My heart bean to beat rapidly as I realised he was past reasoning with. I began trying to wiggle my body out from under him but he had me pinned down with his weight, nothing I did worked. I bit my lip as I stared up him, maybe if I can seduce him I will get the upper hand… Jonathas pressed his lips against mine hungrily; I could feel his canines against my lip as he demanded entrance. Much to my disgust, I parted my lips as his tongue plunged in exploring every crevice of my mouth. I could feel his grip on my wrists loosening, so I tried tugging them free. A deep growl vibrated from deep inside his chest as he tightened his grip again. The kiss broke as he began trailing kisses down my jaw, tears began to stream down my face as I realised how hopeless I was now. I could feel his sharp canines grazing my skin where he was preparing to mark me.

“No, please Jonathas” I croaked out, but he ignored me.

I heard another creaking noise but I couldn’t place the sound, until a growl echoed by the balcony door that Jonathas entered before. Jonathas lifted his head to the sound, his eyes glowing as he stared at the new wolf in my room. I stared at the familiar brown wolf in disbelief as it took a step forwards with a deep warning growl. The heavy body pinning me down suddenly disappeared, soon replaced by a large black wolf standing over me snarling viciously. Anyone could feel the tense atmosphere in the room as the two alphas stared each other down. The brown alpha wolf took another step forwards, his snarls like a tractor. The wolf made eye contact with me and I instantly recognised my rescuer. Leaf. I gasped as Jonathas lunged forwards off the bed towards Leaf, snapping his jaws close to Leaf’s face. I let out a small sigh of relief as Leaf dodged it just in time, snapping at Jonathas’ flank. Leaf appeared to be holding back somewhat as Jonathas went by pure animal instinct. Jonathas didn’t hesitate as he twisted around and latched his jaws around the brown wolfs left front leg, I scrunched my eyes closed at the sounds of ripping flesh drifted through the room.

The only thing I could hear was the rushing of my heart and the snarls of wolves. I slowly opened my eyes to see what was happening, Leaf was slightly crouched in front of my bed with a slight limp and blood covering his soft brown fur. While Jonathas was making a cemi-circle staring deep into Leaf’s eyes with his own half crazed ones, his black fur showed slight patches of blood but nothing to what was wrong with Leaf. Everything seemed to go in slow motion as both of the large alpha wolves large at the same time, baring their teeth, going for each of their jugulars. Jonathas’ leap was full of power as he took confidence over Leaf’s injured form; his teeth grazed the side of Leaf’s face as Leaf twisted his head last minute, latching his sharp teeth around Jonathas neck. The smell of blood was thick in the room as both wolves continued to growl, Leaf with his jaws around Jonathas throat pinning him to the ground.

Jonathas growls began to quieten as Leaf’s eye continued to flick up to the sky outside. I followed his gaze and noticed the sun was now slowly rising, and the more the sun came up, the more Jonathas calmed down. How unusual. Leaf slowly let loose of the black wolf and took a step back, panting slightly. He watched as Jonathas slowly stood up and shook out his deep black pelt. Jonathas’ eyes seem to be more human than before and I was slightly relieved that he didn’t appear so feral. I moved backwards as Jonathas took a step towards me, pleading clear in his eyes. But I couldn’t trust him, not after the blood bath he just had in my bedroom. Leaf growled at him as he tried to get closer to me. Jonathas slightly hung his head as he turned away from me towards the open balcony, with one last look back at me he jumped down and disappeared from my sight. I turned my attention to the slightly wounded brown wolf that still remained in my room,

“Thank y-you” I croaked out, quickly wiping my eyes dry.

I watched him as he walked out onto the balcony, a minute later I came face to face with Leaf. His face showed pure concern.

a half smile appeared on his face. the smile i missed, the smile that once mad me melt and still do. I took a step toward him and the next thing i know was his body pressed against mine, his warm, long slender arms around me. i wrapped my arms around him and inhaled his sweet scent. then, tears again fell from mye eyes.

"I-i miss you." i sobbed as i tightened my hold around him.

i felt a smile appear on his face.

"I miss you too Lexy. I really missed you." he whispered on my ear.

he let me go and we looked at eachother's eyes. then my heart skipped a bit, i now felt shocks same as i touch Jonathas, then my wolf howled in joy,

"MATE" she said.

MATE? wait... i have two mates?

"So i guess you figured it out huh, Mate." he smiled.

I guess he noticed my shock expression.

"But how is this possible? I thought i only have one mate?" i asked confused.

"Your mother had 2 mates remember? it's normal for the daughters of an Alpha to have 2 mates." he responded.

"I love you Lexy and i'll do anything to have you not because we're mates but because i've loved you since were kids." he added making my feet jello.

if his hold wasnt so tight, i could have dropped on the floor. Then, i kissed him without thinking. he was shocked to because he just stood there, wide eyes, stiffed. i realized what i did and pulled away blushing.

"I'm sor-" i didnt get to complete my sentence, he crashed his lips to mine.

i was shocked at first but i responded to his kiss. he licked my bottom lip and i opened my mouth. He explored my mouth, Gosh he tasted so good!

his lips departed from mine and he left butterfly kisses on my neck making a moan escape my mouth and i felt him smile. he brought his lips back to mine and he kissed me passionately. i dont know how long we kissed but we broke the kiss breathless. our foreheads touched and a smile was now playing in his face.

"Now that's something i want to have every morning." he said making me blush.

he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me up as he moved. i didnt know where he was taking me until i felt the warm comfort of my bed. he lay me down and lay next to me still keeping his arms around me. i snuggled near him and closed my eyes, falling asleep listening to the beat of his heart.

"I love you Lexy." he said and i fell asleep feeling safe.

Leaf's / Unknown POV

i watched her fall asleep in my arms. she's finally near me. this is no longer a dream, it's now real. i wrapped my arms tighter and placed my head above hers.

then i heard a growl.

i looked at the balcony door and saw a pissed Jonathas shirtless.

"What are you doing snuggled next to my mate?" he asked with venom in his voice

i smiled at him.

"I hate to break it to you Jonathas but i'm also Lexy's mate. i'm Leaf, Leaf Kristove." as those words came out of my mouth, his face was full of shock making me smile wider and more proud.

"What are you ganna do now Jonathas? Are you still hoping she'll accept you after what you did and now that i'm here?" i asked.

I won Jonathas. now that i'm here, i'm taking what's mine. and maybe even your son.

Jonathas's POV

it hurst when i saw Lexy's expression when she saw me. Fear. she feared me. after i jumped dorn her balcony, i ran to the forest and shifted. i found a pair of shorts hanging by a branch and i know Jacob put it there. i should talk to him later. i putm it on and my wounds were healing but it still hurts. that wolf was no ordinary wolf, he was an Alpha like me but what pack?

go kill him! Joshua ordered.

I wont let you out for a month! i growled at my wolf.

oh c'mon Jonathas, i know i went a bit too far but oh c'mon!

it's your own fault. now she's scared of me.

i ran back to her pack house still nurvous. i climbed at a tree and jumped to her balcony. as i looked for her, my eyes were full of anger as i saw the man who faught me just a while ago sleeping next to her in her bed, his arms around her.

i growled.

"What are you doing snuggled next to my mate?" i asked with venom in my voice

he smiled.

"I hate to break it to you Jonathas but i'm also Lexy's mate. i'm Leaf, Leaf Kristove." as those words came out of his mouth, my face was full of shock making his smile wider and more proud.

my heard fell, now that Leaf is here...

"What are you ganna do now Jonathas? Are you still hoping she'll accept you after what you did and now that i'm here?" he asked.

Now what am i ganna do?

i cant compete with her love for him.

after what i did, how can she accpet me as her mate?

how can i have my son and my mate when my own family is afraid of me?

i turned around but before i left, i said,

"I wont give up just because you came. i can hope Leaf. i can still do something to change her mind about me." i said and jumped out and ran back to the forest.

how can i have my mate back?
