Voting for the chapters of a story you're reading is a great way to let an author know you're enjoying their writing and to show appreciation for the hard work they've put into it.

You can vote:

- once per story part or chapter

- 100 times in a 24 hour period

- for a story part or chapter offline, and it will be registered when you are connected to the internet

So don't hesitate to vote and show the love for your favorite Wattpad authors! Once you've voted, you'll get a message saying, 'Thanks for voting!'.

On iOS, Android, and Windows Phone:

Option 1: In the middle of a story

1. Open a story part

2. Tap on the reading screen

3. Tap on the star icon (Vote) on the bottom menu bar (left)

Option 2: At the end of a story part

1. Open a story part

2. Scroll or swipe to the end of that part

3. Tap on the star icon on the bottom menu bar (left)

On the Wattpad website:
