Y/N POV

I met Bradley the first time when I was at the hospital. He had bandages and plasters everywhere on his body and he almost couldn't look out from it.

I met him when the elevator stuck and I had "responsibility" for him when in the elevator. He was going to be moved to a new room, that apparently was in the same level I was going to. My sister/brother/other relative had been in a small car accident and was staying there for a couple of nights. I was in my way up as the elevator had stuck.

Then I started a small talk with him.

I asked why he was here and he answered that he made a big mistake and let fame rise to his head.

I kept going to meet him at the hospital even after my (relative) had gotten out.

I had started to gain feelings for the guy, 'cause not only was he nice, but boy was he a looker too!

When he had gotten out from the hospital we started hang out even more, and one day, he asked if I wanted to be his girlfriend. And of course I said yes!

So we've been dating for a while now, and he wanted to meet my parents...

Or should I say my WHOLE FRIGGIN FAMILY TREE!?!?!?!?!!!!!

Yeah, that's right, he wanted to meet my family at my family reunion...

Oh boy...

Bradley stands beside me as I welcome all my relatives. I jump up and down as I see two of my favorite relatives pull up on the driveway: Goofy and Max!

I run up to them and hug them with all I got. I haven't seen Max since before he started college, so I'm exited to hear about it! Max let's go off of me and then he he looks at Bradley with one hell of a face.

-You, he says and walks towards Bradley.

-Woah there Maxie boy, Bradley says with a sickening voice. I've never heard his voice sound like that.

-You leave my cousin alone! Max says and pokes Bradley in the chest.

-What is this all about? I ask as I step beside them.

-He almost got me KILLED at the college X games! Max says and a wave of gasps go through my backyard.

-Max, please I-

-I don't want to hear it! You leave her alone! She doesn't need to be your little toy! Max says and Bradley looks scared.

-Max can I just-

-Can you just what?! Tell me how much you've enjoyed these past months off college?! Max asks, smoke literally rising from his ears.

-No I... Max, I know that we didn't really click, but I love Y/N with all of my heart, body and soul. So what do ya say? Pals? Bradley says and I flush from his words. Max looks at me and then at Bradley with a hesitation.

-Fine... But if anything, and I mean ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING happens to her while you're together, I'll kill you. Max says and shakes Bradley's hand. Bradley smirks.

-Deal, he says.

The reunion continues and Bradley meets my parents. Max follows closely, keeping an eye on Bradley.

Later on we are sitting in the backyard, eating and enjoying each other's company. Suddenly Bradley stands up and hits his fork loosely in his glass.

Everyone quiets down and Bradley puts down his glass.

-I would like to thank you all for this amazing day, and amazing opportunity to meet you. I know that even if I got on the wrong foot with this family at first, but I have a feeling that it's gonna end fantastic. Thank you! He says and my relatives applaud. He sits down and I kiss his cheek.

-I love you too, I say referring to earlier. Bradley smiles, but the smile fades as he looks on my other side. I turn around to see Max picking at his food.

-Hey Max, What's up? I ask and he just grumbles.

-Max, is everything ok? I ask and hold his arm. He looks at me, and then annoyed at Bradley.

-I still don't like the fact that you two are dating, Max says. I smile softly.

-Take all the time you need! Take a lifetime if you need it! I don't care as long as you come around, Bradley says from behind and Max grumbles and looks down at his plate again.

-Please Max... I'm happy, can't you see that? Please? I ask and he looks at me and sighs.

-I still don't like it... but I'll come around... hopefully, Max says and I smile.

-So, brother in law? Bradley asks jokingly.

-Nah ah! Slow your horses! Max says and I giggle.

-Yay! I say and hug them both.

It's now time for everyone to go home.

Max and Goofy are staying the night and I'm waiting for Goofy to be done in the bathroom so I can brush my teeth.

I think about today. Bradley, the boy of my dreams is in my room, just waiting for me so I can fall asleep in his arms.

But Max... he didn't approve... think, what if all of my family falls apart because of this...?

Goofy comes out of the bathroom, a towel around his chest and a towel turban on his head.

-Hey Y/N, What's the matter? He asks and I look up at him and sigh.

-What if the whole family falls apart because Max doesn't approve of Bradley? I just... I don't want that to happen... I say with tears in my throat.

-Y/N... Goofy says and sits down next to me.

-Do you love Bradley? He asks and I nod.

-Does he love you? Goofy asks and I looks up at his eyes.

-Yes, I answer.

-Does it feel right? Goofy says and I nod my head frantically.

-Then it is... If it feels right in here, Goofy says and points at my chest, by the heart.

-It's more right than anything else, Goofy says and I smile.

-Thanks... J say and hug him. He hugs back and says:

-You're welcome. He stands up and walks to his and Max's shared room.

A couple of minutes later I walk into my room. Bradley lays on my bed (*cough* Shirtless *cough) with his hand behind his head. He looks up to the ceiling, a small smile on his face when he hears me come into the room and lay beside him. He looks at me and I smile.

-I love you, he says.

-I love you too, I say and lay my head on his chest.

-Goodnight beautiful, Bradley says and kisses my forehead.

-Goodnight handsome, I say and feel Bradley's arms snake around my waist.

-Thanks, he says.

-For what? I ask. I look at him with a puzzled look.

-For making me feel loved... like a part of a family, he says and I smile.

-No problem... I say and fall asleep right then and there..

'Thanks for being by my side. Even though I've done some bad things, you've still been by my side... I can't thank you enough for that'
