the house door opened as Evelyn ran to the door while I followed her

"Alex where the hell where you? You didn't come to work today neither for dinner and you haven't answered any of the calls" I said

"I was in Paris" he said coldly

"Paris?" I asked

"daddy, you didn't tell us anything, I was waiting for you" eve said

"I was busy Evelyn" he said before he went upstairs while both of us sat in the living room

"maybe he's just under pressure" I said

half an hour later Alex came down as the bell rang before he opened the door

"hello" he said before a girl entered and hugged him

"hey alexander" she said seductively As I felt a pang of jealousy in my heart

"ma who is this?!" Eve asked As both of us stood up

Alex and the girl made their way to the office but before they could enter, Evelyn ran to them

"Eve!" I said running after her

"Daddy! Who is This!" Evelyn asked as she crossed her arms

"Daddy? So the news are right?" The woman asked looking at Alex

"who are you?" Evelyn asked

"Evelyn baby, let's just go" I said

"she's a friend-" Alex was stopped by her

"Regina" Alex said ignoring Evelyn as she smiled at him

"Evelyn baby lets go" I said as I pulled her with me up stairs into my room before tears fell

he couldn't do that to me, we were living our lives and now he bring his ex that I didn't know about? And he goes to Paris and disappears without telling us?

I felt numb, my heart was in pain

"Ma don't cry!" Evelyn said "ma why are you crying!"

"I'm not baby" I said wiping the few tears

"You are mommy! Don't cry because of that witch!" she said "ma let's go to uncle Nate's house or wait a second!" Evelyn said as she ran out of the room

she came minutes later with her pulling Brandon

"What wrong Becs?" He asked kneeling beside me

"Uncle B, It's all daddy's fault, he brought his ex fiancé here!" She yelled

"Eve that's it" I said

"He brought Regina?!!" brandon asked in shock as we nodded

"he didn't tell us that we was getting married! She even holds his hands and hugs him! He can't do that to mommy! Please uncle Brandon he can't hurt mommy" Evelyn said

"you didn't know about her??" Brandon said

"I don't understand, why?" I asked

"I'm gonna have a serious talk with him, let's just get you both out of here" he said as he took my hand then took Evelyn up as both of us went down

We passed the office which had the door opened as both of sipped coffee, Alex heard a noise before he stood up and looked at us

"where are you going?" He asked

"Not your business" Brandon said

"Brandon, watch what you're saying!" Alex said

"Your fiancé said the same thing to mommy and you didn't even open your mouth!" Evelyn yelled

"Evelyn!" I said as she whispered a sorry

"Wow alex, let me tell you something, what you're doing now is breaking your family!" Brandon said

"Evelyn is not going" he said

"What no! I am going!" Evelyn said

"She's coming" I said nonchalantly

"I don't want to stay with you and the witch!" Evelyn said as she grabbed her shoes before going to the door

"thanks you Alex" I said before I followed him

"You're an asshole Alex, you know that?" Brandon said before he followed us and the three of us got out

"He's an asshole Becca, ignore him, I guess something happened" he said "anyways my favorite niece! Where do you want to go" he asked

"uncle B, let's go and have ice cream because it's the only thing that can make mommy happy" Eve Said

"I love you baby" I said as she held my hand

"You grew her up really well" Brandon said as we got into his car And took us to an ice cream bus beside a garden

we ordered ice cream before we found a bench and took a seat on it

"do you feel any better mommy?" Eve asked as I nodded

"Sadly guys I'm leaving after a couple of hours" Brandon said "I'm really gonna miss you my favorite niece" he said

"I'm gonna miss you too uncle B!" She said with a sad smile

"Come here lets go play!" Brandon said pulling Evelyn before giving me a smile and going to play

I know he did that on purpose so he could give me some alone time making me think about everything

after sometime Brandon come

"becs, I know him really well and I can tell something is wrong, everyone knows how much he adores you and I know that he maybe has feeling for you now, the way he looks at you and how happy you make him. what he's doing is wrong Becs, he's hurting you but talk to him Becca, don't let this beautiful get ruined, don't" Brandon said holding my hand

"thanks Brandon, you know I feel better now" I said

"I'm glad you are becs and you can call me at anytime now how about you both drive me to the airport? I'm all ready, you'll just have to drive back with Eve from the airport" he said

"Yeah sure, no worries" I said "EVE BABY, LETS GO"

"Where are we going?" She asked

"You guys are driving me to the airport" Brandon said

"At least when we go back, the witch won't be there" Eve said
