Life is a succession of lessons which must be lived to be understood. All is riddle, and the key to a riddle is another riddle.
Victor chuckled humoursly and pulled himself away from Taehyung.
"I am waiting for that Taehyung. I truly am. "
"But not for you to win but for you to realise how wrong you are. How you'll come to me for a bit of happiness. To be away from the life you're living just for few hours. And I'll be waiting for you with my open arms. "Whispered Victor in his ear.
Taehyung looked at him annoyed and stepped back ready to retort but a voice made him stop.
"Taehyung what is taking you so long ?" Asked Jungkook as the pair turned around to see Jungkook standing on the doorway.
"You know I don't like to wait ." muttered the latter as he approached them.
Taehyung looked at him wide eyed.
"Victor how are you ? It's been long ." greeted Jungkook as he shook hands with the latter.
"I'm doing great. And I hope the same for you. "
Jungkook chuckled and nodded.
He turned and stared at Taehyung with a questioning gaze.
" Taehyung my coffee ." he reminded and broke Taehyung form his daze who nodded absent-mindedly and started walking to the kitchen.
Jungkook watched Taehyung walk away. And as soon as Taehyung was out he turned to Victor but this time his gaze flamed with anger.
" How many times have I told you to stay away from my husband huh ? I'm being nice now but trust me if this continues it will not be late for you to see what happens if I am mad." Said Jungkook coldly. His voice alone sent shivers down the spine.

The threat was so clear. His face may look blank but he was furious.
Victor gulped and felt intimidated.
"What------ What ----do---------do---- you mean ?" He stuttered innocently.
Jungkook scoffed.
"We both know the answer to it. Just stay away from my husband. "
Victor nodded pathetically and like that Jungkook stormed out of the room.
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Still lost in his thoughts Taehyung walked in the hallway with a cup of coffee in his hands for Jungkook.
There's definitely something wrong with Jungkook.
He never acts like that. What should I think of that? He's confusing me.
I think I am just thinking too much of his actions. Let's just stop. Yeah let's stop.
He shook his head a little. And focused on his task.
He noticed Jimin coming his way.
He's going to Victor again.
But alone the name of the latter made Taehyung angry.
He can't let Jimin treat himself like this. He cares about the elder And with that determination in his eyes. He stepped towards Jimin.
The elder was about to pass him nonchalantly. But Taehyung stopped the latter by holding his elbow.
Jimin gasped a little at the touch and looked at Taehyung shocked.
But younger's face remained blank.
" Don't do this hyung. Don't give anyone the consent to run over you. Don't let them treat you like this. You hold the key to your happiness. Don't give them the satisfaction by acting like this. You're better than this. You deserve more and far way better. You deserve to be happy. " said Taehyung sternly and walked away leaving him.
Jimin stared at the way he disappeared to in disbelief.
•••••••••••••••••••••••••
"Are we ready to go ?" Asked Victor and stood up from the couch when he saw Jimin.
He doesn't remember when he walked into the living room from the hallway.

He didn't remember when Victor pulled his hand in his and kissed it.
He didn't remember sitting in the car.
He didn't realise when he reached a club of an expensive hotel.
He doesn't remember the conversation he had with Victor.
He doesn't want to remember Taehyung's words but that was the only thing he was thinking about.
He didn't realise how much time have passed. He was simply lost in his world.
Don't do this hyung.
Don't give anyone the consent to run over you.
Don't let them treat you like this.
You hold the key to your happiness.
Don't give them the satisfaction by acting like this.
You're better than this.
You deserve more and far way better.
You deserve to be happy.
"Jimin I have noticed you have been lost in your thoughts. Do you wanna get out of here?" asked Victor.
Jimin didn't reply. What does he want? He looked around.
He sat on a stool at the counter beside Victor.
Everything around him was drowned in alcohol. And for the first time the stench of alcohol bothered him.
Why do I like coming here?
Or do I even like coming here?
I don't like this.
It seemed like everyone around him was happy than why he felt so--------so empty?
Normally the alcohol in his hand would drown the feeling but now not matter how much he got drunk. The feeling was still there.
Taehyung's words made him conscious of his actions and he hated it . He was suffocated.
He got up to get out of there but a hand on his wrist stopped him.
"Where are you going ? "Asked Victor confused.
"Out ." was the only reply he gave.
"Why ? We didn't even make it to our hotel room. "He questioned.
Jimin took a breath.
Don't let them treat you like this.
"I don't want it. "He said clearly.
"What why? Don't you want to forget about everything around you." He said in a flirting tone as he pulled Jimin towards him by the waist.
"No----- no -------no." replied Jimin shaking his head. His thoughts were too much for him. He felt so weak.
"Oh come on don't be like that Jimin. I know you want it."
Victor pressed his lips against Jimin.
He didn't do anything. His poor brain was trying to process everything. A lone tear slipped from his eyes.
And just when Jimin was about to give in the kiss he felt Victor being pulled away from him.
Victor got startled as someone pulled him back.
He turned to look at the intruder only to recieve a punch.
"Ever heard about a thing called consent you bastard." the intruder hissed.
Jimin blinked his eyes shocked.

Dream of the Abyss
Elisa Mary Grant died in a hospital bed after being stuck in it for six months, and like any other, her soul drifted away from her husk when she passed. For her, death was a release. It merely meant that she no longer have to wake up in pain, breathing through tubes and have doctors flood her veins with dubious chemicals for “experimental treatment”. Free from her mortal constraints and useless body, she felt… at peace, serene, even. Death is bliss, after all, when objectively living sucked to the point of extreme. Therefore, there was no reason to mourn at all and she knew she definitely didn't. ... That was until, on her way for a proper reincarnation, she found herself rudely interrupted and left stranded in the great NoWhere. “Wonderful,” she remarked as she floated in the [Beyond], “Just when I thought that suicide is the answer.” Author's note: Updates every Tuesday-Wednesday, probably some time in between. ... P.S Notes: Contains existential questions and nihilistic themes, rather philosophical. Will be rather sluggish until the MC gets her shit together. P.SS Notes: Story takes time to develop. And maybe uncomfortable. It's not gonna be action-packed or filled with battles, I think. Anyway, it is kinda unusual. P. SSS Notes: It is not LitRpg. Don't be fooled.
