I shook my head and sighed was I sad a little but I understand I really was sad for my mom but in the inside happy cause she could finally live and not be trapped by my controlling dad

"I got to go I aint telling Kaleb yall Is so figure out a better way than how y'all told me". i said I walked up to my mom and hugged her and looked to my dad and just gave him a head nod

after that I walked to my car and got in and FaceTime sincere he answered on the second ring before his face popped up on my screen

"where you at?" I said while turning out of my parents drive through having no idea where I was going now

"Im at a meeting for that thing I was telling you about"

he licked his lips again I laughed

"Nun but umm you told me call you once I leave my parents house" I bought up what he said earlier

"yeah I was gonna take you out but they holding me up if you want you can just go to my house for the night and we just chill or we can still go out it don't matter to me" he said looking away for a spilt second

"We can just chill tonight cause im tired ima stop by my house to get some clothes and shit can you send me the address and make sure they gonna let me" I said the last part cause I know my security heavy on that and I don't feel like dealing with all that

he had said aight and then I hung I headed to my house to get my shit I needed and texted Kaleb telling him im gonna be gone for the night since he was out and about I had his location so if needed to know where he was ill just check that

when I left the studio I had to go to a meeting about the give away drive I wanted a couple of rappers to perform so I had to go over it with there teams I wanted lil dark of course lil baby and some more

I exited the building ready to hop in my car to go home until my phone vibrated I reached in my pocket to grab it I got it and looked at the contact it was jania I answered her voice came through the other end screaming

"SIN THERE SHOOTING" she said so fuckin loud in my ears I had to pull the phone away for a second

"who" I asked getting in my car as fast I could and starting it speeding off to where they live

I finally pulled up there were people now running out the building I guess the bullets had stopped I ran up the stairs that they had for the building to get to jania apartment

I twisted my key I had to open the door and went to the back to see jania holding lou tight I kneed down and helped her up
