《The Forgotten Sith》Part 3

After a session inside the training dome, Darth Chaos was called to appear before the Dark Hand. He stepped out the dome and hooked his lightsabers onto his belt. His eyes slowly turned from red to brown. His anger subsided and a calm rage filled him. Its been almost a month since he had been chosen as a dark lord of the SIth over the other prospects. It angered him that he did nothing but sit around and just train. He wanted action, he wanted to begin his reign of terror upon the Jedi and the Galactic Senate. He had a plan though, he wanted to do it singlehanded, within the shadows, and cause great distress with no clues that the Sith was to blame, but the Jedi. And once the Senate turns on the Jedi he would strike and destroy them all.
Chaos walked into the dark room. He looked up to the dark seeming endless ceiling. His eyes narrowed to the Dark Hand seating at a high large table. Among them Darth Soul, Darth Rufus, Darth Iman, and Darth Chratis. Darth Chaos felt a dark power, more powerful from the hand. He could not pinpoint it but it was coming from above them, high in the rafters.
"You summoned me." Chaos stated as he took a knee.
There was an odd humming sound inside the room as no one spoke at that moment.
"It has come to our intention Darth Chaos, that you believe our way of life is inferior." Darth Soul finally stated
"Your emotions betray you, my young apprentice." Darth Chratis added.
Chaos took a deep breath and spoke. "As a whole my lords we are much stronger and more are larger in number than the Jedi. We sit idly as they grow more powerful. I believe that our size in number will be our downfall."

"Care to explain that." Chratis wondered.
"Too many Commanders not enough soldiers." Chaos replied.
"You are a mere foot solider, you do not challenge the Dark Hand in this manner!" Darth Soul shot forth. "In time the Jedi will be destroyed but on our timetable NOT yours!"
Darth Chaos slightly shifted his weight. He hated the Hand, he believed that they were weak and arrogant and sat on their power without acting on it.
"He wishes to drive his saber into your flesh Lord Soul." Iman said with a slight smile.
Chaos' wore a dark cloak and under it he released the hilt of his light saber. He forgot that Iman could read minds.
"The mere thought of attempting to kill your lord is considered to be treason and punishable by death." Darth Rufus added as he attempted to grab his lightsaber.
"All I am saying is that the Jedi has had their time..."
"You will fall under my blade boy!" Soul lashed out again.
Chaos held his ground and lashed back. "You are weak! You sit on your chairs judging others less than you. While the Jedi hold key positions within the galaxy and grow strong."
"DARTH CHAOS!" Chratis yelled. "You have just put a death sentence on your life!"
"Everyone remain calm. I just been told by our observers that the young dark lord has a point and we must give him the chance to prove himself." Dark Rufus stated in a low deep tone.
"Observers?" Chaos asked himself. "They must be pawns. The powerful force that I felt comes from another group or someone higher than they." He further thought.
"Young Darth Chaos you shall prove to us that your idea will be more effective. We challenge you to go to the Jedi temple and without revealing yourself you must assassinate one Jedi master and return to us with his or her lightsaber." Darth Rufus ordered.

Chaos was thrilled. A mission with a great payout. He could finally prove his power and take the Sith to heights greater than what the Hand could provide.
"You cannot cheat yourself out of this Darth Chaos. I will know ahead of time." Iman added.
"Believe me, I will accomplish this mission or end my own life should I fail."
