i woke up to the faint scent of bacon and eggs lingering in the air. i slowly stood up to feel a huge ache in the back of my head. i opened the drawer to my night stand revealing all of my medications including some Advil. i took one of everything i needed and headed out of my room down the hall i saw the shirtless brown haired boy with an apron on dancing away with a spatula in his hand. i stood there leaning in the wall containing my laugh. till he turned around noticing me in shock with his face all red. we both burst into laughter as he walked over to me reaching out for my hand "may i have this dance" he said still slightly bopping to the music. i gave in giving him my hand as we danced around the kitchen laughing out butts off the music stopped and zach pulled me in for a hug as we regain ourselves. we just stood there enjoying the embrace of each other it was soon interrupted but the faint scent of now burning back "zach it-" "OH SHIT" he said running to the pan and dousing it in the cold sink water causing up to fall on the ground of laughter. tears were brimming in my eyes from laughing so hard "remind me to never let you cook in my house ever again" i said standing up still laughing a little. he had a pouty face which made me roll my eyes as i went on my phone and ordered post mates
after we ate a lovely breakfast we decided to head out to the boys house and have some fun. "i need to go Christmas shopping we only have two weeks left" i huffed as i browsed online for a good gift for daniel. zach pulled up to the house and put the car in park " how about you run in and go get the boys and we can go to the mall now" he said smiling i gave him a cheeky smile and kissed him on the cheek before running inside the house to reveal the four boys raging over video games in the living room. "BOYSS" i screamed but no body even acknowledged me. i stepped in from of the tv and the four boys started raging trying to look around me to try and save themselves as best as they could but seconds later the sound of defeat comes from the tv and all the boys yell. "sorry boys but we're going shopping" i smiled jack and corbyn sounded satisfied and headed out but jonah and daniel stood there pissed "oh come on giraffe and grandpa the reason we're going is so i can buy you Christmas gifts" "ahh gifts yay" daniel said excitedly heading out the door "your lucky i need to buy Christmas gifts" jonah said i ruffled his hair as he got up and we walked out the house. and got back into the car

two hours into shopping i've gotten gifts for everyone even jonah's cat. the only person i couldn't find anything for was zach. why well he refused to leave my side the whole shopping trip "zach i need to go into this one store how bout i meet you in the food court in 15 minutes" i said smiling "or i can come with" he said not getting the hint "well if you want a Christmas gift then i you should go get us some chick fil a" i said smiling. zach finally took the hint and headed out. i walked into a few stores and ended up getting him the most out of the boys. i got him a pair of shoes he said he's wanted for a few weeks now and i got him a very nice Gucci ring it was simple yet really nice. then while walking towards the food court i saw daniel and caught up with him before we walked towards everyone at the food court
once i dropped off the boys i ran inside more excited then ever ready to wrap up my gifts with the wrapping papers i've had for a month now. i made sure i had one for each person. is it stupid yes but it's what makes me excited for Christmas. jonah's is a plain and simple brown with twine, jacks was a simple red with little electric guitars all over, corbyn's was one of my faves it had little ufos with cartoon aliens coming out of them, daniel's was grey with little cartoon pine trees because it reminds me of our morning hikes, now for Caden my uncle and my dad got them the same wrapping paper i've gotten for years. white with a simple silver pattern on it, and zach's has a cute Christmas tree patter that he thought was so nice at the store we went to in the mall. i sat there for hours ignoring my cell and just sat there wrapping everything and singing my heart out to Christmas song. moments later i checked my phone to reveal multiple calls from Caden making me nervous i dialed him as quickly as possible getting an answer right away "IVORY" he screamed making me nervous "you suck at answering the phone" he huffed "i'm sorry i was wrapping gifts what's wrong" i question he let out a breath "open the door"....
