The day was here. The day, when I was going to finally have the taste of the magic blood which was on the girl's body whom my son had married.
I thought he had married her for the blood but I was wrong. He married her to protect her and not get the blood. I thought he was walking in my footsteps but he wasn't. He chose her instead of us, his parents.
I was waiting for Anima to bring that girl to me and when I saw the car park inside the palace, I smiled. I was more than happy. I was so impressed with my wife who was the mastermind of all our plans. I doubted a little but well she proved me wrong. She never ceases the amaze me.
They took that girl out of the car and dragged her inside the palace. They took her towards the room where I told them to keep her and I watched her trying to get out of the hold but she couldn't. I laughed a little thinking how pathetic she was. She was the strongest vampire of all and she couldn't even fight my wife or the witches? Hell, she couldn't even save her husband or the others. I walked inside the room where they took that girl. Witches bowed to me and left.
"So you finally caught her," I placed a kiss on her cheek. I was so proud of my wife. She did what our son couldn't.
"Our son is a hell of a fighter," she said.
"He got that from you," I placed a kiss on another cheek. Anima was one hell of a fighter. Nobody could defeat her cause she was one of the strong vampires of all.
"I don't know what he sees in this girl other than that magical blood," I looked at the girl in disgust.
I never like this human girl. She was neither attractive nor any beauty. I slowly came near her and smirked knowing that now her blood is all mine.
"You need to start the work, love," I said now turning to look at his wife. "I want to have the taste of this magical blood as soon as possible,"

I couldn't even wait for a minute now. My patience was getting thinner and thinner every minute. I wanted to taste that blood the day we found out about the girl but for my son, I waited awhile. I thought he would let us have her blood even if he wants to keep her as his wife but he didn't. He went against the deal and this was the result of his stubbornness.
"Don't worry, love. You will taste it as soon as possible," she said clapping her hands and then there came two vampires.
"Take every single drop of blood out of her body," she ordered them and we left.
"We should throw a party, king, and let everyone know that now we are the strongest vampires of all. We can rule every other being too," Anima started to dance as soon as we were inside our room.
I smiled looking at her.
"Not right now, love. Have a little bit of patience. Don't worry, We will throw a party after we drain that girl out of the blood,"
She stopped dancing and looked at me.
"We have won and that blood is ours, what is there to wait for?" She asked and I just looked at her.
I don't know if she was dumb or innocent but whatever she was, she was my wife and I loved her so much. She was the one who supported me and helped me when I was in desperate need of help when nobody helped me. I guess Amol got the love for his wife from me. I tried to understand Amol but he didn't try to understand me. I went near her and slowly kissed her.
"We need to wait a few more days and trust me, my love, I will throw a huge party," I pulled out of the kiss and she smiled knowing I was telling her the truth.
"And thank you for bringing that blood to me,"
"Anything for you," she said, kissing me.
"I need to go and look at our betrayal son and his friends," I said pulling out of the kiss.

I started to walk towards the door.
"You can't go alone,"
I stopped in the doorway and looked at her.
"Witches will go with you,"
"Do you seriously think I need witches with me to face Zar?" I asked her, slightly annoyed.
She shook her head.
"No, but Zar is a wizard and witches might be a little bit of help for you,"
She walked toward me. I know, she was right. I may not be able to fight with Zar cause he was a wizard.
"Didn't mean to offend you, king," she stared at.
"Ok," was all I said and walked out of the room. I could never say no to her.
Anima called the witches and ordered them to go with me. They followed me and we were in front of my son's house in a few minutes.
I groaned as I woke up. I placed my hand on my head slowly got up and then abruptly stood up when I realized what had happened here.
I tried so hard to save her but couldn't. I looked around me and everyone was on the ground. I went towards Zar and tried to wake him up but couldn't. In the far corner, I saw Hunter getting up and went to him.
"Are you ok?" I asked and he nodded.
I needed to leave as soon as possible. I couldn't even waste a second so I went to the room where I had asked Gurans to stay. I went inside and Aava was still on the floor unconscious. I tried to wake her up and after some time she finally did.
"Hey, Aava," I whispered and she slowly looked at me.
"Sorry, I couldn't save her," she apologized.
"Don't worry, we will save her,"
She slowly got up and went to pick up the tube that was on the table.
"But I was able to get her blood," she said giving me the tube. I took the tube with hope.
"Thanks," I whispered and she gave me that tired smile.
"How is everyone?" she asked.
"Not good,"
"We need to get down," I told her and she nodded.
I came down with her where everyone was. Everyone stood there looking at us while Aava ran and gave everyone a hug.
"I am glad everyone is alive,"
"We have blood," I said showing them the blood and putting it inside my pocket. They gave me a winning smile.
"I need to leave," I told them but Zar stopped me.
"You can't go alone,"
"I need to," I insisted.
"Not without me,"
"Fine," I said.
We were about to leave when I saw my father with two witches standing at the door and heard everyone turn into their wolves form ready to fight them.
"Seems like all the wolves are ready to fight with me," he said with a smirk on his face. He then looked at me.
"My betrayal son," He still had a smile on his face as he slowly walked towards me. "Who not only betrayed me but also became friends with my enemies,"
I rolled my eyes at him.
"Mandip," Zar said which made my father slightly angry but he controlled his anger.
Nobody ever dared to use his name in front of him but Zar did. I never thought he would know my father's name. I only found out what my father's name was on our wedding day when Gurans's parents asked him. I thought he wouldn't tell them his name or would give them his fake name but I guess Mandip was his real name.
"Brother," my father said smiling and I couldn't believe what I heard.
Brother?
I was surprised and shocked and I guess everyone around me was too. Zar gave him that big smile which I couldn't understand. Why did Zar never tell me that he was related to me? Why he never care to tell me that he was my father's brother? My uncle?
