Dimitri woke up to Rosalie sleeping beside him in the hospital bed, he went to move his arm only to see there was an IV in it. He frowned, annoyed with it already.

"Hey, you're up."

He looked over to see his brothers watching him, he smiled tiredly at them.

"Hey."

"How are you feeling? You've been out for three days now. Doc said you were suffering from exhaustion without even realizing it. Oh and you're still malnourished." Xander said.

Dimitri swallowed, "Tired."

Xander nodded in understanding before patting his brother gently on the shoulder. Dimitri yawned and blinked, trying not to fall asleep again.

"Get some rest, buddy. You need it." Xavier said.

Dimitri frowned, "Challenge...when..."

"Sunday." Damon sounded.

Dimitri nodded before the darkness took over and he fell into a dreamless sleep.

A few hours passed before Rosalie woke up, her head was pounding and her eyes felt heavy. She looked up to see Dimitri sound asleep, snoring softly. She smiled and kissed him on the forehead, she gently ran her fingers through his hair, relieved that he was healing.

She looked up to see Xander sleeping on the couch, Xavier was awkwardly curled up in a chair and Damon was in wolf form, sleeping on the ground with a few pillows. She chuckled at them, shaking her head at their ways.

Looks like Damon was the smart one this time. She thought to herself.

She went to get out of the chair when Dimitri grabbed her wrist. She looked at him to see him smiling at her. She sighed in relief, throwing herself at him and hugging him. He laughed softly while wrapping his arms around her thin form. He gently grabbed her face and kissed her, missing the feel of her lips.

He then grabbed her and cradled her against him, missing the feel of her in his arms. Rosalie didn't say anything, she continued to lay in his arms, glad that her mate was okay.

"I missed you." She mumbled.

He kissed her on the temple, "I love you, baby girl."

"I love you too, Dimi."

"I see you stole my nickname for him." Someone chuckled.

They both looked over to see Mona standing at the door, one of the pack's warriors stood behind her, shyly scratching his neck.

Mona smiled softly and walked over, she took a seat.

"I know you hate me but...I understand why. I just wanted to check up on the crazy idiot and apologize." She explained.

Rosalie smiled and looked at Dimitri, "She agrees too, you're a crazy idiot."

Dimitri furrowed his eyebrows, "Since when did we talk about this?"

"Oh...oh, right...you were in a small coma. Anyways, Mona, care to introduce us to this man?" Rosalie asked.

Mona's eyes lit up as she ran over to him and pulled him further into the room.

"This is my mate, Landon." She beamed.

Rosalie chuckled, "It's nice to meet you Landon."

"Oh and I'm so sorry for all the bullshit I put you two through. I just....I lost hope in finding my mate so I clung onto Dimitri. I then followed Nikki and acted like a foolish bitch." She whispered.

Dimitri and Rosalie studied her, after seeing nothing but honesty in her eyes, they nodded.

"We forgive you." Rosalie grinned.

Mona let out a cry of happiness and hugged her. She then gently hugged Dimitri, worried about hurting him further.

"Aren't you Clinton's sister?" Rosalie asked.

Mona nodded, "Don't worry, there's no hard feelings. He bullied me non stop, but acted like the protective big brother in public. He wanted to arrange a marriage for me, I've hated him for it."

"Glad he didn't, you wouldn't have met Landon." Rosalie replied.

Mona nodded, "Oh, um we were wondering if I could join your pack? Landon has family here and I was an abomination to mine so...I sort of have nowhere to go."

Rosalie watched as she quickly looked down as a small blush formed in her cheeks. Landon smiled softly at her and comforted her.

Dimitri nodded, "You can join."

"Thank you." Mona grinned before cheering and hugging Landon.

After they left Rosalie sighed, "Seems like happy endings are happening all over the place."

"Well, looks like the author of their life stories doesn't want to kill everybody off." Dimitri chuckled.

"Seems like it." Rosalie murmured as she kissed him.

"I love you." She said against his lips.

Dimitri smiled and kissed her deeply, "I love you too, baby girl."
