When the night falls

I stare through my window

Look at those stars

And watch them glow

Among those twinkling stars

When the moon shines bright

I wonder if you were here by my side

Holding hands, we could spend the night

I wonder about the dream

That I always cherish in my heart

I wonder if this dream breaks

Will I be able to fix those broken parts?

When the night falls deep,

I close my eyes but can't sleep

I just embrace the silence of the night

I feel like you are here by my side

Telling me that everything will be alright

I wonder if it's a dream again

Every time I hope it isn't

I wish I could stop the time

And hold you forever

But when I open my eyes

I realize that you weren't here

Under the moon and these stars

I'm the one here with my midnight wonders.....
