《Sun and Moon ☆ Haechan》☆19

They were literal inches apart. Yuji's eyes widened as she hovered over Donghyuck, noses basically nearly brushing against each other. She couldn't even breathe, she suddenly forgot how to. Yuji held her breath and Donghyuck's eyes stared at her own and them flickered down to her lips. The close proximity dawned upon them however neither made the decision to move.
One hand was situated on the dip between his shoulder and neck, the other on his hand.
She actually finally breathed, though it was noticeably shaky and hit Donghyuck's face, making him gulp and her hand still gripped his, this time the shock made her tighten her grip as she got pulled down.
The soulmate bond made them feel even more attracted to each other, the pull began and they both instinctively leaned in.
Yuji's eyes fluttered shut and his nose nudged against hers but once it processed, her eyes shot open and she pushed off of Donghyuck.
She continued to walk back, shocked that they nearly just kissed.
"I-i've got t-to go." She stuttered out quickly, feeling herself becoming enclosed in, even though she was outside in the cool air. Her chest tightened and Donghyuck stood up, also in shock. But not because they almost kissed, because she had just pushed him away. The pang of rejection hit him hard.
He took a step towards her but she had already swung her bag on her shoulder and left him there.
☆
She didn't know why she was like this? Why was she on the verge of hyperventilating.
One second he was cold, the next he wasn't.
Why did she feel like she was being used? Maybe he was only there for physical attraction- she didn't want to be hurt, especially not by him.
During her frantic speed walking, a hand stopped her and she jumped back.

"Did you find him?" Minho asked, stopping the girl, wondering why she was walking the opposite direction. Yuji only nodded, her nails indenting cresent moons on her palms once more.
"Are you okay? You look a bit red?" He asked, tilting his head slightly.
She once again nodded, tears gathering in her eyes and they fell before she could even be angry at herself.
"I-i'm sorry I don't even know why I'm crying, I'm not even upset." She laughed sadly, wiping her tears with her sleeve.
She choked out a cough as the taste of cigarettes filled her lungs again.
Yuji stumbled her way to the nearest bench, the guy following her, concerned.
He crouched down and asked her what was wrong yet she couldn't answer, she felt like everything was too much.
What was too much?
She didn't even know herself.
This isn't how she thought soulmates should be, he was ignoring her before it came to almost kissing. But something else was happening and it was almost unbearable.
Confused to where her own soulmate was, Haeun came walking out to see Minho crouched down next to Yuji and her jaw clenched.
She strided over to him, angry yet her stride faulted as she heard the coughs and cries.
"Why does- it hurt." Yuji paused in between, grasping her chest. Upon hearing this, all anger diminished name confusion took up Haeun.
"What's happening babe?" She asked, placing a hand on Minho's shoulder, to which he leaned a hand up over hers.
"I'm not sure." He said, standing up and not knowing what to do. It was strange, why did she feel like her chest was being ripped into and her heart twisting and crunching.
She continued to cough, her muscles aching and the tattoo on her ankle blazed up- not from her soulmates touch, rather the opposite.
Haeun took a seat next to the girl on the bench, knowing what was happening.
"Uh," she started, not knowing how to comfort someone. Her hand awkwardly patted Yuji's back and she attempted to calm her.
"Don't worry, uh.." Haeun looked at her boyfriend and he nodded to her in encouragement.
"I think you might have uh...well this usually happens when you reject your soulmates touch."

Avine: The Journey
Avine, the name recorded in the oldest records of faith concerning the creation of the world. The lands of Avine are in turmoil. A lengthy war recently ended. Casualties were terrible, but not limited to the dead alone. Breakdowns occurred in society, and kingdoms struggled with civil unrest and a never-ending stream of refugees. Mariel Bluegale has lived a relatively uneventful life. Largely sheltered from prejudice by her parents Serin and Arwaro, she grew up in a kingdom that prospered thanks to its strictly neutral policy. But the winds of war are once more on the horizon. Peace is merely the prelude to a new, even bigger conflict, one which may be decided on the identity of one. Release schedule: One chapter a week for the forseeable future. Reality caught up with me, this means I have to scale back my writing time considerably. I promise to finish it, but it will be in pieces, and likely around holidays. As always, any -painful- errors (spelling, flow, consistency or time) please let me know.

A New Beginning
Humans don't understand how someone can be both dead and alive, and that fact scares them, it opens up the possibility of a threat even if there is no evidence of malevolent intent. Buried underneath that, however, is a young child who is scared and confused, a child that hasn't seen the light of day in years.
