I was studying, when suddenly I heard music coming down from downstairs

I tried to ignore the music and complete studying but it was distracting

I opened the room door and got into the living room but no one was in, it's coming from the backyard

but it wasn't just music, there was more

I walked out to check what was happening when my eyes widened

The backyard was full of people dancing, drinking and yelling

just because Renne and Antonio are away means he throws this huge party in the backyard

"Mel!" I heard a voice I recognized and turned around to find Marcus coming in my way

"We heard he has a party! I came to give you some company, Sav couldn't make it " Marcus said

"Damn he invited the whole town" he said looking out

"I didn't even know about this!!, I was literally studying!" I said

"I'm sure his invitation reached to another country, I don't get how it didn't reach you" Marcus said

"New girl!" Lucas yelled from a distance as soon as he saw me making people look at me

Theo and Marcus left before I grabbed some chips and soda and stayed alone watching people

Maybe it wasn't intentional but I was pushed back into the pool, and not before hitting my hand on the side of the pool

I pushed myself up and started coughing before I was pulled out

"you okay?" I heard a voice ask, I opened my eyes before pulling my hand out of his grasp

"I don't need your help!" I said

"you okay?" Marcus asked as I nodded

I wasn't embarrassed or anything, the only thing Is my hand was hurting as hell

I looked around to see everyone looking at me, everyone laughing and many holding their phones taking a video

Lucas came running holding a towel in his hands before wrapping it around me

I looked down trying to hide myself from the attention

"What the fuck are you looking at??" Axel suddenly yelled "party is over get out!"

" I'm okay guys" I said when we entered inside "it's not like something happened"

"yeah totally, you didn't just get into a fight with Brianna, then get pushed into the pool infront of everyone here, it's not like your photos would be spread everywhere right?!" Luke said

"Luke you're not making anything better" Theo said "Mel go take a shower, you'll get sick"

I nodded before going up with Marcus following

"A bitch a bitch a bitch" i heard Marcus mumbling angrily

"should i shower? I mean I'd like to go for a swim again" i said

"No, inside now" he said as I sighed and got into the bathroom before locking the door

I slowly took pulled my sleeve up and looked at my hand

It wasn't any different, i was covered in bruises, I had a lot, but mostly faded ones

I was going to take my hoodie off when suddenly the bathroom door from Axel's side opened

I quickly pulled the sleeve down "what the fuck do you want?!, i need to shower get out!"

"you fell on your hand, let me check" he said as my eyes got wide

It was like he knew I was hiding something

"Then I'll show my self" he said before suddenly pulling my sleeve up by force

His eyes widened, my eyes widened too before I pulled them back down quickly

after showering, I saw Lucas, Marcus and Theo sitting watching a match when I joined them

The house door opened before axel entered holding some bags of food

"She couldn't make it, they have a family dinner at their grandmas" Theo said as I looked at Marcus who was looking at me then we both looked at Theo

We both ignored their yelling, I pulled out and looked at him

"it's okay, but if I said a thing, you should know that I'll do it"

I nodded before smiling , we both turned to look at the three guys who had wide eyes staring at us

"she blackmails me" axel said as I laughed

"are you sure you're axel" Theo asked

"Wait lemme check, I think he has fever" Lucas said approaching axel and putting his hand on Axel's forehead before axel slapped his hand away
