Jonathas's POV

It was already 7 in the morning and i was still reading a bunch of books about Linxer and Night walkers. books were scattered all around the floor and the book shelves were all empty, surprisingly, it was all books about were history.

It's a bit weird though, Jacob's not here shouting at me. wonders where he's at. never mind, i need to get a shower. i stood up and went out of the office. i went in my room and grabbed a fresh set of clothes and went in the bathroom, taking a cold shower.

after about 10 minutes, i was only wearing my boxers as i lay in my bed. maybe i should get a quick nap-

"Alpha Jonathas, a rogue entered our territory." Kief, one of my pack members called through our mind link making me stand up, grab a pair of boxers and ran out the balcony, shifting to my black wolf.

"Where is your location?" i asked.

"north west, just near the boundary."

"I''m coming."

i ran faster until i saw 2 of my pack members growling at a man. i slowed down until i was in front of him. his eyes looking at me with disappointment. i went behind a tree and shifted back to human form wearing my boxers. i walked back toward the rogue and asked,

"Why are you crossing my territory?"

"Ah, a new Alpha i see. I am not a rogue, i am an Alpha of a pack. i came here to see the Alpha but it seems you're not the Alpha i am expecting to see." he responded properly.

"What do you want with my mate?" i asked glaring at him.

"I havent heard of Alpha Lexy finding her mate yet, but i'm surprised she did not tell you about me. If you must know i am Alpha Andrew, and i came here to have a chat with her." he explained.

"And what is that?"

"Well-" then a fire ball suddenly almost hit Andrews face but he dodged it quickly but a slight bruise was visible.

"What the hell is Andrew Crimson doing here?!" Lexy suddenly was near me and she was pissed as hell as his name came out of her gorgeous mouth.

"As expected from Alpha Lexy." Andrew smiled bowing a little but stood up straight after.

"What the hell do you want Andrew?!" Lexy repeated.

"I'm here to have a chat with you."

"About how you murdered my sister?! you better leave if you dont want another fire ball hitting you, and this time, i wont miss." Lexy warned as fire balls surrounded Andrew.

"That's why i came here, to tell you that i wasnt the one who killed Sasha, it was my twin brother Avex. And i also came here to warn you about Leaf Kristov." He responded making us look at him with wide eyes.

"what about Leaf?" i asked.

"I prefer to tell you about him and about my twin brother in my place, it's safer." he proposed.

"I dont believe you." Lexy growled.

"Look, you can bring your mate with you, even his guards if you want to. if it makes you comfortable. i just want to talk to you." his voice was genuine and i know when people lie.

"Lexy, i know you want to know the truth about your sister, why dont we go. i promise if something goes wrong we're out of there." i told her.

"I cant just trust him Jonathas, he already broke my trust when he killed my sister!"

"correction, my twin did." Andrew corrected.

"Lexy, i promise he'll not hurt you as long as i am with you. trust me." i smiled.

she looked at me then at Andrew then back at me and gave out a sigh. she nodded.

"But i need to call my brother." she added.

"I dont think that's a good idea." Andrew spoke.

"And why not?"

"Do you think Oliver will let me take you to my pack house? No. He's ganna kill me first before i could even say a single word to you." he explained.

"If you want me to come with you then let me take my brother, i can keep him in control." she responded.

"Fine, but if he tries to kill me, i wont tell you anything about your sister, Sasha." he warned.

Lexy's POV

Luna howled inside me, wanting me to release her and rip Andrew's head off, which i dont mind at all. He killed my sister which he denies, and accused his twin brother responsible for it; which i dont believe. I haven't heard of his twin brother, let alone a sibling. Why should i trust him? But he said he has news about my sister.

"Are you going to be fooled by him again Lexy? haven't you learned from the past?!" Luna growled.

"Of course i learned! But i want to l know more about my sister." i explained.

"What knowledge do you want to know?! how she died? how he killed her?!"

"No! I want to know the TRUTH!"

"What Truth do you want? How sure are you that he's actually saying the truth? what if it's a trap?"

"That's why i'm taking Oliver and Jonathas with me. If anything goes wrong, i promise i'll let you out and deal with him yourself."

"How sure am i you'd do that?"

"I keep my promises."

"The second he acts different, i'm coming out like it or not." she said and disappeared.

I can live with that. I mind-linked Oliver to come at my location and he agreed without hesitation. I didnt tell him why though, coz if i did, he'll bring an army. we waited for Oliver, Jonathas's men were still in wolf form as they watched Andrew. Moments later, i could hear him coming. Just as i saw his face (he's in human form by the way...), he ran pass by me and ran straight to Andrew giving him a hard punch on the face making him hit his back on a tree.

"Oliver, stop!" i commanded.

"He killed Sasha Lexy, What's the matter with you?!" he shouted as he charged toward him.

"OLIVER MOON, AS YOUR ALPHA I COMMAND YOU TO STOP RIGHT NOW!" i commanded using my Alpha voice making him stop before he could punch Andrew again.

Even if he's in a different pack, i'm still his Alpha. We're bonded by blood, let alone i'm his sister.

"Why are you stopping me?" He asked, pissed.

"I know how you feel Oliver, believe me but i didnt call you here to kill him."

"Then why did you call me?!"

"I called you because he came here to explain."

"Explain what?"

"He didnt kill Sasha, his twin brother did." i responded.

"He doesnt have a twin."

"But i do." Andrew joined in the conversation.

"Then why havent i heard of him?"

"My father didnt want anyone to know he had a bastard for a son so he locked him up but he escaped when he found out i found my mate which i dont know why. My father passed away a day before i found my mate which made Avex more persistent to get out of his prison." Andrew explained.

"Then why did he kill my sister?" both Oliver and i asked in chorus.

"That i do not know, that's why i want you to come to my pack house for you to ask him personally any question." he responded.

"How sure am i you're not planning anything?" Oliver asked

"He killed my mate. why would i hold a grudge against you?"

"Fine, we'll come but make one wrong move, we'll kill you." Oliver glared and Andrew nodded.

"follow me." he said and started walking north.

"Jonathas, you can stay. Oliver and i can handle him." I said.

"I promised i wont let him hurt you, i keep my promises Lexy." he smiled.

both his wolves nodded in agreement to their Alpha as they went behind him. I smiled back at him and we followed Andrew, Oliver's guard with no doubt was still up and so was Jonathas.

the way to Andrew's pack was quiet, no one said a word, Jonathas and Oliver kept their eyes on Andrew. time passed and we finally arrived to the pack house, a few of his pack members stared at us with fear but mostly with a glint of anger. we went in the pack house and entered his office. It was huge actually. the floor was made of green marble, the walls were painted in white and designed with baroque, there was a huge shelf hanging on the left side of the room full of books, and a huge glass window in front of us; showing us a view of the forest. a wooden desk was on the center along with a set of black leather couch. he sat on what seems to be a black wooden chair behind the table. Jonathas's men stood guard outside the room and the rest of us sat on the couch.

"So... where is your twin brother?" Oliver asked emphasizing on the "Twin brother" part.

Andrew walked toward the book shelf and pulled out a red book. As soon as he removed the book, the wooden table moved forward revealing a secret entrance. there, a stoned made stairs were going down. Andrew took a step down and signaled us to follow.

Oliver followed first, then me, then Jonathas. walking down, i felt chills go down my spine. the walls even the floor was made of flat square shaped stones, the stairs ended a few moments later and now, there was a tunnel. Andrew grabbed a lighted torch that was on the wall and led us down the tunnel. everyone was silent, no one spoke a word. Oliver kept his gaze on Andrew, as if waiting for him to make a wrong move. While Jonathas was clearly watching me.

We reached the end of the tunnel, and a steel door was in front of us. Andrew pushed it open and you can actually hear that it was heavy, he turned on a switch and a small light bulb appeared inside, right in the middle of the room, giving out a little light. We all went in and Andrew closed the door. There were no windows, it's surprising someone can survive down here. There was a small bunk bed just near the wall and a pile of books beside it.

"You're visits have become often Andrew, and now, you brought guests." A voice similar to Andrew's spoke with amusement in his voice.

I searched for the source of the voice, he's here but i just couldnt find him, he must have hidden himself in the dark.

"Who are you?" i asked looking around.

"How rude of you Andrew," he said then i heard chains being dragged. "How rude of you not introducing your own twin."

then, a figure ascended from the darkness in front of us. He looked like Andrew, dark brown hair, and light blue eyes but he was more built. He was only wearing jag pants showing off his muscular chest.

"Hello there, i am Avex Crimson, Andrew's one and only twin brother." he smiled then i noticed that his wrist and feet were chained.

"Did you or did you not kill my sister?" i asked as i met his eyes.

"Your sister? Oh, you must be Lexy Moon, Sasha's older sister. My, my, she does look like you. And the guy looking at me with a dangerous look must be Oliver. What a surprise." he smiled.

"Did you or did you not kill my sister?!" I repeated.

"Yes. I did kill her. You should have been there. I fooled her that night, telling her i was Andrew and she fell for it. Her pale skin was so alive as the moon shinned above her. Didnt you hear her screams of pain Lexy? Didnt you hear her call out your names? Oh, how i wish i could repeat it again. As the knife entered her soft skin, she kept calling you.

Lexy.... Oliver... Help me. Help me, HELP ME!

She repeats over and over. Music to my ears, then she grew silent. Here's the knife i used." He said as he pull out a survival knife under his bed.

"The Blood's still there." He smiled showing us the blade which was stained with blood.

Sasha's voice, our memories together flashed on my mind. And now, the person... no... the monster who killed my sister is right in front of me. I could feel my body shaking. Luna wanted to take control and kill him there and now. My vision started to turn red, and i knew my eye color changed. All i want was blood, his blood, on the walls, on the floor, everywhere. I was about to charge at him and kill him, when someone pulled me and i felt sparks all over my body. It was Jonathas without a doubt, he pulled me in a tight embrace.

"Lexy, listen to me. Concentrate on my voice and try to calm down. Dont loose control, you're an Alpha now and as an Alpha, you cant loose control. do you think Sasha would want you to loose control?" Jonathas asked softly.

He tightened his embrace and i took long, deep breaths. It took me a while to calm down, why? because Avex kept on talking. Jonathas slowly let me go i faced Avex once again. I was about to ask him when Oliver charged at him and hit him in the face making Avex fall on his back but his smile was still there.

"That's nothing compared to what i want to do to you for killing my sister." Oliver said with venom in his voice.

He turned around and walked back beside me.

"Why did you kill my sister Avex? She didnt do anything to you. Heck! she doesnt even know you." I asked as soon as he was standing.

"Didin't do anything? Didnt know me? Sasha did the most horrible ting to me!" He growled.

"What was so horrible that pushed you into killing her?!" i asked.

"She choose my stinkin' twin of a brother over me."

"Why would you think she would choose you over Andre when he is clearly-"

"Avex is Sasha's other mate." Andrew cut me off.

"Yes, I am Sasha's other mate. She knew who i really was but she refused my love for her. I love her more than Andrew did but she didnt love me back. If i cant have her, then no one can, not even Andrew." Avex clarified with anger.

"If you really love my sister, then why didnt you just fight for her and prove you really love her?" i asked.

"Because, they were already planning on marking each other the night after that and i cant let her do that to me. it's not fair." he whispered.

"FAIR?! DO YOU THINK TAKING MY SISTER'S LIFE WOULD MAKE IT FAIR?! DO YOU THINK IT WAS FAIR FOR HER?! SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ALIVE TODAY AND BE HAPPY WITH ANDREW! SHE'S SUPPOSE TO BE HERE!" i shouted as tears started to fall from my eyes.

"She was suppose to be with me and not Andrew. It's all my freekin' dad's fault!" he shouted back and anger was reflected in his eyes.

"It wasnt Dad's fault! it was your freekin' fault you got chained down here!" Andrew shouted back at his brother.

"It IS Dad's fault. He knew Sasha was my mate, but he wont let us be together! I knew she was mine before you did, even our parents! But they didnt agree!"

"That's because they wanted her to reach 16 before letting you meet her!"

What?!

"That's not true." Avex repeated over and over convincing himself.

"it's true, but because you started to act like a wild animal, our parents decided to chain you up. They wanted to let you be with Sasha Avex. They wanted you to be happy but instead of doing that, you killed our parents!"

"You're Lying!" Avex shouted as he sat on his bed.

"They wanted you to be happy Avex, i was suppose to be mated with someone else because they knew i too was Sasha's mate, they love you, but you just wont listen to them!"

Andrew turned around and i saw a tear drop fell from his eye.

"Let's go. We still need to discuss something." He called and we turned around walking away from Avex who was still trying to sink in all the things Andrew said.

"Before you leave, i want to tell Lexy something.privately." Avex spoke making us look back at him.

I looked at Oliver and i nodded.

"No, i'm not leaving you with him in a room." he growled.

"Neither will I." Jonathas agreed.

"Look, i can call you through the mind link and you can bust in that door anytime. I'll be fine." I gave them an assuring look and they both sighed as they left.

"Dont hesitate to kill him if he tries to do something." Andrew grinned as he closed the door, leaving me and Avex alone.

"What do you want?" i asked.

"That night, when i was.... when i was in the woods with Sasha, someone was watching us." He said looking at me.

"Who? Is it someone i know?"

"Yes. You're not ganna believe this but, Lexy, i saw-"

Jonathas's POV

what are they talking about? I cant hear anything thanks to this steel door! seriously, i'm getting impatient. what if he's hurting her right now? what if he's black mailing her?

"Jonathas, will you calm down." Oliver sighed.

"How can i calm down when my mate is practically inside a room with a killer- no offense Andrew."

"Non taken."

"You dont know my sister Jonathas." Oliver smiled.

"I'm actually curious, why weren't you wiht Lexy when she was giving birth to her son? where were you?" Andrew asked.

"It's complicated."

Oh please Jonathas. Joshua commented

Shut up or i wont let you out for a run.

Silence. Finally.

Then, Lexy came out like she saw a ghost or something.

"Lexy, what's wrong?" i asked.

"N-nohing. Let's just go." she responded and Andrew led the way.

What did Avex tell her?

The walk back to the office was then again silent but my thoughts were still on Lexy. What did he tell her? We reached the office and the table was back to it's original position as soon as we were all out. Andrew sat down on the chair behind the table while we sat on the couch.

Lexy's POV

"I remember telling you i have something about Leaf." Andrew started.

"What about him?" I asked as soon as i hear Leaf's name.

"For starters, Leaf Kristov is a Night walker."

"I knew it." Jonathas whispered.

"Wait, you knew about this?" i asked looking at him.

"I had a hunch." he smiled innocently.

"You could have told me." i pouted.

"Would you have believed me?"

"touche."

"Well, as i was saying, Leaf's a night walker. He's the Alpha of the last and most dangerous Night walkers, that's why he survived for 5 years. The rogue attack 5 years ago wasnt a coincidence. Do you know Leaf's parents?" He asked.

"Not exactly. Oliver, wasnt it Liam and Jessica?" i asked.

"Yeah, Dad said, they came one day and joined the pack." Oliver agreed.

"Not exactly."

"Wait, how do you know any of these things?" Jonathas asked.

"The Alpha, Alpha Nicolie used to be my bestf riend. He told me everything before he died. Before He accepted Leaf's challenge, a challenge where Leaf killed him ruthlessly." He responded with anger in his voice.

"But, Leaf told me it was a fair fight."

"Fair? Lexy, Leaf kidnapped his sister. He threatened him in the middle of the fight that if he wont hand him the Alpha title, then he'll kill her." He explained.

"But why would Leaf do that? yeah, sure he'll be Alpha and all but why?" Oliver asked.

"Because, he wants power. A night walker without a pack is helpless. Specially when they have Alpha blood in them. He wants more power, no offense Lexy, but he loves power more than you. It's natural for Nightwalkers."

"Then what should i do? Should i reject him?" i asked giving out a sigh.

"Yes." Jonathas said while Andrew said "No."

"Lexy needs to get away from Leaf, even our son. I am not risking their safely! I will not loose MY MATE!" Jonathas growled with a hint of possessiveness.

"Look. if Lexy rejects Leaf then run away, then what? do you think Leaf will just let them go? No, he's a Nightwalker for heaven's sakes! if he doesnt have his mate then he'll go on a frenzy and kill everyone even your son. But, if Lexy goes with the flow, then we can find his weakness. As long as Lexy doesnt get marked." Andrew explained.

"What do you mean by 'as long as he doesnt mark her'?" Jonathas asked.
