Y/N POV
First day at college. I was nervous beyond belief. I was majoring in history, in hope of being able to travel to the worlds most historic places. I've already settled into an apartment on campus and I'm making my way to my first class. Which starts in five minutes.
I rush down the hall and see the classroom door. I get inside and see almost all seats free... Except for one, in the front, next to a red head with big, round glasses. I sigh and walk up to him.
-Hi, I say. He looks at me and smiles brightly.
-Hello! He greets.
-Is this seat taken? I ask and point to the seat beside him.
-Oh, no! Please, sit down, he says and scootches slightly to the side. I smile and sit down next to him.
-Thank you! I say. He nods.
-Hello everyone! Welcome to history 101! The teacher comes into the hall and I take out my notebook and pencils.
After class:
-So what brings you to history? Sherman, the red head asks.
-Well... It's exciting! I can't help but just wanting to learn more! I say. Sherman laughs and nods.
-Yeah! It's exciting, isn't it? He asks. I nod.
-Well... I'll see you tomorrow then? He asks as we reach a separating point.
-Yeah... See you tomorrow.
Two months later:
Me and Sherman have been meeting up for coffee dates and studying in my dorm room these past couple of weeks. We were kind of dating, but not really dating, if that makes sense. Right now we're sitting in my dorm, reading our history book.
-Ugh! I groan and dunk my head into my desk.
-I can't process more information! My head is full of it! I whine. I can hear Sherman laugh from my bed behind me.
-I need a break! I say and look at him. He shakes his head at me and looks like he's thinking.
-Maybe... We could go home to my dads house? Eat dinner and relax, Sherman suggests.
-Really? I've never been to your dads' before Sherman, I say.
-Any... special occasion? I ask and walk with my fingers up his shoulder and his neck, resting my hand on his shoulder.
-Well, he says and rubs his neck and sheepishly smiles.
-I mean... We're dating... and-and Is like you to meet my dad, he says. I looked shocked at him.
-You consider this.... dating? I ask and smile.
-I mean... Yeah, what else would it be called? He asks. I shrug.

-I don't know. I guess we never called it 'dating', I say and smile sheepishly.
-Well... Are we? Sherman asks.
-Are we what? I ask.
-Are we dating? Sherman laughs. I nod.
-Sure, I say and nod. He nods and begins putting his books in his bag.
-So, are we going? I ask hopefully.
-Yeah! I'll call and let him know, he says and picks up his phone and goes into the corridor. I pack up my things and put them into my school bag and put on my jacket by the door and walk out. When I get out I see Sherman just hanging up on the phone and he smiles at me.
-C'mon, I'll drive, he says as we walk out of the campus. When we get out, he leads me to a red sport car.
-Woah... I smile.
-What? Sherman asks and opens the front door.
-I've never seen a college student drive such a nice and expensive car! I say and open the car door.
-It's one of my dads, Sherman shrugs and sits down in the car.
-ONE of your dads!? I ask as I too, sit down and close the door.
-You have a lot of explaining to do, Sherman! I say as he laughs sheepishly and closes the car door.
We arrive at a big house and he drives into a big garage.
-Wow, I say as we walk into a fresh and clean elevator that plays soft music.
-Which floor? I ask excitedly.
-To... The penthouse! Sherman says and presses the button with the highest number on it. The elevator moves quickly upwards and Sherman smiles at my nervous form. He grabs my hand and squeezes it lightly. Suddenly the elevator dings to a stop and the door opens. There stands a... dog. He looks between us and smiles fondly.
-Welcome home Sherman, he nods lightly. Sherman nods back and looks at me. So does mr. Peabody.
-It's nice to meet you! I'm mr. Peabody! He says and holds out a hand for me to shake. Sherman and I walk out of the elevator and I Lena down to shake his hand.
-Hello mr. Peabody! I'm Y/N, I'm Sherman's classmate and- and girlfriend, Sherman cuts me off. I smile up at him.
-Well, it is very nice to meet you Y/N! mr.Peabody shakes my hand. We let go.
-Come in! The food is on the stove, I've made us some drinks, mr. Peabody says and lets us inside.

-Actually, mr. Peabody, I was thinking to give Y/N a tour before dinner, Sherman says and squeezes my hand.
-Absolutely! I'll call you when the food is ready, mr. Peabody smiles and walks into a separate room. Sherman smiles at me and leads me into the apartment.
-So, this is the living room, he says and we walk into a big room with a coffee table and a grand piano, with a bar on the side by the big windows.
-Woah..... I say and walk further into the room.
-This is amazing! I say excitedly.
-Show me more! I say and turn to him. He laughs and excitedly pulls me through the whole penthouse. We walk up a pair of stairs, because he was going to show me his bedroom.
-I'm sorry about that I said earlier, he says and rubs his neck.
-About what? I ask.
-About that girlfriend thing. We haven't really thought about it, I-I was just caught up in the moment and I really like you, I-I- he rambles and I squeeze his hand and laugh.
-I like you too, I smile at him and he laughs. We reach the top of the stairs and begin walking through a corridor.
-R-really? He asks.
-Yeah! You're fun and smart and a really nice person! I say as we stop outside a door.
-You think I'm smart? He asks.
-Yeah! The smartest guy I've ever known! I say.
He smiles and looks towards the door.
-Here it is, he says. He opens the door and I look inside. The roof is high and he has a work desk next to his bed, and a loft over it, with a tv and a bookshelf. I let go of his hand and walk into the room. Blueprints and photos hang all around the walls.
-Oh. My... GOD! Sherman! Why have you never told me about this!? I ask and spin around.
-Eh, I don't like to brag. It's unnecessary, he says. I giggle and walk up to a wall of photos of historical places.
-You've been to Egypt? And Italy!? I ask. I marvel at all the pictures and giggle at the silly faces Sherman makes in some of them.
-You're beautiful... Sherman says. I turn around to face him.
-What? I ask.
-You're beautiful, he says again and meets my eyes. I feel myself blush.
-Thank you... I say.
-And-and not only that! You're bright and bubbly and smart and amazingly sweet too! He rambles again. I giggle and walk up to him and put my hand on his cheek.
-Thank you Sherman... It means a lot, I say. He puts a hand on the small of my back and pulls me a bit closer. I feel myself leaning in.
-I.... Sherman begins and leans in.
-Food's ready! Mr. Peabody shouts, making us jump apart. I smile at Sherman.
-C'mon, I say and drag Sherman behind me.
But me, only have been here for maybe a half an hour, let Sherman take me the last bit to the dining area.
-So Y/N, you're majoring in history? Mr. Peabody asks.
-Yes! History might be one of the best things that's ever happened to me! I say happily.
-Only next to this food! I say happily and point to my plate.
-Why thank you Y/N! Mr.Peabody says happily.
-I've noticed that you and Sherman share many interests, mr. Peabody says.
-Mr. Peabody, Sherman wheezes at mr. Peabody, but smiles at me.
-Yes. We study together anytime we can and we go on coffee dates and study dates... We have a good time together, I smile at Sherman.
-Well isn't that nice, Sherman, mr.Peabody says sassily. Sherman laughs uncomfortably. I giggle.
Sherman drives me home after the dinner. In the same sports car as before. We stop outside of the dorm house and some rooms are still lit, like my room.
-Well... Goodnight then Y/N, Sherman says and smiles sadly at me.
-Goodnight Sherman, I say and unbuckle myself and step outside the car and close the car door. I turn around to walk towards the dorm, but I rethink.
I quickly turn around and reach through the window.
-Y/N, what're you doing? Sherman asks and turn to me. That makes me quickly press my lips to his. When I let go I see that his face has turned red and his lips turns into a big, goofy smile.
-See ya Sherman, I smirk and crawl back out of the window.
-Y-yeah, see ya... he says dreamily and I giggle and walk inside. I get into my dorm and greet my dorm mate and look out the window. Sherman is still sitting in his car, looking towards my window. I wave at him. He waves back before starting his car. He makes a "call me" motion. I giggle and nod. He smiles at me and drives away.
Well... He sure is something different...

John was a fan of system apocalyspes, so he thought he knew what coming when he got caught up in one. He was wrong. This was an apocolypse in the original sense of the word, an unvieling. There were no ravenous hordes of monsters, no genocidal tutorials, and certainly no aliens from another dimension. Just humans. So John thought, "How can I exploit this?" This is my first story, and I am writing it as I go. Dont expect a regular update schedule or much long-term foreshadowing.

The Devil's Bride
"I am not sleepy so why don't we tell each other a story?" Her voice was low and raspy and fuck, I'd been lying if I say I wasn't turned the fuck on. "Like what?" I ask swallowing my pride and probably my sense of direction. Her skin was on top of mine, in contact, burning. "I don't know." She says taking her time to adjust herself on my lap. I had to grip the chair for support feeling all my breath vanish from my lungs. "Maybe a short bio about yourself." She advocates placing one of her hands on my chest. I feel the contact through my shirt, my eyes trained on every movement of hers. The worst of it all was that she is unaware of what she was doing to me. "Uh-" I feel my words shorten. On impulse, I grab her by her waist for support instead. Leaning back painfully on the single chair. "You're so cute when you're confused!" She giggles going ahead to move slightly on my lap. I blow out a groan feeling my erection harden.
