Y/N POV
So my family is magical. We all have energy powered abilities. All in our different ways.
Me for example, I have empathic, telepathic and telekinetic powers, also known as Psionic manipulation. Most of my siblings has the same thing, and we usually have the funniest mental conversations. Well anyways, I am third oldest in a sibling line of 5. And I got 4 cousins on my dads side. We're a pretty huge family. And when my mom got news about another magical family, of course we sent a message that we would visit. And now where finally here. And my family doesn't live in South America soooo we took a plane. All 18 of us. My grandma and grandpa went with us since they were the ones who were first affected by the magic. Grandma can bend water and grandpa can shift and manipulate energy and it just went through the family. I take a deep breath as we're getting closer to the nearest point the car can go. I look at the beautiful mountains that are moving closer as we go. Why was I nervous? This was going to be fine... right?
Camilo POV:
My family had decorated la casita to perfection and I was actually really nervous to meet this new family. I know Dolores can hear everything but I've heard some of them can read minds and if that's not scary I don't know what is. Besides they'd look different, what if I like looking like them more than my own family?
-Hey Camilo don't worry about how they look, you're handsome as you are, my aunt Julieta says and kisses my head.
-I- hey what!? Dolores? I run after her and she hides.
-Oh c'mon you know she can't keep a secret, Isabella dismissed as she walks past me. I turn to her and make ugly faces. Suddenly we all hear a gasp.
-They're here! Dolores says and gets out of her hiding place.
-Mirabel I'm nervous. Are you gonna be ok? Antonio asks and takes Mirabels hand.
-I'll be just fine. More time for me to meet other personalities and make new friends, Mirabel says.
-So we're not enough for you anymore? I joke and dad hits me over the head.

-Ow, hey! I say.
-Ok stop it all of you, they're here any minute now, abuela says and everyone gets ready by the door. There's a knock on the door and everyone scrambles to look presentable. Abuela opens the door and there stands an irregular kind of family. One I've never seen before... well duh. That's kinda the whole point Camilo. I watch them one after another as the door opens and my heart sets aflame as I see the last one... a girl... I immediately take her form in embarrassment.
Y/N POV:
My grandma greets the woman opening the door and we all greet her one after one before she fully opens the door. We get greeted by two more women that step forward and I take a look at the other people living in the house. There's a lot of girls but there's actually two boys standing by a man that look very similar to them. Suddenly one of the boys shift forms and turns into... me? He looks back at me and my heart flutters. He waves sheepishly at me.
I look at him in shock and my grandpa notices my shocked expression. Everyone follows my gaze and look at the boy who turned into me and they look back and forth between us.
-Ah, that's Camilo. Won't you come and say hi? Alma, or abuela, says. He- well me, nods and turns back into himself and walks forward.
-Hola, my name is Camilo, he says and shakes my grandparent's hands.
-Hi Camilo! Us children say in choir. A little boy walks up behind him, holding hands with a girl with curly locks and a ribbon in her hair.
-This is my sister Dolores and this is my little brother Antonio, Camilo then introduces his siblings. Both of our families take turns of greeting each other and we are welcome inside to talk. We are served food from their village and we are seen as old friends, even though we've never met. It was interesting to talk to people who has the same problems as you.
But my eyes would never leave that boy. He played around with my younger siblings and cousins, turning into them or other funny looking people.
-Ay what are you looking at? A concerned feeling entered the space and I look back at Julieta and her daughters Mirabel and Luisa.

-I'm sorry, I'm just... fascinated by this house, I excuse myself.
-It's ok. Casita is pretty awesome, Mirabel agrees and I smile.
-What did you say your powers were again Y/N? Julieta asks, and rightfully so. There was a lot of new people to keep track of.
-Oh I know something called psionic manipulation. It means that I can read peoples minds, feel what others are feeling and I can move stuff with my mind, I say.
-You can move anything? Luisa asks with a tone of admiration.
-Well anything I could set my mind to, I say sheepishly.
-Ooooo you have to show us! Mirabel begs.
-S-sure, I say, taken aback from her enthusiasm. I look around and find that Julietas husband had put his drink down in front of him, so I lift it from the table and his eyes shift from talking to my parents to looking at his floating glass. I giggle as his chin drops. He slowly puts his hand around the glass and I stop controlling it. The girls all laugh in wonder.
-Thanks, I say sheepishly and look across the courtyard. There stood Camilo and grinned at me. I tap into his mind.
-So she's gorgeous and funny? What a jackpot, his inner voice says as he stares at me. A familiar feeling enters the room; love. Or whatever feeling you have when you like someone. I blush furiously and send over a mental thank you and his grin falters as he hears my voice in his brain.
-Can she hear me? His inner voice asks.
-I can hear you loud and clear, my inner voice sends back. His face turns red and our mental conversation turns short as I hear one of my siblings voices.
-What is he staring at, I want him to do the funny face again! It says irritated as said sibling goes and tugs on his arm. I giggle and tap out. I look as the children drag him elsewhere and somewhere in the middle, I see Dolores walk up to me and tug me away.
-Oh! I yelp as she was actually quite strong.
-I can hear everything in this village, everything. But somehow you and Camilo had a conversation that I could not hear... how? She asks.
-Well I Uh, I read minds. And I can send my own thoughts to someone else, I say.
-That's... so cool. Did you know how nice it was for me that he was quiet for a little while, do you know how many people are talking at the same time? I think your family has joked about marrying you away three times just these past 5 minutes, Dolores says, before letting out a small yelp.
-Sorry, I wasn't supposed to say anything, she apologizes.
-It's ok, I'm not surprised. I am next in like to get married but not in a while yet, I say. Dolores takes a deep breath and sighs.
-Thank god, she says and moves on. I giggle to myself and decide to tune into peoples thoughts.
-Does he ever get tired in his wrists? His hands are moving so much.
-This guy can see the future? Wonder if I could ask him about my husband.
-She wouldn't dare ask him about our future.
-Y/N, you haven't met Camilo yet, have you? Alma asks as she walks beside the boy.
-I haven't, I smile knowingly. He smiles lopsidedly.
-I thought since you two are the same age, he wouldn't mind showing you around our lovely home, she says.
-Oh that would be great, thank you, I nod to the elderly woman and she nods back and walks away. Camilo looks awkwardly at me.
-Sorry about before. Didn't mean for you to hear that, he laughs and then shuts his mouth and smacks a hand on his forehead. I giggle.
-It's alright, how would you know? I say.
-Should we get going? He asks.
-Of course, of course, I say and tune into his mind again.
-wow Camilo, now don't meds this up more you idiot, you might never get a shot, he thinks.
-Don't call yourself that, I comment. He looks at me with burning cheeks.
-Besides, I haven't decided if I should give you a shot or not, I wink and walk ahead as he stops.
-You have to stop doing that! He yells after me and I giggle.
