Before we knew it, our week long honeymoon in Ohau Hawaii came to an end. Too quickly if I'm being honest. But we're excited to go home, to see our children. Kiren and Kai are getting so big.

We just landed. Eureka and I are on our way to collect our luggage. She brought a few souvenirs from the airport in Hawaii for our family members. So the extra space in my luggage was soon eaten up. I expected that.

I hold her hand. She has on a casual outfit. Causal but still really sexy. A body hugging high-waisted skirt which falls below her knee. Its neon green and cheetah print with a neon green spaghetti strap cropped top. One of the straps keep falling over her shoulder but she pulls off the look with running sneakers. I'm dressed on the causal side as usual.

My wife looks comfortable beautiful and perfect. So much so I want to drag her back to Hawaii for us to have more alone time. But alone time can be arranged when we get home.

First thing first though claiming our luggage and getting home. Thankfully as soon as we landed I remembe to let Michail know we arrived and to come get us. Hopefully by the time we get everything we won't have to wait too long.

"That's good. Kiren and Kai should be waking up from their nap."

"Thank you sis for caring for them while we were gone."

Katina comes to me. Patting my back. "Of course brother. What kind of aunty would I be if I didn't? I hope you and Eureka are down to babysit our kids in the future."

I nod. "Of course."

I take Eureka's hand. We head upstairs to the twins room and like Katina said our boys are wiggling around showing they've gotten up. It's in the evening after all.

"Hey my babies." Detka says letting go to pick them up. I see her holding Kiren and Kai on her hips. Looking like their mother, caretaker and my loving wife I'm so in love with. Damn I can't believe she's my wife. My partner, my friend, my soulmate.

"Let me help." I take Kai from her. Holding him. He starts smiling showing his two front teeth. His mix match eyes, blue and amber showing he's happy.

"Kai. Did you miss your mommy and daddy. Hmm."

He reaches for me. Making some inaudible sound I can't decifer. "Yeah. Daddy and mommy missed you and Kiren too." Muwah. Kiss. kiss. I shower my son with kisses. Meanwhile Detka is doing the same to Kiren. We swap our boys at some point so we'll equally show them love.

Kiren gets excited when he's given to me. His blue eyes widden with joy. "Aww. I love you too bud. I love both of you." I kiss his forehead and curls doing the same to Kai then my wife.

She still has in those jumbo braids. Which are cute but I can't wait for them to be taken out so I can see her natural curls.

"Baby let's go downstairs."

"Okay. We need to pack up their stuff."

"Don't worry about that. We'll do it together."

She reaches over while holding Kai with one hand. Touching my beard, sweetly. "I love you husband."

After our intimate exchange we venture back down. Finding Michail and Kyle playing with his sisters. There's a billion different kinds of toys scattered on the floor in front them. Building blocks, doll, and even some Legos. Which I'll make sure to avoide stepping on, because that shit hurts like a bitch.

Kyle greets coming over to me as I sit on the long sofa. Eureka squeezes in beside me. I tap the space on my other side.

"Sit with uncle. Tell me how your summer been going."

Kyle's happily gets beside me. After making funny faces at his cousins. He goes on to fill me in what's been happening. He mentions how he's going to summer camp and even though they do eveything while wearing masks, he's having a blast. He continues talking about summer camps, the games they play, fun activities like water balloon fights, and the people he's met.

According to him he's made two best friends a boy name Yvonne and a girl name Melody. When he started talking about her he seems to have the hugest crush on her. The way his face lights up I can tell right way he adores her.

Our conversation continue throughout the night. Even while we have dinner. Kyle kept going on about how pretty Melody is and how he likes holding her hand.

After dinner Eureka helped Katina clean up while Michail went to start loading up my boys bigger luggage in the van. He graciously agreed to drive us home since I don't have my truck.

I on the other hand place the boys in their car seats as they've fallen asleep. After dinner Detka and I went to give them a bath and she breastfed. After that they were out. Kyle went up to get ready for bed. Making me promise him for us to talk more about Melody.

Once they are properly strapped in, with their blankets over them. I head to the kitchen. Overhearing Katina and Eureka's gossip.

"I think I do. Being a mother is the most fulfilling thing I've ever experienced. I feel so complete. You know what I mean?"

I lean away from them, listening before heading out front to help my brother in law, with the most devious grin. Knowing what I know I'm can wait for when we get home.

We climb in under it seeking each other out. Kiren and Kai are both fast asleep in their room. Our things were brought in. We unpacked their things but decided to leave our luggage for tomorrow. I'm so thankful I'm self employed because I don't have to work tomorrow if I don't want to.

I do plan to check in with Austin and my team about the firm. Check in on how everything's been going.

"Thank you for a memorable honeymoon."

Eureka says.

"You're welcome sweetheart. You deserved it."

"Aww. I can see it already. But, I don't think I want us to have another baby so soon. I want more time with Kiren and Kai to love and nurture them. They're still so young. I want them to have all my attention before adding another baby in the mix. Maybe in 2 or 3 more years. What do you think?" She pose the question to me.

"If I could have my way I'd get you pregnant tonight. But I get what you're saying. It's your body love. I won't ever force you to have more children if you didn't want to."

She grins at this pulling me in for a light kiss.

"I love you so much Kira. I love you for being so understanding and open minded baby. You know that?"

"I know. I love you too Eureka. Thank you for wanting to have more children. Whenever you're ready I'll be waiting to make it happen. I can't wit to spend the rest of my life with you and our children."

"Me too. I think you're the best thing beside our children that's happened to me. It's crazy to think if things went differently we might not have met."

I move the braid that fell in front her face behind her ear. She smiles at this, blossoming under my love and kindness.

"What do you mean if things went differently?"

Eureka cards her fingers through my hair moving it away from my face. Her fingers make my body come alive under her touch. She is my everything.

"Just that the night we met in Target, I went because I didn't feel like eating leftovers. I wanted to eat something fresh but my refrigerator was empty. If I'd changed my mind and decided to settle with what I had, I wouldn't have gone to Target that night. Meaning we might not have met."

"You think so. I think we would have still crossed paths, at some point. But I get your logic. It's weird how life points us in the right direction towards the people we're supposed to meet, when we're supposed to meet them. I believe we were meant to find each other that night." I tell her.

"Maybe, maybe not, and that's the beauty of it, isn't it. There's no solid way to find out what would have been, if things had gone differently. Socrates once said "the only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing." I finally understand what this quote means, after meeting and loving you.
