Had a bad dream

It was too scary

Why he get those visuals is still a mystery.

He looked upon it realized

A traumatized childhood they signalized

Crying in the middle of night

Tears lingering and no one to wipe

He had faced something he should not have seen

Years passed thus he forgot

But the mind has memories that lever let you go

He just wondered

When these dreams will end?

How heaven turned hell?

Prized possessions going away from him

Is it a dead end?

7 year old never showed

But to ask how he felt no one took a vow

He had happy life no doubt

But how this phase gave him trauma

He told no one about

He still gets scared when someone raises his voice

He cries at night all alone shushing his own voice

He is just waiting for the day when the time will come

He will be able to share part of his agony with someone!!!

This is one of my fav work which I wanted to write from so long.This is not exactly something I had faced but looking back I realise there r still few not so good instances (i think it happens with everyone) which play like a movie in my head which I never shared with anyone.Violence, body shaming it contains all.

Sometimes I wonder and I ask myself why I am like this?

But finally got the answers. Growing up looking back gives a reality check there are few things that affected my heart they are present there.

So "How heaven turned Hell" tells you about the beautiful phase of childhood termed as "Heaven" and how it turns to "Hell" due to a childhood trauma that effects real bad and the thing is most of the parents never realise this and child suffers silently.💔

At last,thank you for giving my book a chance.I never thought any single soul will even read it because poetry is something that people are interested least. I will try to improve with every other work.
