that afternoon.....

I was watching TV. I flipped through channels, there were absolutely nothing good to watch. then something caught my attention. I could hear music playing. i stood up and walked toward the door, the music started to sound louder. i opened the door just to see Jonathas wearing jeans, a tight, black V neck shirt showing his muscular body and his 6 pack abs. he was holding my favorite flower, a bouquet red rose and he started to sing. the music faded and i just stood there speechless.

"Well, does the song express my feelings for you or do i have to repeat it myself?" he asked smiling.

right in front of him, i was speechless. i know it's old fashion but cmon... you know it's sweet. he even gave me a boutique of red rose. it's old fashion but i like it.

"It was Jacobs' idea and i really wanted to tell you how sorry i was so... yeah and so..." i looked at him and he was blushing.

is it just me or the big strong Alpha Jonathas blushing? he's cute. I swear, he's more good looking when he blushes. i still cant believe i could make an Alpha blush. i chuckled making him look at me with an eye brow raised.

"It's cute." i smiled.

"so... i'm sorry."

"Why didnt you tell me about your curse Jonathas?" i asked.

he sighed and sat down at my door step. i sat next to him, placing the flowers beside me.

"I didnt have the courage to tell you. I though that if you knew you'll ran away and hide Lee away from me just because of this damn curse. I cant take the risk of you living me. i was scared. I'm scared of loosing you and Lee. that's why i didnt tell you because i'm a coward and a weak excise for a mate." he sighed and looked down.

"You know Jonathas, you are a coward." i said making my wolf growl at me.

"Ouch." Jonathas said still looking down.

would you stop making him feel bad?! he serenade you, gave you roses and says 'sorry' to you... what more do you want woman! Luna growled.

but i just ignored her.

"Why? because you thought too much. i'm your MATE for crying out loud. A mate is made to love, help and to understand his other half. If you would have told me about this curse, then maybe i could have understand your actions, maybe i could have explained to Lee that he shouldn't be afraid because his father is just protecting him, maybe i could have accepted you...

and maybe i could have let you mark me as yours." i whispered the last part but i knew he heard it because he crashed his lips to mine.

Jonathas's POV

"... and maybe i could have let you mark me as yours." she whispered.

I pulled her close to me and kissed her like there's no tomorrow. i felt sparks all over my body, and i know she could feel it too. She gave me 'tomorrow', she gave me a new beginning. I will not give up on her. for her, i will not withdraw to anyone, especially Leaf. He maybe my Mate's first love but i will be her last.

we pulled away catching our breath. i met her eyes and they were mesmerizing, those light brown eyes of hers were so beautiful. A smile appeared on my face. She was my Mate, my other half, my Luna and she was all MINE.

no one can take her away from me. Not her pack, not Leaf and not even the moon goddess herself. I'll do anything for her. anything.

"Lexy, I love you and i will do anything to have you." i smiled, brushing my lips to hers.

"I don't know how to respond to you today Jonathas. I just found out about your curse, Leaf came back, and my son-"

"our son." i corrected.

"-might be carrying your curse." she continued.

"Then give me a chance. a chance to show you that you should pick me instead of Leaf. Give me a chance to be with my son. a chance to have my own family. please Lexy, i want to get to know my son and my mate." i pleaded.

she went silent for a moment. thinking about it. she finally looked at me with a blank expression, making my heart pump fast. Nervous.

she took a deep breath and nodded. Joy filled me. i stood up and just yelled,

"YES!" hugged Lexy spinning her around while holding her in my arms.

Now that i have a chance with my mate, i'll do anything in my power to get my mate back to me. watch out Leaf, i might- no i will get my mate.

Leaf's POV

earlier that day...

i got back to the pack house -wearing clothes- just to find Lee playing with Lance in my room. as i stepped in my room, their attention went to me. Lance's jaw dropped while Lee ran to me and smiled,

"Dawddy!" he said as i carried him with one arm.

"Hey Bud." i smiled.

"Le-Leaf? you're... alive?" Lance asked shocked.

"In the flesh." i smiled.

"But... how?"

"I'll tell you later, but right now... i need to talk with Lee."

"Why is Lee calling you Daddy?" he asked now standing up.

"because i'm his father." i smiled.

"I know you know the truth Leaf, we both know who's Lee's real father. why do this?" he asked.

"Because Lexy and i are mates." i responded.

"but Jo-"

"didnt work out. now it's my turn. Lance, i know i you'll tell me to do the right thing but when it comes to mates... i'll do anything to have mine."

"Lance, can you please leave me and Lee alone? i need to talk to him privately."

he sighed and left, closing the door.

i walked toward my bed and sat down, making Lee sat on my lap.

"Whawts wowng Dawddy?" he asked.

"Lee, you like me as your Dad right?" i asked.

he nodded.

"what if i'm not your daddy, would you still want me to be?" i know it's foolish to ask a 4 year old this question but i want to know.

"I wawnt wou as my Dawddy." he smiled.

"Really?"

he nodded with a smile on his face. Now that i have Lee's permission -sort of-, all i need is Lexy's permission.

Jonathas's POV

i was still hugging Lexy when we heard some one clear his throat. we quickly pulled away from each other just to see Lexy's whole pack watching us with an amused smile on their faces.

"See, i told you something good will happen when we come home." Kace, i thinks smiled.

"Lexy, why is this..."Leo looked at me from head to toe, "man hugging you?" her Dad asked.

"Um... well, dad... you see... i kind of- forgive him." Lexy responded with an innocent smile.

Her dad gave me a narrowed look making me stiff. then, he smiled.

"I'll admit, for a young kid like you, you have guts. I will let you have my permission to court my daughter but only... you could only court her... yet." he smiled.

i smiled in relief. Maybe this old man wasn't so bad. and he said 'yet'.

"Thank you sir."

"Okay, every one. go back to your room and take a rest, we're training tomorrow." Dad commanded and the pack went in except for dad of course..

"Lexy, i know it's not a good time to say this but... Oliver's comming home." he said making Lexy stiff.

Lexy's POV

"Lexy, i know it's not a good time to say this but... Oliver's comming home." he said making me stiff.

"O-Oliver?"

My brother's comming home.... Crap!

"when?" i asked.

"Tomorrow, along with Cameron and his other pack members"Dad responded.

Oh great... Now that Jonathas and i are okay, Oliver comes home...

what will he do once he knows that Jonathas is my mate and he's Lee's son...

not to mention Leaf is alive...

What am i gonna do?
