Something about today felt different

The sun didn't shine as bright

And the weather seemed a bit gloomy

As if the sky was mourning

I bet it was our stars, feeling guilty

for being so cruel

while writing our story

for not giving us a better timing

Imagine the story we could've had

and all the love we could've shared

if we met at the right time

Maybe I wouldn't have to let you go

before I could even make you mine

But I promise when the time is right

when our paths will cross again,

I will find you and we will start it all over
