《Deal》The search

Amol had told me everything about vampires and taught me everything that I needed to know. He had trained me and I was more than ready. While training I got to know he was even a good teacher. How can someone be so perfect in everything?
"That was quite awesome," I thought when he told me our eyes turn red when we drink blood. I liked it when my eyes turned red. It made me feel more beautiful. He also told me when we are hurt or angry our eyes turn black and I couldn't wait to see that.
"I thought, Rima would handle them alone. She was one of the strongest vampires. If I knew they were coming with a whole bunch of other stupid vampires. I would have never left her alone," he said in an annoyed and at the same time sad tone.
I slowly hold his hand.
"That bloody bitch will pay for everything she had done. Trust me," I gritted my teeth and heard Amol laugh. I looked at him in confusion.
"What?" I asked.
I pulled my hand out of his and kept both of my hands on my hip.
"Why do you always laugh when I curse? I remember you have done that couple of times," I raised my brow.
"You look cute when you are angry or you curse,"
I rolled my eyes, "Whatever,"
"You are cute and seeing you this confident makes me feel so proud," he said coming closer to me. He pulled me in his arms and kissed my cheeks which made me blush.
"We are late. Rima must be waiting for us," he said pulling me, and using our speed we left.
We went to the house but the house was all mess. Few guards were on the floor and blood was everywhere. So the guards were humans? And where were the others? We searched for the house but the whole house was empty.
"They are not here," I told Amol.

"I know. They played us," he sighed.
"It means they took Tina with them too,"
The phone rang and Amol picked it up.
"Where are they?" he almost shouted.
"I will....what?"
He looked at me with his eyes widened.
"Did you look at the storeroom?" He asked.
I hurriedly went to the room. I was afraid that I would see something I don't wanna see but the room was empty. Amol came and I looked at him shaking my head. The phone rang again, he picked it up.
"You bitch," he threw the phone towards the wall. He seemed angry so I waited for him to speak. He closed his eyes and sighed.
"They killed Tina here....in this room," he said and I felt pain in my chest. I could feel how Tina must have fought with them and when she couldn't fight them anymore she must have run to this room and tried to lock the room but she was unable and they killed her. I looked at him in confusion. There was no blood on her body.
He ran out of the room and I followed him. He hit the wall so hard that the wall cracked. I felt what he was feeling.
Tina was like one of the members of the family. She took care of him and now she was gone. I will be forever thankful to her too cause she took care of him when I wasn't here. I slowly went near him and placed my hand on his shoulder. He slowly turned and looked at me and pulled me into a hug.
"I know where they are," he snarled.
"Where?"
"Somewhere secret," he said pulling out of the hug and running outside. I followed him.
He took me somewhere far away. There was an abandoned mansion. Even though it was abandoned now it must have been beautiful when it was not. We stood at the gate.
"This is the place where I used to come when I wanted to be alone and only Ratna knows about it so I guess they are here," He slowly took his steps.

"But we must be very careful," he said before entering and I nodded at him.
We searched the whole mansion but they were not there. It was frustrating but we got the clue that someone was there.
"Shit, they were here. They left before we came here,"
Amol looked more than frustrated. He was losing his patience.
"Where could they take her?" I asked.
I stood there looking at him. I didn't know what to do. Something inside me told me that they might be in the house. I don't know why that thought came cause we just came from there. Amol came close to me and pulled me into a hug.
"I don't know where they are. I don't know if I will be able to save my sister. I shouldn't have left her alone. I should have asked her to come with us,"
"It's not your fault,"
"It is. It is," He said in frustration.
I hugged him tightly and we stood there in that position for some time.
"If it's anyone's fault it is mine," I whispered and he looked at me. The way he looked at me told me he didn't like it but it was the truth.
"It's true. It wouldn't have happened if...."
"Don't," he stopped me.
"Not a word," he warned and I got a little afraid that he might shout at me.
"Why would you even think that? She is my sister and I should have thought about everything and asked her to come with us. I knew what was coming but again she is the strongest one and it didn't even cross my mind that this would happen,"
"I am sorry," he said after some time and I looked at him.
"I shouldn't have done that,"
I shook my head at him. He sat on the stairs looking down, his hand on his head.
Seeing him in this condition broke my heart. I wanted to help him but how I didn't know. After that we went everywhere we thought they might be but they weren't anywhere. For days we searched the whole city. We went to every street, every house but they weren't anywhere. Amol had broken his phone so there was no way of contacting that bitch. We had no clue how to find them.
One night after the search we stood in the middle of the street.
"They must have left the city," Amol said but when I didn't speak he looked at me.
He placed his hands on both sides of my head and looked me in the eyes.
"We will find them,"
I slowly looked at him and finally told him what the voice inside me was telling me.
"I don't know why but I feel like they might be in our house. I might be wrong but something in me says they are back there."
"I know nobody was there when we went but..."
"We should go back then," he cut me off taking my hand.
I wanted to tell him maybe I was wrong. I didn't want to disappoint him but seeing him having so much trust in me melted my heart. He didn't even question or said that we had already come from there and it was impossible. He didn't even ask me why didn't I tell him earlier. He just took my hand and we left.
How did I get this person in my life? How? But somewhere I was afraid that I would be wrong and it gonna hurt him.
We went to the front door and stood there. The house seemed different than before. The guard's bodies were not there anymore. We didn't take the bodies out but who did? Somewhere we knew who.
