I glanced at the camera to remind myself that it was recording.

"who in the film is most like their character?" The interviewer asked Both Jay and I.

I turned to him knowing he'd be the one to answer it, Jay smiles before speaking into the mic.

"I think... Normani. Yeah. Now that I think about it. Most definitely Normani" Jay responds causing me to smile.

"Can you explain to us why is that?"

"Because Normani didn't even have to change herself for this film, if you know what I mean. Alexandra is literally Normani. The things Alexandra would do I could definitely imagine Normani doing that" Jay explains making me laugh and roll my eyes.

"And Ms. Kordei... what for you was the most hardest scene to shoot?" She asked.

"Uh- there was this scene where Jay and I were in a argument, and I had to slap him" I pause looking over to Jay.

"Oh god" I hear him say.

I laugh before continuing, "and we would have to retake that scene so many times because either right before I hit him I was hesitant because I didn't hurt him, and also afterwards I would get out of character to see if he was okay", I say causing her nod her head.

"So what was your guys reactions when you found out you were working with each other?"

I turn to Jay, as he looked at me and continued to answer the question.

"Well, my publicist had already informed me a while back that I was going to be working on this film coming up. He was like "they already know who they want to cast. She's really new popular artist that just came out." But I didn't know who it was until Normani walked into the room and I was "NORMANI. you mean from fifth harmony. The one who was praised by Beyoncé. Love lies. It was like I was fan girling" he explains causing me to laugh.

I was smiling ear to ear it was insane. It was really excited for this film. I worked so hard on this and I hope fans will love it as much as I do.

"And you?" The interviewer asked me.

"It was completely different for me. My manager said told me about it but I didn't know I was having a love interest until like 5 minutes before meeting Jay. So I met him I was "wow. I'm actually standing in front of Jay Park." It's insane because when I first joined BTS, I started to listen to Kpop and a lot of Korean artists so I can be familiar with their culture and it's funny because one of the very first artists I listened to happened to Jay" I explained.

"So rumors spread that in the film there is going be a steamy scene between you two. Without giving anything away, how was that like? The filming process? All of it?" She asked.

Jay turned to me allowing me to speak, "uh... it was not difficult because we already knew that there might be scenes where we either have to be close or at least look comfortable around each other. So whenever we weren't shooting, we were always together. Either it be practicing or just hanging out. Even on the phone." I explain turning to Jay.

"Yeah. What she said. I feel like we were close with each other that it didn't matter if we had to shoot a steamy scene or not because we were already comfortable around each other" Jay finishes up explaining for me.

I nod processing what he said.

"What would you describe best about each other?" The interviewer asked.

Jay turned to me before speaking into the mic, "Normani is one of most hardest working people I know. She's so dedicated to what she does whether it's her music or acting. She's so talented it's like "what can't she do". She also has a thing of where she puts others before herself. Like we would shoot a scene in the cold and she would have a jacket, and would take off and give it to either the staff or one of the cast members" he pauses.

"She's an amazing person, and a sweetheart. I loved working with her on the film and I hope sooner or later when can work with each other in the future. Whether it'd be a squeal or just music", Jay says making me smile.

"So is their a chance that there might a squeal?" The interviewer asked way to excited causing Jay to laugh.

"No. That's not up to us. It's up the viewers and fans and those who want the squeal" he explains.

"And you, normani? How would you describe Jay?" She asks me, Jay turns to me.

"Jay is a very hard worker himself. He's very talented and is such a gentlemen and a softy at times. He would always check up on me when we were filming and when we weren't. He always finds a way to keep everyone laughing, and I would call him the prankster on the set because he loved pranking people. I'm happy I got to work with him. I honestly couldn't ask for a better love interests" I explain keeping mine plain and simple.

"Woah. You guys seem to very close on and off screen. It's like you guys aren't just lovers on screen but could also be off screen. It that possible?"

The interview said as expected they always did this.. to either get the media hyped for no reason. Or spread rumors.

Both Jay and I were informed to keep the "us possibly dating" down to a 1. Letting fans know that we weren't dating may drift them away from the film. And telling them that we were couldn't be so good either.

Jay looked over to me expecting me to say something to cover our ass. "I don't know. I think your just gonna have to wait and see" I smiled.

"Alright everyone that was it for today's interview with Normani Kordei and Jay Park who star in upcoming Netflix romantic film, "Me Like Yuh" Which releases in a month. Don't forget to go see it, I know will. I'm host Marie Milan and I'll see you next time" The host says as Jay and I waved at the camera smiling.

The camera shut off and the studio lights as well, I sighed in relief getting up from the couch as Brandon walked out and over to me.

"That was perfect" he tells me.

I nod.

"I'll see later. Okay. Just text me" Jay tells me as his assistant handed him his jacket that he placed on.

"Alright"

"What you doing after this?"

"I'm probably just gonna go home I'm really tired. Besides the boys come home today and I want to be there when they get here" I explain.

"Okay. Text me" he says before walking out.

I turn back to Brandon, "about that relaxing and going home" he pauses letting me know I wasn't going to get the catch to do any what I just told Jay.

"You have another photoshoot"

I sigh.

"Here me out" he tells me.

"I'm listening"

"It's for the cover of your solo album", he says causing you to look at him in confusion.

" what solo album? The songs that have to be on there isn't even finished" I explain to him.

" I know I know. It's only to get fans and people who love you to talk about something" he explains.

"But- he cuts me off. "You know the title of your solo album?" He asked me.

I roll my eyes. " The songs aren't finished yet"

"Mani, just answer the question. What's the title of you solo album?" He asks once more.

"Black Woman."
