Y/N POV
I run home to get away from those bullies.
-Run fatty, run! I can hear them laugh behind me.
-Wouldn't want to miss supper! They continue.
6 year olds could be so cruel!
I finally get to the corner of my street and pant lightly as I cry. I drag my feet behind me as I walk the last couple of meters home. When I get home, I leave my bag right by the front door and run to mum in the kitchen. I hug her legs tightly and cry.
-Honey? Are you alright? She asks and pets my head lightly. I shake my head.
-Why? What happened? She asks.
-They bullies me again! I sob.
-Awww darling... you shouldn't believe a word they say, mum says and crouches down and wipes my tears.
-You hear me? Mom asks, and I nod. She smiles softly and kisses my cheek.
-Now you can go out and play before dinner, mom says and I immediately light up.
The woods were my favorite place to play in.
-May I go to the woods mum? May I? I jump lightly. Mum smiles and nods.
-You May, she says. I giggle and run excitedly to our backyard, that is directly connected to the woods. If only every child were lucky enough to have a forest I their backyard!
I run into the forest and smell the sweet scent of trees and bushes. I skip along, looking at the butterflies and bumblebees swarm around the few flowers that was growing on the mossy ground. I see birds happily chirping in their nests. But suddenly, I hear a twig snap. I gasp and turn around. I heard it from the bushes behind me. I walk slowly towards them.
-Hello...? I say and slowly push the bushes apart... but nothing is there. I look into the curiously.

-Wooohooo! I suddenly hear someone yell behind me. I give off a yelp and fall on my bum.
-Hello there! The voice says enthusiastically. I quickly turn around and there stands.... a stuffed tiger toy? Holding out its hand. I rub my eyes as I see it... blink?
-I'm Tigger! Tigger the tiger! What's your name? He says and bounces high.
-Uh.... I can only say.
-"uh"? Well that's an unusual name. Fascinating, but unusual, and taps his chin in wonder.
-No, I- my name is Y/N, I say.
-Y/N, you say? He then asks, and I nod.
-Well, I can already tell that we're gonna be good friends! Tigger says and we shake hands.
-Y/N! Dinner's ready honey! I can hear mom shout from my house.
-I have to go, but can I see you tomorrow? I ask happily. Tigger nods.
-I'm always here, he says. I nod and stand up to run home.
Fast forward: 5 years later.
I'm now 11, and I haven't stopped meeting Tigger. Tigger has been my best friend for years! We do everything together!
-Well, dear sir Tigger? Where do we go for our next adventure? I ask with a slight posh accent. We're playing adventurers! I have a small blanket tied around my neck to act as I cape.
I took a small pillow cover for Tigger.
-We must go find the princess' pearl earring! He says and hold up a stick to act as a sword. I giggle, before I hear voices behind me.
-Omg! She's still playing with stuffed animals!? I hear a voice say and laugh. I turn and the bullies from my class are standing there, pointing and laughing at me. I turn back to Tigger, who's acting as a real stuffed animal.
-And she still plays dress up!? A boy laughs.

-She's such a looser! Another one says. I feel tears build up as I grab Tigger and run away. I run further into the woods, where no one dares to go, except for me. I pant and cry as Tigger turns back to normal and looks concerned at me. Then he hugs me.
-you're not lame Y/N... you're absolutely-tootely great! He cheers me up and I laugh.
Fast forward 4 years:
-I can't play with you anymore Tigger, I say sadly.
-What? Why? He asks sadly.
-Because I am changing school to one further away so I can keep away from the bullies, I say.
-Ok... will you be back? He asks sadly as his ears drop. I nod and smile.
-Of course I'll come back! You're my best friend! I say and hug him. He hugs back.
-Now you just take care of school! I can plan out next quest for the hidden diamond! Tigger says and stands heroically. I giggle.
??? Years later:
The years went by... I finished school and moved to the city of London to find a job as an actor in west end, since Tigger sparked the interest. Everyone I've told about him, doesn't believe me. They think it's just my wild imagination..... and I started to believe it... Tigger was just an imaginary friend I had made up during the time that I had no friends.
Every Christmas, I travel back home, and this year was no different. I help mum stir the pot as she sets up the table for my cousins and other family. Then I look out the window. I see something move in the thick white snow. I shrug it off as nothing... but then it happens again.
-Are you ok? Mum asks me. I nod, but walk towards the door.
-Where are you going? Mum asks.
-I just have to do something! I say and put on my coat, rushing outside towards the forest, not even bothering to close the door.
I get to the opening of the forest and stop, slowly taking my time and walking inside. I look around, the moon shining on the snow, making the woods almost light up.
Then I hear a sound. Like a bounce ball. I turn, looking around for it. Then I hear it again. I rush after it, before it disappears. Then I listen. I listen very closely. There! There it is again! And this time, I hear a happy giggle with it. I hear it surround me, before disappearing to my right. I rush after it again. But then it turns absolutely quiet. I can barely hear someone walking in the gnarly snow. Then I look down, and see small, rounded footsteps. I follow them, all the way to a tree trunk.
There was a space between the roots that are covered by a cloth on a string. I push the cloth to the side and gasp at the sight. My old blankets and plastic cutlery... my old tea pot! And......
I smile in relief as tears surface.
-Y/N? He asks. I sniff.
-I knew it was real... I smile.
