《Steal The Male Lead》Extra 3

Raven didn't know why he was given a second chance. Why did people forgive him? The blood dyed upon his hands, the sins he had committed, nothing could be reversed.
Yet, he was still given a chance.
This new body he was given, this new life that he was thrown into, it only reminded him of his life from before. All of a sudden, he had become Raven Blaxe, a beta who was ignored by his father.
He wasn't him. He was Alan. In the world he came from, there was no such thing as alphas, betas, omegas, none of these things existed. He was simply a male, a man.
Growing up, Alan was abandoned from young. Living in the slums, he faced no such thing as love, merely living by searching for trash to eat. He was mocked and beaten by random people. Just to earn a piece of stale bread, Alan was willing to offer anything, even if it was his body.
Was it around the age of 16? It was some time around there when he started selling his body. He didn't care. He would take any beating, any amount of pain just so that his stomach wouldn't ache in pain, even if it meant selling himself like a whore. He only had the worst of customers who tortured his body. Years of living in the slums taught him pain, over and over again. At that point, he was numb to it.
He died. Like many of the people who sold themselves in the slums, he died from a customer who strangled him to death.
When Alan woke up, he had become Raven. Raven Blaxe, a beta, a male that could somehow get pregnant. He didn't know what had happened. But when he saw his living conditions, he didn't care. He adopted this new identity, seeking comfort in a life he could have only yearned for.
He had a bed, he had food. Even when people stared at him coldly, even when his father was cruel and would beat him up, he bore the pain. He had suffered more than this. At least, with this new identity, at least his body was still safe. At least this body was not riddled with cigarette holes and knife wounds, at least this body was still pure, that was alright. It was only bruises.
He tossed away Alan. He was Raven Blaxe, the beta son of the Blaxe family.
Raven didn't need love. He was like a savage animal at times. But... he met someone. He met someone who treated him like a human being, someone both warm and kind.
He met Ray Blaxe, someone who didn't look at him with disgust, something that he hadn't experienced in his life as Alan, or his current body as Raven.
The first feeling of love was so warm, so intoxicating, it made him afraid to lose it. Like a beast, he wanted to hold this warmth in his hands, never letting it go. The kinder Ray was, the more Raven fell into this darkness.
Ray became his ray of light in this world, just like his name.
Just like that, Raven began to bind Ray to him. He rose, plotting internal turmoils and destroying many obstacles for Cole Blaxe, his father, all for Ray. As he gained more and more power, the love Ray once displayed towards him disappeared bit by bit.
Raven realized that his wanting to monopolize, this feeling in his heart, it was exceeding its boundaries to a man who was his cousin. But he was blind to this warmth. He wanted it all for himself.

Like a savage animal, Raven hid his darkness deep within him appearing calm and at peace. Deep down, he was already a maniac. Remembering the kindness Ray once showed to him, Raven was losing himself in an illusion he created.
When Raven realized that Ray was changing, that the man's warmth was no longer there for him, it triggered something in him. It made him angry, so angry that he wanted blood.
Raven went crazy searching for the person who made Ray change, only to discovered that it was Lucius, the second prince of A Nation.
Having gone mad, Raven discussed with Cole, thinking of ways to destroy A Nation.
He continuously changed himself, all to hold onto this warmth, the first emotions he had ever felt.
He had tortured Ray. When Ray had saved Lucius, Raven nearly killed the man himself. He tortured him. He did everything to chain Ray to him.
In the end, what did it result to? That feeling of warmth was real, but it was only momentarily.
This new body he was given, this second chance made him realize that his life as Alan still bounded him to the tortures he faced.
He was a criminal, a sinner, an evil man. Yet, he was forgiven.
Why forgive him? The emptiness in his heart was enough to kill him. What use was living? No one had ever loved him. What point was there in his existence? He was a madman.
So why? Why did someone love him?
Nix. He was a soldier under Mark Stephens.
Raven didn't know how he met him, nor did he remember this man who had suddenly confessed to him. At that moment, he couldn't even reject the man whose puppy eyes made him weak.
That one moment changed his whole life, bringing it to today.
As Raven touched his bulging stomach, he looked out the window. There was a light smile on his face as he noticed the car that stopped, the man who came running out.
Nix had Asian features that made him both unique and attractive. His body was not overly muscular, leaning towards a leaner body but he was still tall.
As Nix spotted him, he waved towards the windows where Raven stood.
Raven smiled brighter, noticing the bright smile upon Nix's face as the man waved towards him. Knowing that the man was waiting for him to wave back, Raven slowly waved towards the man.
Raven could see Nix cough into his hand as he fixed his demeanor and walked inside the house.
Nix was already rising as a soldier, one step away from becoming a general. Raven was currently pregnant, hence, he couldn't work at the moment.
Raven looked down at the ring on his fingers, stroking his stomach. Nix made him forget his past, his terrors. Now, Raven finally felt the love he had always yearned for. Nix was his sun, not just a ray of light.
Standing up, Raven stabled himself as he walked with one hand on his stomach. He wasn't dressed up, merely wearing a plain shirt and loose pants. After getting pregnant, it became harder to move, thus, Raven had to buy some loose and comfortable clothes to wear.
"Raven!" Nix was at the bottom of the stairs, watching the man slowly step down. His eyes were slightly widened, hurrying as he ran up the stairs with fast steps and carefully held the man's waist.
"I'm alright." Raven comforted once Nix grabbed him. After getting pregnant, Nix was even more worried about him.
"Maybe I should get an elevator installed?" Nix said under his breath as he gazed at the tall staircase.

Raven laughed as they stepped on the floor. "It's fine. I'm not the type of person to misstep. Not to mention, I've already gotten used to this place. Even if I'm pregnant, I'm sure that nothing will happen." He turned his head, giving Nix a soft kiss on his cheek.
Nix blushed from the kiss as he switched his hand placement, grabbing the man's hand. "Let's take a walk in the garden." He smiled as he grabbed Raven, whose heart trembled at the warm expression on his face.
No matter how many times he saw this face, Raven still couldn't help the trembling in his heart when he was faced with this face. It was so heartwarming, just like the man himself. "Alright, lead the way."
Nix's eyes were filled with a bright light as he walked side by side, next to Raven, holding the man's hand as they walked around the garden filled with flowers of all species and trees.
"The weather has been nice lately. It seems that when you give birth, summer will arrive." Nix brought up as a breeze passed them.
Raven looked down at his own stomach that was round. He was a bit nervous about giving birth. When he found out that he was pregnant, he didn't even know how to react. But, to know that he was carrying Nix's baby in him, his fear was covered by his love for Nix, the wanting to start a family.
Maneuvering while pregnant was hard, especially the morning sickness. Not to mention, he was also a bit bloated and his legs often got sore. His abs disappeared as his stomach gradually grew bigger. Of course, while surprised he was, Raven was taken over by joy when Nix and him first went to the hospital and got an ultrasound, hearing their baby's heart and even getting a photo. Time passed and as his stomach grew bigger, he was able to feel their son's kicks, especially when he shifted inside of him.
It felt weird. After all, Raven still remembered his life as Alan where females were the only people who could get pregnant. It had already been nearly a year since he married Nix.
"You know, when you first told me you were pregnant, I was so scared. The thought of you carrying my child, it made me both scared for you and our son. I was so worried that something would go wrong, I was so worried that something would happen to you." Nix's hand gripped tighter onto Raven's.
Raven listened to the man. Of course, he knew. It was easy to tell from the man's reaction when he first told Nix that he was pregnant, his expressions that changed from joy to fear. It was natural, even Raven felt the same.
"But I'm alright now. Even our son is completely healthy." As if to prove his words, Raven moved Nix's hand on top of his stomach.
Nix gently caressed his stomach, his lips trembling, "I know. That's why I'm so grateful. I know that childbirth is hard. My mother died when giving birth to me and it always remained in my heart. It was a heavy stone that existed in me that also made me scared for you. I've heard of many stories where people lost their significant others from a hard labor. When it came to saving either the child or the one giving birth, they couldn't even make a decision because their significant other chose to save the child instead. I'm selfish. No matter what happens, I will choose you."
Raven's heart trembled. Nix's eyes stared deep into his own. In that moment, Raven was able to clearly see the man's dark circles under his eyes, even the red veins in his eyes. This type of love, it was his first experience. Hence, Raven chuckled.
"Nix, I'm not going anywhere. The doctor said that I'm perfectly healthy and even our son is stable. Nothing will happen." Raven stepped closer and hugged the man. Although, his stomach stopped him from fully embracing him.
Raven heard the man sigh, slowly whispering, "Raven, I love you so much. I really do. So... if you ever need anything, make sure you tell me. I belong to you. I don't care for your past because I will be your future." Nix's hands wound around Raven. He could feel the man tremble slightly in his embrace.
Raven closed his eyes. Being pregnant was not good, it made it harder to control his emotions.
"Let's go. His Highness wanted to meet us." Raven brought up, softly pulling away from the man.
Nix blanked out for a bit, trying to remember this event. "Ohh. Right. I forgot about that." He awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck. "Let's go then. If I remember correctly, they wanted to meet at the palace."
Raven laughed out loud, his eyes curving. The man was always like this. He was often careless and forgetful, but that part made Raven fall in love with him. With such a lover like this, how could he not fall in love with him?
"Let's go," Raven shook his head as he grabbed the man's hand. It was a good thing he had already prepared everything beforehand.
-
"Raven!"
Raven and Nix walked past the palace walls with a servant by their side, leading them in. Nix walked carefully next to Raven, safely guarding him.
"Your Highnesses," Raven slightly nodded at Victor, who lifted a brow, and Lucius, who smiled brightly.
"Greetings, Your Highnesses." Nix slightly cupped his fist towards Victor, a taller man whose aura was more intense, and Lucius, a smaller man with a more youthful face.
"Mark is already waiting for you. Go in first." Victor spoke to Nix.
Nix looked at Raven, who was already sitting down on the chair, holding a cup of tea. Although reluctant, he knew his duties too. "Please watch Raven for me then." Under the eyes of Victor's and Lucius', Nix planted a light kiss onto Raven's cheeks. "I'll be back soon so have fun."
"Of course, make sure you focus on your job." Raven wasn't embarrassed even with spectators. He had nothing to be embarrassed about. In fact, it made him even more confident.
Nix smiled as he then excused himself, "I will be leaving for a bit then, Your Highnesses."
With that, Nix slowly walked into the palace walls.
"Oh my, you two have been married for a while now but Nix is still so open about displaying his love towards you." Lucius teased as he sat back, dramatically fanning his face.
Victor rolled his eyes, "You act like Ray doesn't do that to you either." He directed his stare towards his younger brother.
It was weird to imagine that Raven could befriend these two people who he nearly killed. In fact, it even made him wonder how people could forgive him. Of course, it made him ashamed of himself. But... with time, he was trying to make up for his mistakes.
Lucius made a disgusted face at Victor's words, "Don't say it like that. We all know that Mark is the same."
Raven laughed from the siblings' banter. "Alright, alright, don't fight over something like that. Victor, how is your newly-wedded life?" Raven quickly switched the subject.
"Well, it feels like normal. Although our pheromones clash sometimes, it doesn't do much." Victor earnestly explained. "Actually, it feels nice having him around." He smiled.
"Ew, why are you so sweet." Lucius inched away. "Damn, what did Mark turn you into? Last time, I joked with you, you nearly bit my head off."
"That's good then. I'm sure that you're happy with your life now." Raven dismissed Lucius' words.
Victor glared at Lucius but continued, "Yes. After all, I'm sure he feels the same way." Although Victor wasn't the type of person to show this abundance of love, it was still clearly seen.
"Anyway, Raven is going to give birth soon!" Lucius brought up, excitedly speaking. "I'm going to become an uncle!"
Raven touched his stomach at Lucius' words. "I'm set to be due in two weeks."
"So soon?" Victor asked, "I swear it wasn't that long ago that you found out you were pregnant." His eyes shifted to Raven's stomach.
"I only found out I was pregnant a few months ago. By then I was already quite far along. Betas generally don't have a high fertility for carrying a child, so I wasn't expecting to be pregnant so soon." Raven answered seriously.
When he found out he was pregnant, he was already three months pregnant. In fact, Raven didn't notice anything strange, it was just that his appetite was bigger, thus he didn't think much about it. Of course, Nix ended up becoming worried once he started to become more fatigue so Nix went with him to the hospital. After that, they found out that he was pregnant.
"Ray doesn't want a baby yet. And honestly, I'm too young so we're waiting on that. But, it's going to be nice having a baby around." Lucius' eyes shone.
Victor ran a hand through his gray hair.
In this garden, an alpha, beta, and omega were gathered together, talking about pregnancy.
"Mark and I are planning to adopt a child soon. After all, Father is quite worrisome that we won't take over the throne soon. That man can only think about his husband and running off all day long." Victor spitefully spat out.
Lucius raised a brow, "It was worse when you weren't around, Vic. Trust me. Father is restraining."
Raven knew a lot about Allen and Rain, Lucius and Victor's parents. Of course, that being said, he also knew about Allen's rotten personality. But after all, only the nobles knew about this. The citizens were carefully hidden from hearing these type of news.
"Is Mark open to having children?" Raven asked. After all, Mark was a cold man with emotionless expressions.
"He looks all cold like that but he actually loves being around kids. After all, he also has nieces and nephews too, it would be weird if he wasn't surrounded by children all day long." Victor laughed as he shook his head.
Hearing this, it made Raven think about Nix. He knew that Nix was a great father. The man was even taking classes just to learn about how to take care of a baby. He had tutors and even tests. The man had carefully planned their son's room, buying everything they needed and testing out which one was better quality. In fact, it was safe to say that Nix would be a better father than him. That man was too lovable and kind after all.
Thinking this, Raven caressed his stomach once more. He wanted to see. He wanted to see his son be born and to see Nix with their son.
-
When it was time for labor, Raven was rushed to the hospital. Nix, who had been at the academy, rushed to the hospital as soon as he heard that Raven was in labor.
Now, as Nix paced back and forth outside of the delivery room, a burst of nervousness rushed out. Male omegas and male betas did not have an anatomy that allowed them to give birth naturally. While they had the anatomies to get pregnant, giving birth was through C-sections.
Thus, Nix couldn't hear any noise outside of the room other than the heart monitor and the hushed voices of the surgeons.
He waited. He didn't know for how long, but he continued to stare at the red light outside of the room, unconsciously tightening his hands.
A while after, the lights turned green. Nix flinched as he stepped closer to the room. In that moment, he heard a loud cry that sent thousands of emotions into his heart. He bit his lips as his eyes grew red. But he continued to wait. He wasn't allowed in the delivery room. Unlike thousands of years ago, humans had evolved. Fathers weren't allowed into the delivery room anymore, for fear that their pheromones would affect the newly borne baby.
Only after the baby was stabilized were the fathers allowed to see them. Not to mention, they also had to wait for their partner and baby to be moved out of the surgery room. They were at a high-class hospital where the surgery room was linked to a VIP hospital room. Hence, Nix waited outside for nearly an hour before the doctor showed up.
"The surgery went well, both your partner and son are perfectly fine. Your son is an omega male, so his conditions will take a while longer to stabilize. Since he is an omega, you must make sure to be careful with your pheromones. Right now, they have already been moved into the VIP room. Your partner is persistent on watching his son, so simply give them a few hours and we will call you in." The doctor looked through his papers and said.
Nix nodded his head as the doctor led him outside of the hospital ward and he ended up sitting outside in a daze.
-
Raven looked at the baby in his arms. His face was wrinkly from just being born, but his head of black hair was easy to discern. Most of his facial features couldn't be recognized just yet, but Raven couldn't help smiling like a fool as he held his son.
Raven had been doing this for a few hours now, staring at the small baby in his arms and dazing off. He was waiting for Nix.
It didn't take long for the door to open up. Walking in, Nix was slow, his eyes glued to the man sitting up in bed, holding a small bundle in his arms.
