Woke up in the morning

Tried to figure it out

Felt like you were here

But now I don't see you around

Maybe it was a dream again

Then why do I feel this pain?

Every day it's all the same

I filled another page

by writing your name

Looked across the room

Neither feeling sad nor even happy

Tried to distract myself

Cause I just feel so lonely

I thought to paint the canvas

But the colours were missing

Tried to read a book

But it had the same sad ending

I did everything but

You are still there on my mind

And the thought of being without you

Breaks my heart every time

I tried to escape from these

Tried not to think about you

But now it feels like everything I do

reminds me that I am living

without you........
