《JJBA X Reader》Jotaro: Last Words

Enjoy my Jotaro dump B)
Stone Ocean era, you're 40.
Who knew your day would have a turn of events? You were only trying to run errands, but an assassin got to you as you passed an alleyway. You don't have a stand, so you were helpless. You could tell he was trained for killing, so you just accepted your fate. There's a stab wound in your stomach, and it hurts so bad, but you're not reacting.
Why aren't you reacting? Well, Jotaro wanted a divorce to protect you and Jolyne, but you talked him out if it. You knew you'd still be in so much danger because of the Joestar fate, but you accepted it all for the sake of your beloved family.
"I just wanted to go home to my family," you say.
The assassin smiles, "I'm truly sorry Y/N, but I've been ordered to do this to you. Since you're about to die, I'll let nature take its course."
"Wait," you whine, and he turns around.
"Don't touch Jolyne," you glare at him.
The assassin leaves and you're stuck in a dark alley, your life fading away from you. You decide to fight through it and call Jotaro. Your phone rings and he picks up.
"Y/N, I'm at work," he groans.
You laugh softly, then wince as your stomach reacts to it. "I know, Jotaro. But this is important. Listen to me and don't hang up."
"Are you okay? You never do this. Are you in pain?" Jotaro worries.
"Shhh, shh. Listen. I love you so so much, and I love Jolyne the same. You pass my message onto her, okay? And don't leave her side. I'll be home soon. I love you guys so much. Don't forget that." You drop the phone and fall unconscious.

"Y/N?! What the fuck is happening?! Answer me!!" Jotaro rises from his desk and tells his assistant to call the Speedwagon Foundation. He tracks your phone and stops time repeatedly so he can hurry over to your location.
He finds you in the alley and quickly checks your pulse. His heart breaks when he finds out that the pulse is weak. The feeling of being picked up woke you up.
"J-Jota...ro," you manage to say.
"You're going to be fine. Hang on for me, okay?" He kisses your forehead and you fall unconscious again. Dying in the arms of your husband, how cliché.
You wake up again. "Ugh... why am I still alive?" you groan and rub your forehead. You realize you're in the hospital.
"Mom!!" Jolyne gasps.
Your eyes widen at the dumb statement you said earlier. You turn to your daughter who has tears in her eyes.
"Hi Jolyne," you say groggily, "Sorry you had to see me like this."
"Well, I wasn't the only who cried," Jolyne scoffs and turns to her father on a seat by the door. He's reading a book.
"It's nice to see you dear, but could we talk after? I'd like to talk to your dad in private," you hold Jolyne's cheek and she nods and walks out of the room.
"Jotaro, come over here." you gesture towards the chair Jolyne was sitting in.
He sighs and closes the book, then he gets up to sit in the chair. You hold his hand.
"Thanks for saving me," you smile. "I know I can always count on you."
"Yare yare, you didn't even tell me you got stabbed. You know what could've happened if I didn't come? You'd be... dead," Jotaro regrets saying that final sentence because he can't live without you. Yes, he did want a divorce 15 years ago, but he saw how much you loved him and it made him realize how much he loved you.

"I was trying to accept my fate, Jotaro. I know what I did when I married you." you sigh, then remember what you wanted to tell him.
"We need to get out of here," you whisper.
"What?" he asks.
"Someone's coming after you and Jolyne. Let's move back to Japan, hell, even some place off the grid!"
"Y/N, what are you talking about?" Jotaro thinks that you're going insane.
"I was just 'assassinated', and they think that I'm dead!"
"There's more stand users?"
"I think so. I heard something about Dio's friend in a prison?"
His eyes widen, and his heart is beating out of his chest. "Yeah, let's go. Jolyne!! Help mom out of here!"
"Wait," you grasp his wrist, "You cried?"
"Why wouldn't I? When you lose your wife you'd obviously cry. Yare yare, woman. Come on."
You pull the chain on his jacket down to you, and give him a kiss.
"You taste like blood," he smiles.
"Oh, shut up!"
Your smiles were silenced when you hear Jolyne yell for you two.
"Mom! Dad! Help!"
Your eyes quickly turn to the door and you see Jolyne getting handcuffed by 2 cops.
"Dio's friend... in prison... Jolyne..." You murmur. "Jotaro! Get the one on the right!"
He nods and you two charge at the officers, the stab wound still hurts, but you wouldn't let anyone touch your daughter.
You knock one of them down while Jotaro gets the other with Star Platinum. You pin the female officer down, punching in between every word you say. "Don't. You. Dare. Touch. My. Jolyne!!" You finish with one more blow to her face.
You wipe the sweat off of your forehead and uncuff Jolyne. "Hurry up, before we all get arrested!"

Vigilantes Make Us Safe: Rebel Rebel
When the world was on the brink in the 1940s a group of men and women with uncommon ability pulled the world from the brink. They inspired generations to come and led to a golden age of vigilantes protecting the world. Times change. By the early 2000s almost nowhere was willing to tolerate unregulated men and women dispensing their own form of justice. The dawn of the internet made operating in the shadows virtually impossible. Everyone thought the days of vigilantes were done but presidential candidate Richard Hughes, riding a wave of populism, has promised to bring these men and women into the light and empower them to keep us all safe. The passing of the Vigilantes Making Us Safe Act changes everything. All teenagers feel like they don’t fit in at times. Ryaan Asfour knows the feeling well. As part of an immigrant family in a country turning against immigrants, there’s a lot of people who don’t think he belongs. The election of Richard Hughes and the passage of the Vigilantes Making Us Safe Act hasn’t helped matters. Suddenly anyone who wants to discriminate can just say they’re keeping people safe and do whatever they want. Sudden popularity at school after hitting a game winning shot makes it even more apparent how much he doesn’t fit in with the rest of his world. A clash with a pair of vigilantes on his way home from school puts things in perspective. What can Ryaan do to protect his family and his neighborhood? Vigilantes Making Us Safe will follow a variety of lead characters including Serenity, Toxic, Hitbox, the Rebel and more. I'll keep the cover image and title updated to reflect the current protagonist but I encourage you to check them all out.

Re:Serpent, the Struggles of a 'Snake' to Survive and Evolve...
*Heyo, Evil Overlord here. As some may know, I am the main editor of VanZans, and his fiction, Those Who Aspire to Become Gods. If you do not know, check his work out and see for yourself. This is my first story to test my skills as a writer and a story teller. This may or may not be continued depending on my choice, and available time I have.*Hello, ghost audience, my name is Heibai. It stands for black and white in Chinese, and yes I am Asian, though I grew up in America. I was an orphan, now adopted into a rare family dojo in Chinatown in a certain state. Now I am reincarnated into a 'snake'...killed by a goddamn truck, conjured by fate's sick sense of entertainment, and died attempting to save my sister (she is not related by blood by the way) when I tried to shield her from harm, and here I am...in a new world, primitive, war-torn, and semi-corrupt. Disgusted by the contents of this fantasy world, I must survive and discover the truth to my sudden...rebirth...and find my sister if she is also here, human or not. My main goal of this story...is to fight on and learn as much as I can, and my secondary goal, to see if I can return home...human or NOT.*Might include blood and some gore
