《Love You Lots! Vento Aureo x reader》28-Sardinia

You arrived on the coast of Sardinia, somehow without being seen. You were currently standing on the beach, staring out at the ocean, while Bruno, Abbacchio, and Narancia were scouting the area.
"Y/N." You heard Bucciarati call.
"Yes?" You asked as you turned around to face him.
"Narancia found where an enemy was, we're going to make sure they're dead." Bucciarati explained, "You stay out here with Abbacchio, I trust you and your stand to be able to get out of here if trouble comes."
You nod and smile confidently.
"You can count on me!" You pointed to your chest with your thumb.
'He's finally treating me as a capable stand user!' You thought happily to yourself despite the situation at hand.
"Abbacchio." Bruno said, causing the goth to turn to him, "Use your Moody Blues to get the replay going right away."
"Alright." Abbacchio said as he started Moody Blues' replay.
"We can't stay here for too long." Bruno stated factually, "How much time do you need?"
"Well,we're talking fifteen years ago." Abbacchio said bluntly, "It'll probably take eight to ten minutes."
"Do it in five." Bruno ordered, "Giorno, Trish, Mista, and Fugo are standing by in the turtle, so I'll bring them out here too. And the moment we learn the boss' true identity from Moody Blues' replay, we'll leave here. Narancia, use Aerosmith to signal for Giorno and the others to get out here."
"You got it!" Narancia said as he sent Areosmith to go alert the others.
You turned away from the direction Bruno and Narancia had run off in, instead watching the surroundings for anything suspicious. You felt something crawling on your side, quickly, you turned to see Lemon crawling out of your jacket.
"Aw hey Lemon, buddy. Is that where you've been this whole time?" You asked as you gently held him in your hands.
Lemon, being a frog, did not answer, only climbing up onto your shoulder.
"Ok you can stay there, help me keep a look out." You smiled and went back to making sure everything was going ok. You did miss the strange look Abbacchio was giving you for having an entire conversation with a frog.

You stared at a group of kids playing ball nearby, you smiled at their innocence.
You and Abbacchio both watched the kids get their ball stuck up in a tree. You turned to look at Abbacchio as he sighed and look at his own stand.
"It's already the 25th, June's going to be over soon." Abbacchio muttered.
"Yeah, but there's still five more days left." You pointed out with a smile, "That's plenty of time!"
Abbacchio didn't respond, just huffed and looked away. You we're offended by this in any way, since you quite expected this out of Abbacchio.
"It just better actually be June fifteen years ago, damn it." You heard Abbacchio mutter after a couple moments.
The kids were being really loud as the struggled to get their ball back, causing you and Abbacchio to turn to them. Something just felt off about them, specifically the pink-haired one. Something about him just seemed too familiar.
"Hey! Pipe down you little brats!" Abbacchio yelled at the kids, "Go play somewhere else where there's more room!"
"Duh, we know that." one of the kids said snarkily.
"Who the heck kicked it up there?" One of the kids questioned.
"Hey stop throwing rock!" the first kid said as he tried to reach the ball.
As the children continued to squabble, Abbacchio looked back at his stand.
"Oh hell. Go on, move out of the way!" Abbacchio commanded as he started to walk towards the kids, but you grabbed his shoulder.
"Keep your guard up Abbacchio, something about these kids gives me a bad feeling." You leaned up to whisper to him.
He nodded, which was something you didn't expect, it was nice to see him listening to you.
Abbacchio was going to continue you walking towards the kids, but somehow the ball had fallen out of the tree. You also noticed the pink haired kid had fallen.
'Weird, I never saw him fall...' You thought.
You watched the kid get up and run along with all the others.
You glared at him as he turned to look at you, you knew something was up with him.

"That was strange..." You murmured, coincidentally glancing at Lemon who was on your opposite shoulder now.
"Tell me about it." Abbacchio groaned as he turned back to his stand, which had successfully transformed.
You gasped in shock as you looked at Moody Blues.
"What?" Abbacchio looked at you, wondering why you seemed so... mortified?
"He lost his ass!" You exclaimed, causing a bright red hue to form across the goth's face, "Look at the poor thing, it's flatter than a pancake-"
You were silenced by Abbacchio who bonked you on the back of the head. You rubbed the back of your head and glared at Abbacchio.
"What was that for?" You whined.
"For staring at my stand's ass." Abbacchio muttered, slightly embarrassed.
You regained your composure and studied the boss' face, he seemed really young.
You missed Abbacchio's small smile as he watched you study his stand with an almost child-like wonder. You reminded him so much of himself that it was scary, he didn't want you making the same mistakes he did.
He suddenly felt this fuzzy feeling in his chest, he didn't particularly understand it, but he knew it was only caused by you.
"Abbacchio! Y/N!" You heard Bucciarati's yell.
You and Abbacchio turned to him, you saw Bruno running down the cliff with the rest of the gang in tow.
"Yeah?" You asked, "What's wrong?"
"There was a second enemy, they were disguised as a young boy!" Bucciarati explained.
You and Abbacchio looked at each other in shock.
"Y/N..." Abbacchio muttered, you were kind of socked how good your intuition was.
"What's going on? Do you guys know something?" Mista asked.
"Well yeah... kinda?" You sort of answered.
"Did something happen Y?N?" Fugo asked.
"It's what didn't happen is what I'm worried about." You answered.
"Please tell us." Bruno commanded.
You retold the entire event, how the ball got out of the tree, your bad feeling, the pink-haired kid. It would be an understatement to say they were shocked.
"Do you think that kid could've been the boss?" Narancia questioned.
"I don't know..." You answered.
"Well if it was, fate must be on our side since we're all still alive." Abbacchio pointed out.
"You're right Abbacchio, that's why we need to leave here as soon as possible." Bruno stood proudly, "Trish, make a mold of the boss' face using Spice Girl so we can take it with us."
Trish nodded and got to work wit the mold as Bucciarati had everyone else setting up a boat, preparing to leave.
---
You were in the turtle with Giorno, Trish, Abbacchio, Bruno, and Fugo. Mista and Narancia were scouting the area while running with the turtle up the Sardinian cliffs. Giorno had a laptop on the table, and was searching through databases for a face that matched the one they had.
"Any luck?" Bruno asked as you sat in between Abbacchio's legs on the couch. Fugo was standing on the opposite side of Giorno from bucciarati, and Trish was sitting in a chair across the room. You felt kind squished since Abbacchio spread his long ass legs out, because 'he needs the room'. You ended up just sitting in between his legs since there was more room there.
"Try checking Interpol, or even the Sardinian police records. Do these finger prints match any record?" You could hear the frustration starting to build in Bucciarati's voice.
"It's no use, there's no hits" Giorno said, equally frustrated.
"He probably found a way to erase himself." Fugo stated.
"Yes, but it has to be somewhere..." Bruno placed a hand on his hip as he stood up straight, a scowl on his face, "That's why he tried to eliminate his own daughter and fears anyone knowing what he looks like.
"You should try checking the records of the dead." Abbacchio pointed out.
"Abbacchio, how long were you thinking that?" Fugo asked.
"It's been in my head for a little bit, because if the boss isn't in any living records, he might have faked his death."
Fugo nodded as Bruno looked at Giorno, who was already going through the records.

Gods of Arkanoth
The hunter has been betrayed, left alone in the streets of a lugubrious district. Only one goal appears in his eyes: to avenge himself. In his quest to avenge himself, he'll encounter an enigmatic scientist who seems to hide his true nature, a savior pretending to be a God, and the terrible truth of those words, bringing him against something he'd never thought he'd have to affront. This is the odyssey of the hunter, in a quest to put a long overdue end to a war between two worlds. // What to expect:The beginning will surely be intriguing, most of what's happeing won't be directly explained, although there will be some hints about their true roles, but do not worry about some subjects never leaving that misty fog that is unanswered questions! The novel is divided in two parts, the first focusing on uncovering the well-hidden secrets the city of Arkanoth hides, be it concerning its making or its inhabitants. As for the second part, it will be an expedition into the unknown, we could, in a way, say the true start of the journey our three heroes will undertake! I won't say anything more about the second part or else I might tell you an important detail without realizing... As for magic, because yes, there is magic! Although you might not see the shadow of a spell in the first chapters, it will appear in later chapters and will be one of the main subjects of volume 2. There are three heroes, yes, but they will not appear directly. While the first two protagonists appear in quite the beginning, the third will take his time, taking some stroll in the Districts of Arkanoth while we focus on the story of the hunter. But that does not lessen his importance in the story a bit, trust me. What about these three heroes, you say? Well, they all have their own issues, from their character to their torments, and as the story progresses they will have to come clean with their past (character development is to be expected) and will find their reason for fighting, braving all odds. I draw my inspiration from mythology, more precisely Aztec mythology. I want to stay true to a certain extent about it and all the relations between the gods and their role, however I will still change some things to my liking, so do not expect for all of the mythology to be respected to the letter. Finally! I have to say English is a foreign langage for me, so I might not choose the best words or straight-up miswrite something, if it bothers your experience, just tell me in the comments and I'll look into it! It is also my first time writing a book, so some parts might seem sloppy, but I hope I will be able to improve throughout this journey so as to give the most enjoyable reading experience to you. // Who might enjoy this story: Firstly, if you like deep lore and stories in which past plays a big role, you will like how everything unravels to show the hidden truths of the world. However if you do not appreciate not instantly understanding what's happening or who - or even what - this person might be, then you might not appreciate the story. There will be disturbing and gore descriptions, so if you're sensitive, don't like reading about someone being beheaded and such, you should probably pass this one. There is strong langage, although I won't abuse it, I won't be lying saying no insults will appear. Finally, the heroes will not always win, they will sometime lose battles, be it important ones or unimportant, and they will, most of the time, not come out unscathed from those. // Time Schedule : once every two sundays at 7:pm Ps : feel free to tell me if something is bad, or feel wrong with the book, it really helps me. I've written till' chapter 4 (in my mother tongue, so I'll still have to translate), however I'll make some minor and major changes, thus it will take some time to post them. Schedule will probably not change after releasing chapter 4, so don't worry, it won't take even longer to post a chapter than it already is. Enjoy the ride :)
