100 Years after the Death of Luke Skywalker the galaxy, for the majority, is finally at peace. The New Republic, under the reign of Queen Ania Solo, the only living descendant of Han Solo, is thriving. The First Order has been Obliterated, the Galactic Empire is no more and the Sith have all but been eradicated. The only resistance that the New Republic face is from the Empires Chosen, a small resistance group loyal to the ways of the old Galactic Empire under the Rule of Lord Palpatine. But there is no light without darkness. The light side of the force cannot exist without the dark side or it would upset the balance that it requires to flourish.
